Adobe Target

It would be great to be able to have multiple audiences for multiple audiences in a single test.  For example, you have 5 partners and each has 5 discounts.  I can run the 5 partners in one test and vary the creative to match each partner, but I can't alter the discount in Target by using an audience.  Doing so is another level of audience branching that is not currently possible, so I have to run them as 25 experiences across two pages in one test when I really only want one experience across 5 partners who have 5 different discounts.  I'm not testing the partners or discounts.  I'm testing the treatment across them.

It would be REALLY beneficial if I could change my action type (i.e. insert after) within the modifications section without having to delete it and recreate it as desired (i.e. insert before).  I have run into a scenarios where I need to "insert before", but created a bunch of things as "insert after" before realizing an issue existed. I can change my selector, but not my action type so I have to redo everything and it's very time consuming.

It'll be great if we get Quick save / auto save changes after certain intervals option for an activity. As I was configuring a test case and after making many changes, because of some reason page got refreshed and all changes are gone. I have faced this several times which is kind of irritating to do all work again.Quick save option can save this double work in such cases. Thanks,Gauresh Kodag

I find the root very useful in changing content in my tests, but the only place to find it now is the modifications section within a test.  It would be wonderful if you would expose the root in the Offers section with each offer (i.e. name, type, source, root, modified) or show it in the offer (i.e. name, root, code).

Similarly to this request, I would like to get the information on all available workspaces. An example output could look like this:{"total":10,"workspaces": [{"name": "Example Workspace 1","workspace_id": "12345","date_created": "01.01.1970","activities": {"active": "25","deactivated": "10","synchronizing": "10"},"modifiedAt": "02.02.1970"} This way the Target API can be utilized to the maximum if specific workspaces have to be used in the API calls. Otherwise, it is really cumbersome to get the Workspace ID via the URL.

User wants to have easier names to read in A4T reporting for each experience but since they are MVT algo generated they are not able to modify the name of each experience in an MVT activity. This should be an option in the UI as it works for other activity types like A/B activities.

Hi In Adobe Target we use different properties to separate non-production from production environments. It would be extremely desirable if we could set the permissions according to the property. For example, users should be able to be APPROVER for the non-production property, but that same user should only be an OBSERVER in the production propertyIs this level of role administration being considered? ThanksNicolai

The Issue: if you build a Form Based recommendation with multiple locations the QA preview link don't work (only work with one location). This really an issue when you start to personalize the user experience based on multi level profile (example company account vs user membership or specific interest)     The request: As a Content Owner I need to be able to see all the versions of the page with QA links so I quickly review the customization.

Issue: If I have an AB activity where I've enabled A4T and have set up 50/50 split between ExpA and ExpB I might not see 50/50 split in reporting if there are un-stitched hits.Feature request: Target should compare the back end data with the A4T data and if a considerable delta is found an alert should be presented saying something to the tune: "Warning: You might have unstitched hits. Reduce this by following these best practices: https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/target/a4t/minimizing-inflated-visit-and-visitor-counts-a4t.html"

Currently batches run once every 20 minutes. Certain clients have system integrations that used webhooks, queue-based, or direct interactions in real time, unless there is a flood of triggers or and outage things happen pretty quickly. 20 minutes currently impacts the overall system flow, and more frequent batches will assist.

We need the ability to insert adobe recommendations the same way we do with normal target experiences. By selecting an existing div on the page with the “Modifications > CSS Selector” functionality. Here’s what I want to see in Adobe Recommendations:An action type of “Recommendations” should be in the drop down, which would negate the need to insert HTML into that “content” field.A few things I’m noticing, and this issue will only grow as we add, redesign, and update more recommednations to the site:Every time a designer or developer changes the structure--and in some instances, minor coding changes-- to landing pages, all the recommendations on those edited pages have the potential to disappear. The current way of adding recommendations in Target--clicking on an element and inserting the recommendations before or after-- is not reliable. Even if the product recommendations looks good live, it can affect other areas of the page slightly (adding margins and what not the the header, fo

Have run into the issue of a user submitting a character that isn't accepted by the Target API (some even when url encoded), are showing as successfully updated, yet the entire profile is getting thrown out. Examples: comma, newline, period, and ampersand. It would be most helpful if Target would capture any strings it can't accept and push errors back to us. As it stands right now, Target reports back total success for that profile update. No error is raised. Yet, the profile is completely thrown out and none of the segments get updated. We have no way of knowing there was an issue and the profile didn't get updated because the Target API incorrectly reports that it did get updated.

