Hello, I have an error in query service within AEP when I use set auto_to_json=true; and them run the select * from adobe analytics data; Error:  Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'map')I have just use the dataset that is created from adobe source connector. I have 3k+ fields within this that is in JSON format. How does one query this within the query service to get all columns auto populated. ?

Hi - there are 2 Consent Value fields available to use in Audiences, but they are mapped to different paths. One is:  XDM Individual Profile> Consents and Preferences> Id Specific >Marketing Preferences >Receive email >Choice ValueThe other is:  XDM Individual Profile> Consents and Preferences> Marketing Preferences >Receive email >Choice Value We want to create an audience of ALL email opt outs, regardless of ID (we have multiple). Should we be using the second path above where it does NOT reference Id Specific?  Thanks.

Hi all,I’m working in AEP and noticed that the total profile count is not showing on the Home dashboard or the Profiles > Overview page, even though:I’ve ingested data into a Profile-enabled schema and datasetIdentity fields are mapped properly and populatedBoth schema and dataset have the Profile toggle enabledThe dataset ingestion shows success with no errorsHas anyone run into this before where the dashboard doesn’t reflect the profile count even after successful ingestion? I recently gave an internal enablement session on the AI Assistant.  It was straight forward and didn’t go into too much depth.  Out of it came a lot of asks for any kind of rules or methodology I was following. My approach is simple; just use it to do my job.  As I think of any question, I quickly frame the question and ask the AI.  Nothing fancy, not trying to trick it, not doing large verbose prompts or persona, just straight forward Q&A. Break down more complex questions to simpler prompts and then tie these answers together myself for more critical thinking. Basic prompts: Do you know any documentation about Edge API? What are segment guardrails? What is the difference between rbac and obac? Can I do an upsert? At some point I started taking questions that others were posting in an email to me or more broadly to a group. Then have the AI Assistant answer them as is without changing anything. Hi Adobe Community,   So my company uses RTCDP and CJA. So for some datasets, we bring them in as events so that they can be used in CJA. However, for audience building purposes, we don't really need the data as events. I have an instance where I just want to most recent record of data for every customer number that qualifies for my audience. I am wondering if there is a way to set the timestamp or somethign so that it's just giving me the most up to date record for each customer. I don't want to set the criteria and have it include a customer that used to qualify but does not qualify anymore.   Thanks, Nick

Hi Community,I have implement Data Usage Labels to Fields Groups using descriptors endpoint API,but to delete the labels using descriptors endpoint if not working ,To delete Dule Labels we should have descriptors ID and I hit GET request to get descriptors ID.but in response we have so many IDs i can't find out the descriptors ID which is belong to a particular field group.This is API request to create Data usage labels using API: Please give insights to delete lables using Descriptors endpoint API.

Hi Team, I want to get the tracking data of sms journey . As per my understanding, below three system datasets are present with delivery and tracking data in AEP. Could some one please help me understand in which dataset and field I'll get tracking information of SMS? (like sms open, click etc.) Email tracking: tracks data of emails (Interaction type is its field and opens/ clicks/ unsubscribe etc tracking of email data is captured here)Push tracking : tracking data of push journeys (eventtype field captures data of open, clicks. descision.propositioninteract value is capturing the clicks as per below screenshot)Message feedback: takes care of delivery data of all three push/email/sms (feedback status is its field which provides update like sent/exluded/bounced etc.)

We recently implemented Web SDK. We have Analytics, Target and AAM. We will be implementing RTCDP soon. We also recently got OneTrust. We did a OneTrust scan of our website and came up with a list of cookies. In OT, cookies are categorized as Essential, Functional, Targeting, etc. Visitor preferences for each category are stored in a data layer variable. Therefore, we can inspect the variable to see that was opted in and out for each visitor; e.g. Essential opted in, Functional opted in, Targeting opted out, etc. We can have a script that either allows cookies to be created or not based on the category preferences (opted in or out). In Launch, we have a Page View rule. My customer has hybrid mobile app: web view (in mobile app) + native app (kotlin etc) I suppose that some web view needs to use web sdk and native app has to use mobile sdk?Did anybody do something like that recently? How to share the ECID? What might be the risks? 

Hi Team, I am having an AEM website, where we have integrated Adobe analytics in combination with Adobe launch, where all rules, data elements and extensions are configured.For digital datalayer, we are using perficient datalayer and for consent management, we use oneTrust. Everything works well with the payload data(pageName, props and eVars) of the analytics call. We are changing the tracking server for some data privacy requirements. Then, i see a strange issue that the data in payload is not consistent - sometimes, it has all the data and soemtimes not (E.g., pageName etc). When I hit refresh button of the browser, i see the difference as 3 out of 10 like data is not consistent.I suspect that there is a race condition on the digitalData being set and launch script being executed. But, why it happes with tracking server changes.Any reference points/suggestions to resolve this situation!

