Helper function
Hi,
I want to explore all the helper functions (such as function, helper, operator) in Ajo. Is there another way to test all these functions without having to create a field in APE?

You can leverage fields of OOTB schemas and populate the corresponding datasets with test data to validate the helper functions that you are interested in by previewing the content (ensuring the profile you are using is marked as a test profile).