Allow activity impressions from A4T to be exported in Adobe Analytics Data Feeds

When creating an audience to target experiences based on an mbox parameter value, there is very limited functionality for how the mbox parameter can be evaluated. It is only possible to directly compare an mbox parameter with a static value, which limits the ability to easily do personalisation on a segment-of-one basis. Meanwhile, it is possible to compare profile scripts and other attributes directly to attributes. See the below screenshot as an illustration of the two differences. Our need is to be able to compare mbox parameter values to attributes - either from the profile or crs/customer attributes. There is a workaround, whereby we write a profile script which does nothing more than retrieve the mbox parameter, but this adds an unnecessary step, as well as overheads to the system which presumably in the long run will contribute to us reaching or exceeding the various limits which exist for profile scripts.A better solution would be to allow the direct comparison of a mbox parameter

In Recommendations it would be useful to be able to use just the logic filters in criteria instead of using custom criteria.  You could have a simple “Custom” criteria logic type that uses the filter rules and a designated  attribute for sort order/rank.  This would give consistent API, feed and multi-environment support that custom criteria seem to be lacking.

We have a high profile campaign that uses a redirect and would like the ability to report using A4T. This is a known bug we would like fixed as soon as possible so we can more holistically measure the success of this campaign.

Our team has many campaign instances where we are looking to track multiple custom click metrics in addition to our standard metrics in A4T. We'd like to be able to use VEC for this and set up multiple custom metrics in addition to using everything A4T has to offer.

It's nice to have both table and graph view in the reports for an activity. However, I would love to see a trend chart for Confidence. There is no easy way to see how Confidence bounces around over the course of a test.I'd like to get a sense of the volatility of the Confidence estimate. The only way to see the history of Confidence is by adjusting the date range. Is there another way to do this?

Target Standard created an extra step that wasn’t in Target Classic.  Target Classic allowed for editing of HTML offers within the campaign (activity). In Standard, you need to exit the activity and go into a different section to search for and edit your offers.

Feature requested to make it easier to ensure you are selecting the correct ISP by having a list of all available ISPs show up in a drop down. See attached screen-shot below:

Currently, we can set web and email notifications to get notified if an activity is approved or deactivated and many more. But there is no way we can set automated notifications to come when an activity reached significant or has a winner or when auto targetting when the confidence level reached more than 60%. It would be great to have this feature available so when we run multiple activities we can keep track of how activites performing and know the winner as soon as it finds one.

Context:1. Create Profile Scripts: We create many profile scripts through Adobe Target console (manually) based upon rules which can easily be automated if there are APIs. This way, all the rules can be listed in an Excel/CSV and a script can create necessary profile scripts. Later these scripts can be used to create Audiences using Adobe IO as well.2. Get Usage of Profile Scripts: Having too many Profile scripts impacts the performance of Adobe Target response time. While the Adobe Target console provides a manual way of checking Script Usage, its time-consuming and difficult to do regularly.3. Deactivate/Delete Profile Scripts: Extension of point #2 above - to deactivate/delete Profile Scripts that are not used at all OR used by activities that are not live any more. Regards,Rajneesh

Currently Adobe Target I/O only shares a worksapce ID (numerical value) but there is no mechanism or API endpoint to map that value to the workspace name as seen in the Target user interface.  Here is an example below.  We have an approved test called A4T Monitoring Activity and the workspace value is "35804378".  We need to know the workspace name that maps to that ID.

Currently the Target UI will only allow you to export report metric data for A4T report for one metric at a time. I'd like to add three metrics and export all of the data for all of them at the same time. See screen-shots below: Screen-shot showing that data download is not available when we have multiple metrics selected:Screen-shot showing that data download is available when we only have one metric selected:
