Hi!I have a campaign that has multiple emails. Each email takes you to a landing page with a different form to download content.I want to create a report on all the campaign's form fills so that I can know which forms have been filled out, how many people have done so and their basic information. I feel this is pretty standard in other marketing platform systems, but can only find a way to create one report per form and this makes it very clunky.Can I create one report that has all the forms in the campaign and how many were filled out?Attaching an image for reference.Thanks

We have received of Email suspended notification cause due to mail system has been rejected due to the sending MTA's poor reputation on one of our emails send. Could anyone please let us know how can we fix this? or next step of it?

We recently turned on Log Bot Activity and I'm seeing something I can't explain. I'm hoping someone may have some insight to share based on their experience. We are seeing bot activity recorded on only a portion of emails from the some email domain but not all emails. For example: - Total of 100 emails with @abccompany.com in the database- Only 20 emails with @abccompany.com have Bot Activity Thoughts?

Is there a way to determine who initially created an email program in Marketo?

Hi all, I'm looking at refreshing our branded email templates as they are a few years old now. I'd like to get these designs refreshed to match our new website as well as add in some new email modules for different content. Does anyone have any recommendations for third party email template providers that are able to support within the Marketo environment with module elements and can work to a design specific brief?   Any suggestions would be appreciated! Hi, Our security scan on Marketo form is now revealing that Marketo form accepts invalid inputs such as HTML code etc.For example, <script>Alert(‘Hacked’); This flaw may cause several security issues, such as SQL Injection, Cross site scripting (XSS), etc. I do many researches on Marketo community and find no articles talking about how Marketo handle such invalid inputs/SQL injection/XSS on Marketo form. Does Marketo have server side validation or any security mechanisms to validate invalid inputs and mitigate risks such as SQL injection, Cross site scripting (XSS), etc.? I'm stumped. Been through many articles, even tried ChatGPT to find Velocity Script that changes the date format on a token in an email. I do have an Account field that pulls in the date successfully: {{Company.Renewal Date}}, but in the Mkto standard yyyy-MM-dd, or 2023-12-22. I want it to be MMMM dd, yyyy or December 22, 2023. Velocity script doesn't seem to support Account fields so I had my Sales Ops create a Contact field, {{lead.Account Renewal Date}} to pull in from the Account field. I CAN see this field in the VS objects list. Hi All,  We have a webinar with registrants with registered status and we have the list of multiple registrants for which we want to cancel the registration. Is there a way to unregister them from Marketo so when they click on the  joining link they are not allowed to enter the webinar. One way we could find is to select registrants from zoom under manage attendees and cancel the registration but we have about 1900 records so we cannot select them one by one , is there a way to cancel them using CSV file in zoom. cc @darshil_shah1 Regards 

Hi, seen a few threads around bot activity filters but couldn't find an answer to the issue we're having (apologies if I missed something) but we have smart campaigns set up to sync contacts to Salesforce campaigns based on clicking certain links in an email but we were getting a lot of bot (server check) clicks that were syncing them before they'd even opened the email. We've set up the bot proximity pattern to check when there are multiple clicks within seconds of each other and have set a filter on the smart campaign to "bot proximity pattern = false" but the problem is the proximity pattern only gets assigned to the second click onwards, so if the first link their server checks is the trigger link then they're still getting sent over in to the Salesforce campaign. There doesn't seem to be an option to check for bot activity in the flow, only in the smart list so I can't see a way to add a delay and check for that. Hello everyone, I have a question related to setting acquisition in a list import. I know marketo sets automatically the acquisition program when importing people into that specific program, but let´s assume i am importing someone that is already in our database, will this person have a new acquisition campaign (this list import program) or will it stay with the acquisition program that created him in our systems. I guess my question is if it changes all the time or just for those who haven´t an acquisition program yet. Thank you

Hello, I want to know how to change the first line of the body email text that appears when people get sent the email. I duplicated this from a previous webinar but don't know which token this comes from? The line I want to change is "Real estate professionals share..." It doesn't appear anywhere in the email that I've created, but only when it gets to people's inboxes. Thanks for the help!   

Serverless functions can be a good choice for custom integration jobs. After all, it’s a waste to keep a server up 24/7 just to import stuff into Marketo once a day.   Instead, run a function at 2:00am (you can even use an outbound webhook as your scheduler). Adobe is removing the Marketo Events App and Marketo Moments App from the App Stores on October 2, 2023. After this date, existing customers can continue using these apps if they’re already installed on their mobile device. Hello Community!   I have a situation where leads fill an external form (not a Marketo form), and an API integration creates the leads in our Salesforce, which then is integrated to Marketo. There's a hidden field in this form with the Acquisition Program Name we want for these leads, and a campaign in Marketo with the same name.   This Marketo campaign contains a smart campaign triggered by "Lead is created / acq program is XXXX". But, testing it, we noticed that the leads don't come through. Actually, the leads arrive without an acquisition program.   Is this because the leads are created first in Salesforce? Is there something we can do to make these leads already arrive with the correct acq program?

Hi,I am working with our data warehouse IT team to model Marketo data. They are trying to create a table for Company but are noticing that the same ContactCompany id field has more than one Company Name. Some are clearly duplicate companies where INC or LTD is missing. However, some are very different company names. I don't believe ContactCompany is a field in the Marketo UI. Does anyone know where this value is coming from and why there would be a different Company Name associated to the same ContactCompany field?  They are asking me to define which Company Name should be the primary but I'm thinking they need to stay separate records.

Hello,    I wondered whether anyone had used dynamic chat to run a very short user experience style survey? Thinking something like two questions, like -  1) How easy do you find using the website? With a rating of one to five.  Followed by: 2) What were you trying to do today? (list with open options)   Has anyone used Dynamic Chat or something else within Marketo to do this?

We haven't yet used our Interactive webinar functionality and I'm just trying to work out the best way of doing this.  We will be having a webinar that will have two time zone options.  Is my only option to create this as two separate webinars, or is there a way of having two time options in one programme? Normally we would have a landing page with both options and then emails would go out depending on smart lists based on which option they chose.
