Speeding up Delivery of offers from AEM to Target

Currently batches run once every 20 minutes. Certain clients have system integrations that used webhooks, queue-based, or direct interactions in real time, unless there is a flood of triggers or and outage things happen pretty quickly. 20 minutes currently impacts the overall system flow, and more frequent batches will assist.
