Where do we look when data is not populating the report suite, but we see calls going out in Digital pulse?   Could there be an issue with the JS file?

I am struggling to get tracking implemented on my navigation using DTM. It occurs to me that Rover would help me immensely. Is Adobe supporting Rover at this time?

We're an events company that uses multiple domains including subdomains. For instance, a sampling of our event URLs are:http://mdmeast.mddionline.com/http://biomedevicesj.mddionline.com/http://eastpack.packagingdigest.com/http://packextoronto.packagingdigest.com/http://atxeast.designnews.com/http://dm-canada.designnews.com/These sites utilize the same page template--thus I want to use a single DTM web property. QUESTION: HOW do I add all these domains/subdomains within a single DTM web property?. Do I simply list them within the "Additional Domains" entry field? I am currently trying to deploy the following tools through DTM: Adobe TargetAdobe Audience ManagerAdobe Marketing Visitor ID ServiceAdobe Analytics By using DTM, I am wanting to provide Audience manager with a prop value (for a visitor), and this prop value determines the Test and Target experience the visitor sees when they visit a test URL. The analytics is tracking a prop, i.e. prop1=test_value, and this is appearing correctly in the tracking as well as my test report suite. However, Audience manager is unable to find this prop and use it in order to determine the target audience. I was wondering if there is custom code that i need to implement in the DTM Audience manager tool in order to pass through the Analytics prop value through to the Audience tool? And if so, could i please get an example for what this code should look like? Thanks for any help

I see a JavaScript error in my console when I load dynamic tag management.

I have a client who is using DTM within a secure site, https://reservations.millenniumhotels.com/ibe/index.aspxWhen I open this site in Firefox, I see this error in my console:SecurityError: The operation is insecure. satelliteLib-b036f547cb74531b88442132a054ddca454ea887.js:2The satellite JS file is included like this:<script src="//assets.adobedtm.com/5405ae4aa30c9b11dc9852743bcc8c52b86b8725/satelliteLib-b036f547cb74531b88442132a054ddca454ea887.js"></script>As a result of this error, it looks like Adobe Analytics isn't tracking. (Although when I check AA's Browser reports, I can still see visits from Firefox.)In Chrome, I don't see this error in its console. Adobe Debugger doesn't show any Adobe-related tracking, though I can see a "/b/ss" image request in my browser's Network panel.Is it just my browser or is this a known issue?

Does "non-sequential" and "sequential" JS mean the same as “asynchronous” and “synchronous” (respectively)?

Hello,We have Site Catalysts fully functional across enterprise applications. We want to migrate to DTM.I have couple of questions:1. Should the Data Layer be created in the Tag Manager Interface by defining various data elements that we access from the page OR should the data layer be part of the application (as JSON Object)?2. Assuming Data Layer is created in the application, where should it be created? In the Header, Footer, or start / end of the body tag? Please note that this data layer will contain Global Variables (which fires on every page), page specific variables and variables that will be populated based on User Actions.Do we have any documentation for best practices or any good article?Appreciate your help.Sameer Khaladkar.

Hi, I'm having trouble getting a page load rule to fire.  I'm using the staging tag on a dev server, and the basic Adobe Analytics fire on the page load through DTM.  The rule is configured to fire at the bottom of the page.  I've set the criteria using path and a regex defined as:    .indycar.   (I'm trying to use criteria that fire for both the dev and prod servers)A sample dev page is here:http://dev.indycar.ims.com/news Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks!Frank.

We are an events B2B company that utilizes about 50 domains that are similar in structure. Since they are similar, a single DTM web property is desired.Setting up the DTM property, within the "Additional Domains" box, I supplied all 50 subdomains. Getting an error Message and can't save them: "Too Long (Max 255 characters)"  **see attached screenshotIs there a way around this issue? I don't want to set up 50  individual DTM properties that are very similar  in structure. Surely as DTM is an enterprise level product, a limit like this wouldn't be imposed.HELP!Thanks

I am trying to set a rule to fire only when a <p> with the id of "ApplyFormError" shows, i'm using the enters viewport condition but it seems like the rule is firing before the element show.not when the element actually appears in the page[img]entersviewportsettings.png[/img]I want to know if my settings are correct? or if i should try a different thing???

How do I get access to DTM? / Why can't I access DTM?

Hi,Started to use DTM with SiteCatalyst. Just testing on one report suite and let’s see how it works. At this point not really sure do we need the tag management. The setup with SiteCatalyst was quite easy to do and now my suite is collecting data ok. Now the real works aka tagging starts and lots of newbie questions in my mind. Let’s start with the first one.I would like to save friendly name to SiteCatalyst (s.pageName). I could use the url path for this. If we have over 100 pages on our site then it would be really time consuming to make rule (to pageName) for every page. What would be the correct/easiest thing to do this with only one rule/script, possible?For example, http://www.example.com page name could be “/”. http://www.homepage.com/category/cars/ page name would be “category/cars” so I want always save the folder path to s.pageName.Thanks for all the help.

How do I log in to DTM? / Why can't I log in to DTM?

Has anyone tried to implement a CrazyEgg tag through DTM? I've tried and cannot find the satellite tag when inspecting the elements on the page that should be showing up. I'm triggering the Page Load Rule on DOM ready and have it set in the JavaScript/Third Party Tags area as an async HTML tag.I've confirmed the rule has been Saved, Approved and Published.Thanks in advance

If user goes to url that doesn't exist and then the browser gets status code 404 error aka page not found. If that happens, I would then like to save "errorpage" to s.pageName and the status code "404" to eVar5. Any ideas which would be the easiest or the best way to do this with dynamic tag management? I didn't see any rules for status codes in the "page load rules" section. Do I have to again (!) make some kind of custom script? Thanks for all the help.

I am testing DTM before deploying for a client.  I had a page load rule added that worked great.  I now deleted that rule and added another rule and I am still seeing the old deleted rule fire only even though I have the staging library enabled in the console for the site?  I have tried enabling and disable the staging library but i can't seem to get the old rule to not fire and test the new rule before publishing.  Do I need to bust the cache somehow?And I am using akamai so that should allow me to use the staging library correct?

Any idea why DTM won't fire more than once for me on the "Element Exists" rule? There is a span element that pops up whenever I want this rule to fire, and DTM's own notifications detects its existence, but for some reason the rule won't fire after the first time.I've tried every combination of Bubbling options I can think of.Take a look at my console notifications:[img]element-exists-only-fires-rule-once.gif[/img]The part highlighted in Red is the part I want to fire each time. See how the same sequence later stops with DTM saying to me: "yep, it's there..."Thanks for your help!
