Adobe Journey Optimizer

Hi AJO Team!   I am new with Adobe Journey Optimizer, may I ask if how can I dynamically display current year on every timezone using functions of AJO.   here is my code but it displays "false".{%= formatDate(now, "%4Y") %}Thanks in advance!

We have custom action configured where we are passing certain fields. The requirement is to send the field as 'null' where we don't have the data. We used the below functionality of AJO to set the value as null but the problem is AJO does not send this field name itself in the REST call if the value is set to null.   #{ExperiencePlatform.ProfileFieldGroup.profile._tenant.gender, defaultValue: null}   If we don't send this field as 'null' from the custom action payload, the API fails with an error. How to set this value in the payload as 'null' so that the API request body will always have structure like the below in the example   For no value in AEP { "customerID": "123", "gender": null }   If AEP has value then { "customerID": "123", "gender": "male" }   Currently, for empty or null values in AEP, the custom action is sending the payload like below & which is failing due to certain limitations at the destination system which always requires field to be set

Hi, I have a created a Journey for POC but wanted to send the data within AEP/AJO itself to successfully test the Journey. Is there any possibility to do that? Kindly let me know

Situation: we send out NPS e-mails, but only want customer to receive a NPS e-mail once in every 3 months. To do so, we created a segment and included everyone who has an event on their profile with the messageID corresponding to the message in the journey.   Problem: But, I found out that the message ID changes when you create a new version of the journey. So in that way, the segment doesn't work anymore like you want to, or you have to add all the Message ID from all the different versions of the journey. That doesn't seem like the best way to do it, there should be another way.   Question: is there a field in the message that stays the same over the different journey versions and that we can use building segment? Or what is the best way to build segments based on an e-mail a customer has received, that stays working when you create a new version of the journey?   Thank you. 

Hi Community:   I just activated a journey and I am entering the reports and I still do not get information. Is there any way to see the logs of those emails? For example: who opened, who clicked and those who had a bounce?    Thanks,  Andrea

Hi,   I am trying to send an email to members with an unsubscribe link using manage optout    I have found out that optout (un-subscription) is handled by the Consents and Preferences field group which needs to be added to the profile-enabled schema, which is working fine after implementation.   Question- 1- I have seen another field group preference details which I think is used for optIn/Out as well. Upon verifying and testing I have found that field group Preferences Details - which creates attribute "optInOut._channels.email", if set to y and there will be check marks in given profile attribute under channel preference for each channel Opt-in.  "Any email sent from AJO Journey will have unsubscribe link. Upon clicking the link, attribute consents.marketing.email.val sets to n. How can we update attribute "optInOut._channels.email", if this is required for opt-out."   Has somebody implemented this in their email.   Thanks!

Hi,   I know the global and live reports for journeys, but my marketers want to see an overview of all e-mails sent in a sandbox. Is there any way to see all the e-mails sent with some stats? Or are global and live reports the only reports available for e-mails? Thanks!     

Hi,   We are writing order data to the profile because we want to use that data in order e-mails like returns or shipping e-mails.  But after a while, we want to remove that data in the field, because the profile gets too big and we are already beyond the limit of the license.    So my question is: how do you empty a field on the profile? I know you can create a journey and update the field with the update profile action, but then you can't leave that field empty, right?  

Hi everyone,  As part of the Adobe Journey Optimizer September 2022 release, a new capability was launched to help you create dynamic content and to adapt the content of your messages based on conditional rules. Dynamic content allows you to adapt the content of your messages based on conditional rules that can be made up of profile attributes, contextual events or audience segments. Conditional rules are created using a visual rule builder within the Expression Editor, where you can store them for further reuse across your journeys and campaigns. Hi there, I have an exemplary use case like this We have a catalog of 200 products which can be purchased. We have a "product tip" for each product such as "If you press button A and B at the same time, you can ..." In case a customer purchases a product we want to send a "product tip" one day after the purchase via email. Also, 2 weeks later, we want to send another email asking to provide a brief survey on experience with this new product. In AJO I would create a journey, triggered by "commerce.purchase".I would also create 200 offers in ODE which include product tips and offer rule is tied to "purchased sku=xyz".As the first step of the journey I would wait 24h and then send an email. Email content would include an offer component / call to ODE in order to get the right "product tipp" rendered into the email.The journey is concluded with a wait activity of 2 weeks and then an email asking to fill the survey. A message was added to the user interface to warn that subdomain, landing page subdomain, PTR record and IP pool configurations are common to all sandboxes and thus any modification to one of these configurations will also impact the production sandboxes. We have requirement to check customer profile information on external system before sending out the communication, standard use case to configure the on-demand Data Source in AJO. but we got stuck into mandatory header requirement in each call from external system (REST API), able to Authenticate then we have only option to include the field group, didn't see any option for header to include similar to action, any insight will be helpful.

We currently have Campaign data sending to Analytics. Is there a similar connection to send data (like send count, open/click rate, etc) from AJO to Analytics?   Update: We're looking specifically for Adobe Analytics integration.

Hi, How do we push social actions in a journey? Is this not a feature of AJO? If not, is there a workaround?

Hi,   I am in a situation where I need to record/log the response from the "actions". I have action in my journey which connects to the third-party system via API call, now after this action step in the journey I need to update a field based on the response from the successful action call(API).   Is it possible in first place? If so what configurations need to be done or is there any Out-of-the-box schema that AJO already supports to record this kind of response which we can utilize?   Thanks in Advance!

Hi, Is there is a way to extract the HTML view of email content sent to all  the customers and export it from Journey optimizer? I know we can use the mirror page link however its not valid for more than 60 days and our requirement is to store it separately and render in the html body for quick view.

Hi All,   We have configured the customer action to trigger the Push & email message using 3rd party tools, but when we are using those in journey getting HTTP error. Do we have to setup any other access point in AJO?    Thanks

With Adobe Target lacking frequency capping capabilities, we were hoping to develop a workaround via page visits (where the adobe experience would be) in an AEP segment.An example suppression segment query for seeing an experience 2 times in 5 days would be the following:Include audience who have at least 2 Any events where (page_url contains exampledomain.com) and occurs in the last 5 day(s)   The issue with this is when a user visits once everyday, he/she never falls out of the suppression segment. Is there a viable workaround with Adobe Journey Optimizer instead?

Hi, I am getting this following error, JOURNEY ERROR => Journey version can't be deserialized (ERR_JOURNEYVERSION_107 )   Does anyone faced this type of error, if so any solution to this? I couldn't able to find the error codes in documentation as well.   Thanks in Advance
