Hi Team,We are using Web SDK to migrate to AEP, could you please share some samples on tracking merchandising variables and events using Web SDK into AEP & Adobe analytics, do we need to add processing rules for these merch-vars as well to get them tracked into analytics?We tried using Adobe Analytics Template mixin but no luck. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks..!

Is it possible to remove label added to schema? I do not have see that option ...

Hi, Our client is currently using Adobe data collection tags on the client side to transmit data to Adobe Analytics. However, they are now considering a transition to server-side implementation. According to the information I have gathered from Adobe's documentation, the platform edge network is used to send data to Adobe products, which can be configured via datastreams. On the other hand, for transmitting events to non-Adobe products, the recommended approach is to use the launch server-side method. I have got the complete access to Adobe data collection, still i am not able to see datastreams on the data collection console.I would like to know if AEP license is required for utilising datastreams in Adobe data collection. Hi!We are in process of Switching our App measurement code into AEP Web SDK and send data to Adobe Analytics (Use the same Schema and share data with AEP Data Lake in near future). And I see in one of the articles, adobe have mentioned that using default Adobe analytics experience event schema can create confusion for data admins or architects and it also make it difficult to use other platform services such as Adobe journey optimizer or Real - Time Customer Data Platform. Adobe also recommended to use data object that allow you to send data to Adobe analytics without confirming to XDM schema   My questions is, what exactly the drawback of using Experience event schema ?  and have anyone used data object to send data to adobe analytics and how it works ? Send data to Adobe Analytics using the Web SDK tag extension | Adobe Analytics Thanks, Pradeep 

HI, We would like to send data from mobile app to two different sandboxes (not prod/dev/staging but two completely different sandboxes). For the web in launch extension we can override DataStream ID in actions but there are no override actions in mobile extensions. So wanted to know if any one has implemented this and how did they go about it?

If I upload batch file to dataset is that file visible as a batch in a given dataset UI?Because I got response 200 but do not see that file

Hi, We have Implemented AEP WEB SDK for 3 regions (US/LATAM/APAC/EMEA) and currently data has been streaming into Adobe Analytics to the respective report suite (US- US report suite, LATAM - LATAM report suite, APAC - Asia report suite, EMEA - Europe report suite). All our 4 report suites are residing in one Adobe instance (Same org ID). Our AEP Instance is also onboarded for Same instance. That being said, AEP WEB SDK Schema also created in same instance. Now, my org is looking to onboard different AEP instance for each region which means US will have own AEP instance and vice versa for other regions as well.  Since, My Schema Mapping, Data stream and Adobe launch deployments are managed in existing instance. Do I need to re write all my schemas in new instance with respect to region? How do we handle this sort of situation?  Thanks, Pradeep

Hi, We have a requirement from our internal privacy team to hide/exclude AEP profiles for users where the profile consent flags are set to No. This way, any profile without consent is not viewed or activated to the destinations. We have ideas around using flags in segments to stop the activation and looked into setting governance labels for the visibility part. However, My understanding is the governance labels can either allow all or no profiles to be visible to the users regardless of the consent fields and cannot be dynamically set based on consent fields. Has anyone come across this need and found a way or thoughts on how to restrict the visibility of profiles to users based on consent flags within AEP?

Hello, I have a bit of an urgent ask. We're ingesting data into AEP using a csv file, and some values in the csv files are in foreign languages that have special characters (e.g. é or ô). When this data is ingested in AEP the special character is replaced with � How can I ingest data in AEP, such that the special characters don't get replaced. The data type for all these fields is string.  Thanks!

We have been noticing a significant amount of crash on our firebase crashlytics in relation to Adobe In-App message on our Android App. We are currently usingcom.adobe.marketing.mobile:core: version - 2.3.1 This is the error -  Fatal Exception: java.lang.NullPointerExceptionAttempt to invoke virtual method 'void android.view.View.startAnimation(android.view.animation.Animation)' on a null object referenceat com.adobe.marketing.mobile.services.ui.AEPMessage.dismiss (AEPMessage.java:298) I have attached a screenshot of the same and a detailed stack trace of the exception for your reference.  Can someone please have a look at this and help fix it. Hi there, What are some of the ways an ECID would be deleted from an identityMap for an existing customer? I originally thought setting the ExperienceEvent TTL on our web/app dataset would help remove older ECIDs outside of the time window, but was told this is not the case. Then I wonder, for customers with older ECIDs that we want to remove, or we if we just want identityMap to show most recent ECIDs within x days, how is that possible? Thanks.

I have implemented onetrust on my site. In the ECID extension,  Enable Opt In is set to yes and the previous permissions is {"ecid": false, "target": false}. I still see the target cookies at_check and mbox cookies fire before consent is provided. I did go into target and enabled GDPR optin and the mbox cookie went away but the at_check still fires.
