Recommendation - QA links for multiple locations

The Issue:

if you build a Form Based recommendation with multiple locations the QA preview link don't work (only work with one location).

This really an issue when you start to personalize the user experience based on multi level profile (example company account vs user membership or specific interest)

The request:

As a Content Owner I need to be able to see all the versions of the page with QA links so I quickly review the customization.
