Hi, I have multiple instances of search and promote and i want to push my changes from one instance to another. How can we do that?Ex: SNP instance "1" has a newly created Facet, now i wish to push the same to SNP instance "2"Please guide.

Two part question:I have added a Google Analytics tool to my property, entered my UA numbers and left everything else at the default settings.I have a general page load rule that works perfectly fine for my Adobe Analytics tool. I haven't changed any of the Google Analytics setting under this rule and "Don't load Google Universal Analytics on these pages" is unchecked.Why is nothing being sent to Google Analytics? --------------After I add a Google Analytics "Classic" tool to my mostly stock property, I can see checkmarks below the GA "Classic" logo for the default event based rules.Editing an individual event based rule I can see that the GA tool has been configured with event settings.Why doesn't this happen when I add a Google Analytics Universal tool?Thanks in advance.

I'm wondering if it's possible to use the Adobe-managed AA library in DTM, but to modify the Reporting Suite that gets the data down in the Customized Page Code section. I've tested this a number of times, changing the reporting suite ID with s.gi() and even _satellite.tools["tool_id"].settings.account (and "After UI settings (custom code takes precedence)" turned on), and no matter what I try, it's still writing to the default suites selected above in the interface.Is there anything I'm missing? I am not able to delete an individual sketch (Annotation). When I use the delete button on my keyboard to delete a sketch, I get a pop up saying "Your request could not be completed because you have signed out". This happens every single time. At first I thought it could be a permission related issue but I am using the system as admin who has the complete access.Please let me know how to resolve this.

HiI am integrating Adobe Analytics with DTM.I created the rule and published it.The values are being passed as seen in observepoint and Digital Pulse Debugger but data is not getting captured in the analytics report suite.Can you please help.

Hello--I find a very strange issue on DTM. On the PageLoad Rules it's impossible to send a variable with all evar after the eVar75.For Exemple we send the string "Home" on the eVar75, but not send for all eVar after 76.Any idea ?

Does anyone have experience or can share analytics best practices for a hybrid DPS app?I have a DPS-built tablet app which contains a home screen, and uses several HTML pages (processed through the compiler) for the rest of the app experience. When the app was first created, DPS automatically created a new report suite with it's custom app conversion variables (Article reports, Collections, Publications...). These will only track the native DPS-built screens which is "home" in this case, but not the HTML content.My plan is to use Adobe Analytics via DTM for the HTML content using the same report suite, and then map "page names" to "article names". The weakness behind this method is DTM will not fire the tracking of the HTML pages if the tablet is offline.I'm open to any suggestions or recommendations on how to better track this type of app.

Hi,  We have an existing iOS app that we are now creating a Windows 10 UAP version of and i'm looking to add the same lifecycle metrics to it.I've followed the instructions as follows: - Downloaded the Windows 10 UAP SDK and added a reference to it to my project - Downloaded 'ADBMobileConfig.json' and added it to the project. No need to configure it further as it is the same one as the iOS app. - Added the appropriate calls to 'ADBMobile.Config.CollectLifecycleData()' in App.xaml.cs - Enabled debugging ( ADBMobile.Config.SetDebugLogging(true);) so i can view what is being loggedThe app compiles and runs and CollectLifecycleData is being called but the only results on the website are for iOS. Any idea what i'm missing? Thanks,   Gary.

They want to manage DTM on their end and integrate the reporting into their existing Omniture reports.  Is there a way to setup a private DTM property pointing to their Omniture suite and still maintain internal reporting within our own?Your help is appreciated.

Hi,Has anyone faced the below issue before?I'm capturing s_vi cookie value into eVar1. Used DTM to set this variables, under global variables section. But, getting none in the report when i choose visits as the metrics. If i choose instances as the metrics then there is no "none" in the report. s.eVar1="D=s_vi" // captures the s_vi (visitor ID) cookie value in eVar1Is it because, i am looking only s_vi cookie value? Should i need to write the condition and look for s_fid value if there is no s_vi cookie?Thanks in advance.

The credit card I used to subscribe to Cloud expired. I've gone into my profile to update it and all I need to do is change the expiration year, not the date ... nothing else, but when I hit send I get a red warning saying the address is incorrect. It really doesn't make any sense.

We just released a new version of our Android app and are seeing about 30% of our devices generating a new unique visitor and visit for every tracking call. This is significantly inflating our visit count and making our conversion rates incorrect.I found a device that was tracking this way and ran it through a Charles proxy. Each call is being duplicated. The first one appears to be redirecting and inserting two variables into the url: g=none&pccr=true. I am pretty sure that the insertion of the pccr value is causing the increment to visits and visitors, but I can't figure out why it is redirecting and being added in.Has anyone else seen this type of tracking?
