Adobe Journey Optimizer

You cannot modify your journey when the test mode is activated. When in test mode, you can directly publish the journey, no need to deactivate the test mode before.Above point seems incorrect- I don't see any option in UI to publish when a journey in test mode. is it through API we can publish when a journey in test mode ? Please correct me if I am wrong.https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/orchestrate-journeys/create-journey/testing-the-journey

Hi,I have a use case where I have to send a re-purchase reminder email to profile after 7 days of the first purchase. If there profile purchases before 7 days, I will not send them a reminder to purchase, instead I will send them reminder 7 days after the new purchase date, and this goes on loop.  Case 1: They make a purchase within 7 days, we will not send a reminder and profile will reenter the journey as a new purchase dateCase 2: They do not make a purchase within 7 days, we will send them a reminder. If I use a wait activity for 7 days, what would happen if a profile purchases during these 7 days? I guess it won't be able to enter the journey with the new purchase date? So finally reminder will only be send if they do no repurchase within 7 days of the previous purchase. Please help me understand how can I plan a journey for this use case. TIA

I have the following requirement: An email communication containing a countdown is required. From this, the email communication should be sent to customers with the counter starting on the date the email communication is sent and ending, for example, in seven days.Currently the countdown is running using a fixed value, i.e. regardless of the date of sending the e-mail communication. Hello All, I am trying to configure AJO Push messaging and added the below field groups in event schema:Experience Event - Proposition ReferenceAEP Mobile Lifecycle DetailsAdobe Experience Edge Autofilled Environment DetailsExperience Event - Proposition Interactions But still is showing error - Your schema does not currently extend the Proposition Interaction schema. Please enable it under Schemas in AEP Data Management. Kindly help.

Most Email tools allow for A/B testing of subject lines and creative for a set percentage, with the remainder sent to the best performing email.  Is this a possibility in AJO?Our marketing teams expect to be to create A/B Tests for Email Campaign and based on engagement performance send the remainder to the winner after 4-6 hours. Has anyone solved for this or have a similar need/expectation?

Hi Team , I have a few questions and would appreciate your help in understanding them. 1) I have noticed that every URL I refer to ends with the UTM parameter utm_content=dashboard. Can someone explain the purpose of adding this UTM parameter?2)  I also noticed that a correlationID is automatically appended to the end of every URL. Hi, I have the following table from Query Service. This profile has those message_ids associatedI want to know if the message_id = 2c2de416-27bc-41a5-8c83-4a8cebd79da4 is part of the message_ids associated to that profile.  But when I create the condition:and test for test@test.com, this is my result: it takes the false path and, as I showed in table, that message_id is part of his profileSo how can I achieve my goal of check if a message_id is part of ALL message_ids received for a profile? Is there a way to look for a value in a list? For example, look for my message_id in a list of message_ids for that profile? Thanks. (I used message_id name but I know it's messageID, no worries with that, I'm using the correct name)

I am new to AJO and need to know key components of AJO?

Hi ,I have created an offer where it targets all the female customers having firstname and account no.. I haven't added any event to my decision rule keeping in mind that AJO doesn't leverage the offer which has event based decision rule.Created personalized,fallback,collection and the decision scope. For this purpose, I'm using priority based ranking. Now when I leverage this offer in my journey, it doesn't show up in my email designer.I'm able to add it and initially I was able to view it in my designer too ,so I published it but upon receiving the email, the personalized offer wasn't presented. Then upon checking the email content of the live journey,it shows rest of the content but doesn't show the personalized offer.Even the duplicate copy of the journey doesn't show the offer in the designer although the decision scope is available in the journey to select. Offer preview unavailable in the designer  Decision rule for targeting female customers Please let me kn
