Issues with emulator clientlib -

I see some intermittent issues with deviceemulator clientlib. I verified the permission of everyone group and it has the read access to all the required folders. Because of this issue, it is restricting the click action of the emulator bar in authoring mode.

Version: 6.5

/libs/granite/author/deviceemulator/clientlibs.min.js

 

Can someone tell me what is the fix for this issue.
