Hi Team ,

 

I have a few questions and would appreciate your help in understanding them.

 

1) I have noticed that every URL I refer to ends with the UTM parameter utm_content=dashboard. Can someone explain the purpose of adding this UTM parameter?

2)  I also noticed that a correlationID is automatically appended to the end of every URL. Can someone explain what a correlationID is and why it is added?

[David] please check if your channel surface has this utm parameter

 

2)  I also noticed that a correlationID is automatically appended to the end of every URL. Can someone explain what a correlationID is and why it is added?

[David] correlation ID is added by AJO to tie back your tracking information
