Hello,Our app has a "call back" functionnality that allows users to receive a call from one of our call centers.We would like to measure the number of calls that are getting into our app users.I know that this is 'off line' data . But I was wondering if the SDK doesn't has already a "App interruption" action for incoming calls that we could track and analyse.Kind regards !And cheers to the adobe Analytics community !Mario

Hi all,I'm currently using the condition "number of page views = 1" in Page Load Rules (both DTM & Launch)  and they fire fine. Nevertheless I was wondering if I can also access the same information via Javascript over the s-object?Checking through the object I couldn't find anything, also there is no documentation so far. I want to build a Launch extension that can manipulate values on the Adobe Analytics tracker object ("s" by default).I see in the Feb 8 release notes that the updated Adobe Analytics extension (v1.1) provides access to the tracker object via shared modules.I see here that the function to call is turbine.getSharedModuleI see via inspection of the api calls on the extensions page that the AA extension name is "adobe-analytics".So, I'm left with a couple questions:1) How do I get the updated Adobe Analytics extension (v1.1)?   I only see 1.0.0 in the extension catalog and I don't see any way to update. 2) What is the string to use for the sharedModuleName parament in turbine.getSharedModule?  My best guess is below:var sObject = turbine.getSharedModule('adobe-analytics', 'tracker');Thanks in advance!-Stew

But somehow it is loading slow, should I keep the js for faster speed? Any help will be grateful. Thanks.

I am trying to set up Launch Header and Footer Script, I am unable to see any image request send to Adobe. I can see from console the libraries are loading properly, is this an Expected Behavior? Do i need to set up rules for Triggering Image request(But in DTM Only Header and Footer scripts will give Image beacon)Thanks in Advance,Vijayavigneshan.

I'm trying to track internal search terms entered in the search box by visitors on a web page. But the given search box is divided into 3 sub boxes with each search box having its own URL parameter. URL for a sample search appears as (www.example.com/search?k=analyst&c=alliedhealthsocialservices&l=Columbus,%20Ohio&t=regularparttime). How to track all the search terms entered in 3 search boxes? Do i need to create separate Data Elements for each individual search box? Can anyone tell me how do i processed further?

We have a dataLayer embedded within an Angular app that pushes an event and a data object into the dL when a user filters/edits their search. This means that the event object could change during the same pageview, or the same value could be pushed into the dL multiple times:function(fromDate, toDate, filter) {var analyticsEvent = function() {   digitalData.push({      event: "loadClaimList",      eventData: {        fromDate: fromDate,        toDate: toDate      }    });};dataelementchanged doesn't work because you cannot limit persistence at the hit level, only pageview. Can Target load and run correctly with an async Launch deployment?

Hi,We are having Hybrid App with IBM Worklight and using Adobe Analytics Mobile SDK to track our App. When we do web resources encryption, tracking is not working. When web resources encryption is enabled, the "www" folder within the binary ( apk or ipa) is replaced with an encrypted resources.zip file. Hi there,I set up a couple of click events in DTM. I also added custom variables to each click event in order to save the link name. I did this with two links on my page (it is a one page website). I tried to debug it and now something very strange happens.if I click on the first link, everything is tracked correctly.after that, if I click on the second link, the second link is also tracked correctly but there is also a second server call sent which tracks the first click again.So if I take a look at my report in adobe analytics I have two instances for the first click and one instance for the second click. But that is not correct, there should be one instance for each link, since I only clicked each of the links once.Do you have an idea what I did wrong?Thank you.

Recently we want to move all of our tracking work from GTM to DTM.  then I ran into a question:in GTM, it is pretty easy to add some third party code, like AdRoll, Crazy egg by select those as the tag type and then provide the account info. But I didn't find the similar thing in DTM. Anyone knows how to add those tags in DTM?Thanks,-Cathy

I am trying to populate the value from the data-id attribute in the link clicked into the custom link, but it just shows %this.data-id% in the actual text in the pev2 value instead of replacing it with the value itself. Are not all dynamic references available in the Custom Link field?

Hi,I'm having difficulties in planning out the code needed for my s.product rule and I wondered if anyone could help.We basically have a shopping cart where you can add a product. However once added you cannot remove the product but only replace with another product.What would be the best way of running the code for this scenario?My thoughts are:product added : scAdd product replaced : scRemove,scAddThe part i'm not sure about is the product replace, would using scRemove and scAdd in a single Adobe call remove the original product and replace with new work ok?orWill I have to fire two separate Adobe calls, one for scRemove and another for scAdd?Thanks

Hi,Has anyone successfully tracked flag modal pop up selection using Adobe DTM? when we click on the flag symbol and model pop up will display and that would contains 4 selections(high, Medium, Low, Clear). I would like to know how many people clicked on each selection .Tried using Event based rules(ie: click element tag) but it doesn't seem to be working.Any help?Thanks,Muthu

Hi Team,I have added new web property on same website which had one web property before.I have removed the embed code of first web property from all web pages.and added the embed code  of new web property. Configured the new report suites and added new tools in the new web property.Still I am seeing the old web property report suite ID on all web page when I checked using Adobe Debugger, even after disabling the web property.(I have tried all browsers and cleared all caches of browsers)how do I completely disable earlier implementation of Web property and add new one ?Thanks,Ketan Pardeshi

I have Google Analytics and and SiteCat firing on a page load with SiteCat first and GA second. However when it runs the GA is getting fired first. THis is causing issues since some of the GA variables are based on SiteCat variables which need to be set first.Can someone help?
