How is cross domain tracking achieved in adobe analytics using launch?

Hi Guys,Is there any way to tag Google ReCaptcha actions and get metrics to be able to tie with another website metrics?Is there a plugin of any sort with AA? Google Console has metrics but i am looking at tie that with my user flow and some other website dimension/metrics.Thank you so much!

I have a client wanting me to look into implement this on their website. I have to be honest, I have never used Adobe Analytics, much less Dynamic Tag Management. I could really use some details on the installation and configuration. I have search through the documentation but I am not finding anything on how to actually install this product. But if I have miss this documentation somewhere, a link to it is welcome.Can it be used on a linux based solution? In particularly, a Drupal site being hosted on a Acquia Server? Which means I have no permission to change / install any server software other then what is in my apache vhost directory. So if setting up this product requires any changes to the server, I need to know. Thanks for your help!

With Adobe Target lacking frequency capping capabilities, we were hoping to develop a workaround via page visits (where the adobe experience would be) in an AEP segment.An example suppression segment query for seeing an experience 2 times in 5 days would be the following:Include audience who have at least 2 Any events where (page_url contains exampledomain.com) and occurs in the last 5 day(s)   The issue with this is when a user visits once everyday, he/she never falls out of the suppression segment. Is there a viable workaround with different logic or signals? Maybe with Adobe Journey Optimizer?

Today 04/09/2019, I noticed that there is a new v.4.1.0 version of the Experience Cloud ID Service extension for upgrade. Before doing an upgrade, I want to read the extension's release notes.When I went to the Experience Cloud ID Service extension's release notes page (linked below), it only has info for v3.1.0. Issue: Using this syntax (Syntax: manageVars("lowerCaseVars", "events,eVar1,list1", false); ), we can remove entire events value but how we can remove or clear only one event alone?Like: manageVars("lowerCaseVars", "event42", false); // This is not working.

When we activate a segment, we are allowed to send only the attributes belonging to the "Individual Profile Class". However, I have a requirement in which I need to pass an evar value (coming from Adobe Analytics connector) as part of the payload to the Kinesis stream. Since AA connector has an associated "Event Class" I cannot send these values. What could be the possible workaround to this considering we cannot compromise on real-time behavior?  

Hi Community,   I'm trying to set-up the Time to Complete plugin to record the duration of a workflow on our site but I'm having some difficulty getting the function to work. I am seeing the cookie value being recorded when the first event triggers the starting point; then the cookie clears when the function should end, but I'm not seeing any value being stored as an eVar within the debugger. Hi Everyone, I have the below problem statement as part of the custom implementation of the OPT-IN feature. We want to send tags in both cases (Customer opts-in OR doesn't opt-In) with a difference that mandatory tags will be sent in case of customer has opted-In. Now, the customer has multiple applications on the website (running on .net and AEM SITES). So, the customer wants to have one visitor across the website - while navigating to multiple applications of the website. To implement that, when the customer is not opted-In, we want to set the ECID cookies lifetime to "None" and hence no visitorID is created. To implement this, we have tried with custom code to set the cookie Lifetime - but, it doesn't work. So, we created a dataElement, which returns a value as "Default" OR "None" based on the conditions of Opt-In. Hi,   I'm capturing a CollectPii call from the (AEP) Mobile SDK in Experience Platform Data Collection. In the rule I use a Modify Data action to transform the context data from the call into an XDM for AEP. Strange issue with the Adobe Launch on one of our properties, when we approve and publish to production, satellite script is not getting updated and _satellite.buildInfo shows the old build version, this however works on dev and staging environments, we are not able to publish to production at the moment.  Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Why cant i create a segment within the Workspace project, but can create it in the tools- segment management?   In workspace project - no No Button, Can not create fast segment, can not editing the existing segment.           In segment management - yes, can be added and save     It feels a little bit strange...   Additional Question    For the Segment Manage Tools, I can add new segment or editing the existing segment and save as another one (as I said). But the note below makes me feel confused, does it means in the tools, all the changes will automatically publishing? Because as i remembered in the workspace, all the publishing in Cloud can be chose or not to choose.   Hope some one can help me with this question.       

How do we send Direct Mail using JO/AJO? Direct Mail generally requires files to be created on a daily basis.    Here are some questions/ thoughts: Export audience from AJO to create a dataset in AEP and then create a segment and activate this dataset to SFTP? Use the Update Profile step to update each action to be taken back at the Profile level and create a segment to use these fields to activate? If "update profile" is used, the number of fields is likely to grow depending on the number of campaigns, brands, etc - so any best practices to create this? What are the other options that will be supported to manage this efficiently, if the consumer doesn't support APIs?  Remember activation will be required from AJO - activation to other channels like social -> so is it good to do it from AJO or go via AEP? Appreciate it if anyone has any input or thoughts on this.   Thanks, Chetanya

Context variables are mapped to evars, but cannot see them fire in the debugger tool.

Routinely getting this error when trying to load Jupyter Labs within DSW: "Request to load Jupyter Notebooks environment timed out".  When I am able to load the environment, I often get an error that it can't connect.  Does anyone else have these issues or any tips for getting DSW to work consistently?

Hi, I am trying to schedule reports from Datawarehouse to a FTP location. However, I am not getting any option to add 'Download Link Instances' metric (this metric is available for the reporting suite in the report created in workspace). Two, I am unable to find the 'Download Link' dimension in datawarehouse (again available in the report). I am stuck and unable to get the data. Anyone can help?

Hi Everyone We have a state-of-the-art data collection setup using the AEP Web SDK that redirects all events toward an AEP Datastream which distributes all captured events to AEP, Adobe Analytics, and other destinations. Recently a client enquired if it would be possible to dynamically filter different events and distribute them accordingly. E.g., certain events should be only sent to Adobe Analytics while others should be sent to all activated destinations within the datastream. Is there some feature (e.g., within the data prep) that could be utilized for this purpose? Thank you in advance!