 I'm trying to create a Streaming Segment in Adobe Experience Platform that checks:If the total debit transaction amount (TXN_TP_DESC = DR) exceeds 5,000,000 THB within the next 15 minutes Configuration:Evaluation method: StreamingTime condition: In next 1 to 15 minutesAggregate: Sum of TXN_AMTWhere: TXN_TP equals DRBut I get this error:Not able to map WHEN statement: (v0 occurs >= 1 minute after now). Cause: Cannot map to duration: >= 1 minute after now 1. Does Streaming Segmentation support In next time window logic at all?2. If not, is there any native way in AEP to evaluate aggregate values like total TXN_AMT for real-time use cases without relying on external data transformation (e.g., Kafka)?3. We noticed that batch segmentation only supports a minimum window of 1 hour, which doesn’t work for our use case (we need a 15-minute window). Is there any workaround?Would appreciate any insights or solutions. Thank you!

Is there a function available in AEP  Calculated Fields  section, to add number of days to a given date ?Currently found a manual workaround to fetch the date parts and convert a date into epoch timestamp and then add days to it. this process is complex and  lengthy. IS there a  function which I can leverage in calculated fields section  in AEP ?

Hello folksI am trying to create a Business Event for new product drop. I created a schema that is Time Series, Not Enabled for Profile, has a primary key.I waited 15 mins. The schema is not showing up in the dropdown when I pick Business. What am I doing wrong?Gunjan

Hi there, My understanding is that any newly created segments will need to wait for the next segment evaluation time in order to be used for activation/AJO. Is there a minimal time that the segment need to be created prior to the evaluation time in order to be used? For example, the new segment need to be created at least 3-4 hours before global segment evaluation time to be used. Second, there are always urgent/last minute requests from marketing teams to create and target a segment asap, say in the next few hours. If the segment wasn't planned and wasn't created, how do we handle those situations? Regardless if the segment is batch/streaming/edge, sounds like to me it still needs to wait for the segment evaluation time (typically tomorrow), which is extremely inconvenient at critical times. Is there an emergency process we can follow (e.g call this and that api) and the new segment can be used in the new few hours. Thanks.

Hi everyone,I’m currently working on implementing streaming upserts in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) for an object array field in my schema. Both the schema and the associated dataset are enabled for Profile, and I’ve configured the HTTP API connection accordingly.In the Data Prep mapping, I’m using the expression:upsert_array_append(<tenantId>.hobbies3)to map the incoming hobbies3 array. My intention is to append new hobby objects to the existing array, rather than overwriting it entirely on each update.I’ve also ensured that:Upsert is enabled on the dataset, as described in the official documentation [link].The request headers and payload follow the format and requirements outlined in the streaming upsert guide [link].Despite following the documentation and configuration steps, the array is still being overwritten instead of appended in the profile. I’m specifically working with an array of objects, not simple strings or primitives.Has anyone successfully implemented upsert_a

Assume that I set up Privacy Service workflow:1. I create www where user can create request2. Then on the back-end we send request to Privacy Service 3. Then we subscribe to events using Adobe I/O4. Then if user request was about access to data if we have response then Adobe I/O event should trigger some internal journey and send the email with data (from any AEC tool) to customer?

We are migrating from appmeasurement (using Analytics Source Connector in RTCDP) to WebSDK (Datastream) and part of that conversion is switching our RTCDP from relying on the Analytics Source Connector to Datastreams directly into AEP.We want to cutover to the datastream to push into the same dataset as the source connector is using, but can't find a way to disable the analytics source connector? We want to retain the dataset that the source connector is setup to for historical data and audiences but now move to having future data come from the datastream.How do we do this?

One of then is SORT. How is this Executed '[attributeName]:[desc]' ?. what is attribute name here? any attribute from the response?.let say I want to sort by updateTime from the output as I wanted I latest Job details. Will that be '[updateTime]:[desc]' or '[children.updateTime]:[desc]'Sample output without the sort functionality here/In link Neither is working. Let me know the correct format to use. Hello, I need to be able to display the offer content in the email body and the associated terms & conditions of the offer at the bottom of the email, in the footer section. The terms & conditions are very specific to the offer and vary from offer to offer. How can I achieve this through offer decision? Please tell me if I am going in the wrong direction but I am thinking of using 2 offer decision with exactly the same thing (offer collection, decision rules etc) but just different placement. Does this guarantee that the content and terms & conditions will be of the same offer? There might be another way to achieve but thought will share my logic. Any help on this would be much appreciated.  Thank you!
