In order for us to create the logic we would need to something like below (for English and Norwegian). Hello,I'm facing an issue with managing unsubscribes in Adobe Journey Optimizer.In my setup, I have profiles that share the same email address but save in different Datasets(different schema but under same class) as they use different id as primary namespaces/identities. I did not make the email address an identity for theses Datasets to avoid profile collapse.The problem arises when profile datasets A contact unsubscribed using the AJO landing page to unsub from channel (email). This unsubscribe action affects profile datasets B with the same email address, even though they have different namespaces and no consent("consent.marketing.email.val.n") in their profile data;On the other hand, when profile datasets B with the same email address unsubscribes, the unsubscribe does not seem to take effect at all, I can clearly found"consent.marketing.email.val.n" in their profile attributes, but campaign/journey email sending still not excluding them.also it do not affect the same email profile

Can anyone please let me know what is the difference between a draft audience and a published audience ?I created an audience in in Audience UI and saved it in draft mode without publishing it , I am able to see that this audience can be used in journeys as well the this is getting picked up for evaluation by the evaluation job.So what is that publish audience does on top of draft audience ? Thanks in advance !

I've read through documentation and the documentation at Solved: Difference between Channel (email) and Email Ident... - Adobe Experience League Community - 687008 and cannot find a precise answer for these two scenarios. Scenario 1: The List Unsubscribe Consent Level is set to Identity and an email recipient opts out. If the customer changes the email address associated with their account, does the opt out status persist after that change?  Scenario 2: The List Unsubscribe Consent Level is set to Channel and an email recipient opts out. If the customer adds a new email address to their account in the future, would that email address also be opted out?  

Hello Community, We went live with one AJO journey in Feb-2025.In Mar-2025, the Journey was modified and Email action label name was changed.  Now we are facing issue because correct Send / Click counts are not being reflected in the CJA reports. (For. ex: for every 100 emails sent, with new name we are getting 10 count and with old name we are getting 90 count) How to solve this issue and unify the metrics in CJA ?

And adding personalization to web page.I am able to make  these changes on my web page if they are authored in AEM and WebSDK is enabled.But I also want to personalize the pages that are not authored in AEM (say in unbounce). I can make changes in the web channel in AJO Journey or campaign but upon saving the campaign i dont see the changes on the page.Do I need to add some code to my web page to use this personalization/changes done in campaign? I am unable to find any documentation for integration of AJO and nonAEM sites.Will be helpful if you can help me and/or direct me to some documentation. thanks in advance.

I am creating a query to obtain a list of emails from a dataset that is contaminated with invalid email formats, I have a query with many filters but there are many that cannot obtain the filters and when using the programmed query it generates an error. ingestion into the dataset. (Format validation for field :personalEmail.address of type: String failed. The input value is daimer100@gmail.conm and expected format was: email. Please update the field and try again.) We are trying to collect additional send logs for each email send. Is there a way to send a unique id per email sent to a profile, and collect the same from the feedback schema for email campaigns?  

What is the business case on two eligibility levels? First we put eligibility on an Offer then on a Decision where these offers are included. I am preparing for a certification that's why I would like to understand that in depth

Hi all,   I have seen this thread about a similar observation by fellow community members about the journeys and campaigns not reflecting the latest profile data for personalization. https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/journey-optimizer-questions/campaign-shows-old-profile-data/td-p/729630   I have also observed that the marketing and email consents are also not respected in case a customer updates their consent between the time a segment qualification is evaluated and a campaign/journey using it is executed.   There is, however, a hack which works for now but might not work in future with a potential update. The hack is for journeys to add a wait step between the read audience and email execution step. The wait can be as short as a few seconds as well. This way the journey reads profile information from the profile store for personalization as well as consent checking.   Referring to the older thread, was there ever a clear solution or clarification by

Hi,We have a journey where we are sending out emails. In CJA report we saw some 'messageExecutionError'. I went through existing questions highlighting same issue but couldnt find much description on what could be the cause, queries to check the details, or fixes.  Any suggestions/advice is much appreciated Update : I dived a bit and found that the executionErrorCode to be 'kafkaError' and in some places actionExecutionError was blank.  I didnt even find any relevant adobe documentation detailing the issue

Until this release, API-triggered campaigns capability was covering various operational and transactional messaging needs like password resets or OTP token, but could not be used to create marketing campaigns.    I need some help with exporting the final segmentation results from a journey I've built in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to a CSV file. This journey incorporates audience conditions and exclusions to precisely target the desired segment, fulfilling specific business requirements. However, I'm encountering difficulty in exporting this final, refined segmentation as a CSV file and delivering it to an SFTP server. I know Direct Mail can do something similar for campaigns, but this is a journey, not a campaign. Any tips or tricks would be awesome!!
