Hi Adobe Support Team,I am encountering a persistent issue with Adobe Assurance on my iPhone 13, which is running iOS 17.5.1. The application frequently disconnects and reconnects automatically, displaying the following error message:Error Message:       "Adobe assurance session disconnected"        Close code: 1006        Reason: isClean : falseThe disconnection and reconnection cycle is continuous, making it difficult to use the extension effectively. Testing and Observations:Device and OS Information:iPhone 13 with iOS 17.5.1Frequent disconnections unless continuously interacting with the app.I have also tested this on iPhone X with OS version 16.7.8, but there was no connection loss.From my testing, it looks like the issue might be specific to the ios version 17 and higher. Hi, I am trying to establish a SSH tunnel connection into AEP using a public key. However my database is on MariaDB. I tried using the OOTB MariaDB connection in AEP but couldn't connect as it said invalid credentials. Is there any work around, to connect to my MariaDB data source using an SSH Tunnel connection using public key? Thank you.

Hi, I have been trying out the Luma app AEP Mobile SDK tutorial and tried to set-up a postback following the video here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r-z9ivQjzOYFor testing purposes, I have set-up a very simple endpoint that I can easily access (tested) from anywhere without any restrictions and it returns the request details in the response. However, when I use it in a postback configured in a Tags mobile property, the endpoint is never called according to the server logs. In Assurance, I can see that a Rules Consequence Event has been triggered and that it carries the correct url in the templateurl property. Any idea why this might be? Is there any more configuration required in order to make this work?I also updated all the extensions to the latest versions.Any help would be much appreciated.

I have an AJO custom action that writes data back to a dataset. The custom action is used by many different journeys, and we identified that we shouldn't have added an identity as a secondary identity which is causing inaccurate identity stitching.  The only solution we have is to delete the dataset and recreate another one to unstitch everything, but that will impact all the journeys that are using the action. It is a very difficult task to to update all the journeys to use the new action, not to mention we need to go through all the draft/closed journeys that were using it too.Basically the connection is what I am trying to delete. 1) Is there another way to unstitch the connections between identities?2) If i disable the dataset for profile, will it unstitch?3) Is there an easier way to update all this without going through all the journeys to use a new action? Thank you.

hi all, I am setting a product view in data.__adobe.analytics.products. As soon as it is being set, I can see that data.__adobe.analytics.contextData is set to "1". I assume that this to indicate that the prodView has occurred. I can't find any references in the documentation though - products | Adobe Analytics. Can someone point me in the right direction please ? Thanks  

Hi All,This is a follow up to my previous post . During the insert from query service, I realized there are some ill-formatted emails in my source data. This is causing a failure of the whole batch and nothing gets inserted. Using the source/direct file upload into a dataset, we can handle such scenario by enabling:a. Error diagnostic toggleb. Enable partial ingestion toggleHere is my error log (from query service):58000 Batch query execution gets : [failed reason ErrorCode: 58000 Batch query execution gets : [Errors(Some(INGEST-1211-400),Some(List()),Some(Parsing errors occurred when converting or validating the data. Please enable error diagnostics and ingest data again to preview or download an error log.))]]How do I enable error diagnostics or is there any mechanism to enable partial ingestion from query service? Thanks for your response!

Hi, i'm facing this issue regarding the modification of attribute display name.I modified some display name (both of custom field and standard adobe fields) and then activated an ingestion on a dataset based on this schema. when data came in the profile store the column display name of the attributes wasn't reflecting the change. Any idea on why this happens? what should be done? additionally, in the audience section i see the right display names.

Hi Team,We are working on a particular usecase where a query using "WITH" clause need to be inserted into a dataset which will be used at a later point in time. I have run the "select" clause successfully, however, the "Insert" command is not working in the script. Has anyone tried any such usecase? Curious to know your take on this! Thank you!

Hello,I'm setting up an IO Event webhook in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to trigger when two profiles, each with a unique GraphID attribute, are merged. After merging, the resulting profile (graph) will temporarily have two GraphID attributes. We need to notify our external systems and AEP itself about this merge so we can remove the extra GraphID attribute, ensuring each profile(graph in AEP) has only one unique identifier that points to the stitched unique profile in AEP.Any ideas, advice, tips, or documentation on setting this up would be greatly appreciated.Thanks! 

Customer would like to use GTM to collect web data.How it would affect functionalities of AEP comparing to Adobe Tags?Customer would not be able to create Edge Audiences and data from GTM would need to be send to AEP in a streaming way?

I am curious to understand if we can map or implement AEP to our current GTM system to collect data in AEP that can be used for further data analytics purpose across other channels. One of the teams that I am working with is implementing AEP to Tealium IQ which lead me here to see if something similar can be done with GTM or is it only related to CDP implementation

Hi All,I'm trying to learn about AEP etc. What I'm confused about is when you create an XDM schema, you have to create a Data Set from it. What confuses me is, for example, if that data set has a count of # of times a widget was used, then will the data set automatically get updated when the widget is used again, or does it get updated when a data view is created using that data set? If not, when is that data updated and how?  Thanks!

Since I'm Junior developer and pretty new to analytics world I was wondering which could be the best approach to keep rules consistent and also maintainable over time. I came up with two approaches but I'm not sure if it is the best way to achieve it: First Approach: Have one single rule that is going to be share with all the websites. What value should be assigned to this field? Second question, Also mostly all third party tags ask for any of these 3 fields to be provided with Value, Email ID, IP or Mobile Advertising ID. Hi,Could someone help me on understanding the below:I have a usecase where a person is opening a website through his laptop but doesn't log in to the website but gives his details(firstname,lastname,phone no.) and an ECID is generated for him on that website.Now the same user logs in to the website using his email id on his mobile.So the question is, will two profiles be generated for the same person ?Also as I know two ECIDs will be generated for the same person, in the first scenario he didn't login(using his laptop) making him a prospect and in the second scenario he would become an authenticated user(using his mobile) and that would make another profile.Please let me know if I'm correct with my understanding or otherwise.Thanks in advance.

I'm now experiencing the same. we need to use this function in order to get only date and not time from this format 2022-04-13T22:00:29Zin the preview it seems working fine but when ingestion happens in the datatset the field is white.  is there a workaraound to manage this issue? thanks

There is no documentation available to create data flow for Adobe campaign managed services using API. Can anyone guide how do it using api? Hi,I wanted to implement push notification via AJO but I can see in griffon that profile doesnt have matching push token. What is wrong here ?I can see fcm token in logcat of android studio. I have set push identifier too.Any suggestions here ?
