Adobe Marketo Engage

I have a 5 email nurture campaign I want to get detailed analytics for.  I am looking for the best way to provide a subscription report of the people who were sent, opened and clicked each email. Would I have to create a separate smart list for each email and each action? So ie, email 1 clicks would be 1 smart list.   Also ,I looked at all the reports in analytics and I don't see any any report that provides the contact details.    thanks

Hello!   I'm struggling with the filter logic setup and seeking help from advanced users, please.   The campaign is automatically changing the status to incomplete opt-in anytime one of the triggers applies (the person is created, one of the specified forms is filled out or the campaign is requested).   However, we need to make some exclusions - these should be defined using the filters listed below. I want to exclude anyone who is unsubscribed +  any customer contacts + anyone who is a member of a defined smart list or program, as well as anyone who filled other specified forms (different from those listed under trigger; used filter not filled out the form).   I tried multiple variations on filter logic but none seems to be working as expected.   Can anyone help and advise the correct logic I should use, please?   THANKS!

Does anyone know of a particular filter or a way to use filters in a smart list to pull related contacts associated with an account? I can't seem to find a filter that digs into this. I am using the "Has Opportunity" filter and  "Has Opportunity Product" filters, and they are pulling in some of the people I need, but have since found that we have some of our opportunities that don't have a contact on them, and therefore they aren't pulling them in.Any help/guidance is appreciated.Thanks.

Hello, I am now using Marketo Measure(Bizible) with connecting both Marketo and Salesforce. And, opportunities generating in Salesforce are transferred to Bizible correctly.   My question is,,, I don't want to transfer all of the opportunities generated in Salesforce to Bizible. If possible I want to filter by using the Title of opportunities or filter by other field (like  [Oppotrunity].[CampaignId]) in order to filter the opportunities that is sent to Bizible.is it possible,,,?

I have a script in an email that is adding the dollar amount of offers a person is eligible for and showing that in the subject line and the body.  When I look at the email in the preview it is working as it should. Here is a screenshot. However, when I send a test email, I am seeing the following. What is happening? Is it possible to create a list of people and view a report of those people's individual open rates? I want to look at a list of people and see how much they interacted with our email campaigns to see if they are more active than average and which people from the list are the most active as far as opening our emails. Does Marketo do this? Hi,   I recently did A/B test for an email sent program. I set up the winner sent to the remaining 40% of the audience.   I had also set up the Email performance report before approve the email sending. But now, when I look at the email performance report, it only shows the data for the 40% of the audience.    Then I tried to go to the the Analytics tap and set up the Email Insights for this email. But nothing is showing:     Could you please help me to trouble shooting?   Thank you  

Sorry for asking a Saleforce question but it's in service of Marketo operations. Does anyone know if data in a Text Area field will definitely be destroyed it the field type is changed to text - even if there are no records with values longer than 255 characters in the field?

We have about 22k person records in our database that do not have a SFDC type - which means they are not syncing to Salesforce due to various reasons. I suspect that one of the main reason is that "Duplicate Record Detected" from Salesforce end but there is no way for me to click each one of the 22k and filtering through its activity log to find what happened. At the admin area, you can see Salesforce sync errors going back to maximum 5 days. Is there a different way to export these sync errors so we can filter on the error detail to find the records that didn't sync because of the duplicate detection.   Background Info to the issue We are using a field in Salesforce called "Sync to Marketo" to filter the records that should sync to Marketo database. This was implemented with the idea to prevent leads/contacts added to the CRM system by the sales teams via ZoomInfo/UserGems platforms. Since we do not have their consent to marketing, we do not want all of them syncing into Marketo.

I try to check an email report numbers. I found a strange thing. If I create a smart list for ppl who received a particular email, I get much fewer numbers than the smart list for those ppl who opened the email65 ppl opened (based on smart list)31 ppl sent (based on smart list)And in the email performance report I can see the following numbers:209 sent83 openWhen I filter for a person, who is on the list of 'open email' and not on the list 'sent/delivered email', and check the activity tab, I can see both activity I don't know what can I report now,  these are so. different numbers. Dear all,We had a weird surprise today. A customer of ours has its database full of empty leads (no names, no emails). About 3000 of them. e.g.:When looking at the activity logs of these leads, they all have in common to have navigated the web site and suddenly the score triggers have fired, following the ones that computes total score, which is done through a webhook (as you will see, all this happens in the same second...):The very weird thing is that the detail of the "new person" activity shows that the lead was created by the webhook:The smart campaign that call the webhook fires on the following triggers:I just cannot make any sense of this!All of these smart campaigns are not supposed to fire on anonymous leads in the first place, but only when the lead becomes known...we have opened a support ticket, I'll let the community know.-Greg

Hello All, I have a Program Status set up to track clicks on a personalized URL that is driven by a Custom Field. This is for a survey and the survey site has the same domain on all URLS so I am using: - Email IS: *Email we send out*- Link CONTAINS: *Domain chunk that is in all URLs*   In theory this should work right? It doesn't seem to track and I'm not sure if there's a better way to do this?

The way the Marketo Program & SFDC campaign sync functions is based on a one-to-one mapping. That means a Marketo program MUST map to ONLY one Salesforce campaign, and vice-versa. The Marketo program name can be different from the Salesforce campaign name. However, other attributes must match between the two. Below is an image of the Marketo program mapping to a Salesforce campaign.       Channels and Period Costs on a Marketo program map to the Campaign Type and Actual Cost. These two attributes are a one-way sync from Marketo to SFDC.   The Marketo program statuses (also called progression statuses) MUST match the Salesforce Campaign Member statuses. This can be achieved by creating the Salesforce Campaign by using Marketo. The program statuses are kept in sync with the Salesforce campaign member statuses.
