How can we target for an audience created via API , lets say I have a third party service which is sending segment/audience definitions – target has APIs so one can create audiences via that.Now, on the site page – when user logs in – I can make a call to a third party to fetch some user attribute (lets say a flag which says user is premiere user).Now can we send this flag to target and make Target resolve the audience to the one created via API?

Hi everyone,We have our product recommendations setup via productentities MBOX to capture product details. There is a collection of few pages which are more help/ landing page which we want to serve in recently viewed recommendation.Adding a MBOX for every page is not optimal so we want to upload it to feed via CSV upload. But i got random values when i tried to do so.Attaching the screenshot for the values.In MBOX calls we pass categoryId ascategory1, category1:subcategory. How can we pass similar values in CSV ? Please help.

 Hello, We have a activity only for visitors with a particular profile parameter. But this data point does not exist until several seconds after the page has fully loaded. This means the first pageLoad request made to Adobe Target (at.js 2.x) is missing these parameters - and the visitor fails to qualify for the test.  We have some code that will scrape the DOM for all the necessary data points, so we want to make a second request to the Adobe Target servers. This time with all the parameters in order to fetch the activity and then apply it. For A4T to work correctly all calls to Adobe Target should use the same supplemental ID as the original Adobe Analytics Page track supplemental ID. This works fine for the default first pageLoad request. But when we try to make this second request using adobe.target.getOffers and a hardcoded supplementalDataId it is ignored, and instead a new supplementalDataId is created. How can we ensure the supplementalDataId isn't

Hi, I'm running an XT targeting existing customers, but the remaining audience that isn't captured (who i'm assuming are new customers) I want to fall into a 50/50 split A/B test. Is this possible? I have an XT activity and A/B activity running separately trying to achieve this, but the A/B test just isn't firing. Thanks, Lee

I have a customer that an on-prem version of Scene7.  They are afraid of "putting their data in the cloud."They would like to purchase Target and integrate it with Scene7.  Does Target have an on-prem version?  In looking at Target security overview Adobe states that the at.js library can be self-hosted - does this resolve the issue?Trying to get creative here.Thanks!

Hi,I want to set a secure flag for my Target cookie and have tried the below method but it is not working. Could anybody share their thoughts on how to get it worked?Added a custom code before 'Load Target' action is added in Launch rule.Here is the script which is the part of above mentioned custom code -window.targetGlobalSettings = {secureOnly: true}The above mentioned method seems to be not working when I checked using chrome developer tools where I found empty value for the column SECURE.We have also tried enabled:false to validate the above method which is working as expected as it is disabling the Target library.Is there any other method to set this flag for Target? As for Adobe Analytics and ECID, this setting is present directly on editing the configurations for the respective extensions in Launch but for Target there is no direct way. Your timely help is well appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hi,I am doing a POC on implementing Adobe Target SDK in Angular application.My main goal is to show different components based on the Activity configured. Example: if the user qualifies for Experience A then show Angular component A else Angular component B.While I am following the docs but I am still not able to pass the response (activity.id or experience.name or Feature flags response from the content) received from Target SDK to the Angular components.Is there any way I can achieve this? Below is the code I am using. I'm wondering if the way SDID works, stitching hit with Analytics, maybe works differently in the native app SDK? The reason I ask is because I'm not seeing any SDID values in the Target call or the Analytics calls (using Charles) from our Native App. Is this expected or should I be looking elsewhere to ensure that stitching is working? Is there a tool that can split up an image into an HTML table? I used to use Adobe Fireworks for this, but it doesn't play nice with my OS anymore. The functionality went something like this:Drop image increate boxes over the image (of varying sizes)Then exportImage is split based on the boxesAn index.html file is created with the table code + image links in it

I would like to bring Salesforce CRM data into Adobe Target. What is the best way to do this? I don't really want to use an Adobe Exchange partner solution for this. The use case is to be able to target existing customers with certain CRM attributes against a given Target Activity, so these visitors than qualify for a given experience based off of that CRM data.  Thanks!

Question, We are currently loading data into Search and Promote and creating Facets / Facet rails for specific metadata.We have a situation where some indexed records contain metadata values pluralized or a 'like' term ie: (facet of 'type' has values of 'hat'; 'hats', 'ballcap') - and when creating the facet - we would like these all to display in the facet value selection as only 'hat'. ie: Type:-- hat-- hats (need to combine into hat and not display here)-- ballcap (need to combine into hat and not display here) Any assistance on accomplishing this?(We even can 'rewrite' these values within the index first if that's possible - but unsure how to even do this...)Thanks in advance!

Hi All,I have a requirement from customer to use external recommendation algorithm for a estore - product recommendation written in custom python script inside adobe target recommendation. I had checked the criteria supported by Adobe target i am not able to find any criteria to leverage external algorithm. How can we leverage external custom algorithm inside Adobe target. Please suggest. P:S : As per my understanding Custom Algorithm (Bring your Own) is supported in Adobe Target as mentioned in below guidehttps://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/target/using/recommendations/introduction-to-recommendations.html?lang=en#online-business-rulesBut there is no details on how to integrate custom logic using custom criteria. Its just allowing to upload a csv file with key and recommendation as columns. Morning Team, Just so wider teams are aware as client care do not seem to escalate issues. In our Feed load interface we have it set up to run at 08:30 GMT as stated in the interface But having spotted issues with pricing and volumes dropping I have monitored and the actual FTP pulled in at 07:30 not 08:30  UK members be aware as we have now had over a month of issues with our feed since the clocks changed.
