Adobe Experience Manager Sites

Is it possible to link my Adobe ID with my Adobe Experience Cloud solution accounts as a frelancer AEM Developer? I would install it in a cloud service to learn/experiment installation process.

Hi Community, We recently deployed a code package to our Cloud production environment, but unfortunately the deployment contained a bug that is now impacting users. We raised a P1 ticket with Adobe Support, and their recommendation was to revert to the previous working code.However, Adobe has also mentioned that we must redeploy - either by fixing the issue and deploying a corrected version, or by redeploying the last known stable code.Could someone please clarify the proper way to revert code in AEM Cloud Service?Is there an Adobe-recommended method to roll back to a previously deployed version? Thanks in advance!

Hi all,Some component folders under /apps/myproject/components aren’t getting deployed even though they exist in ui.apps/src/main/content/jcr_root/apps/myproject/components.Here’s my filter.xml:<workspaceFilter version="1.0"> <filter root="/apps/myproject"/> <filter root="/content/myproject"/> </workspaceFilter>I rebuilt (mvn clean install) and redeployed to local + Cloud, but still missing those folders.Could this be due to how filter.xml handles subpaths or exclusions?Do I need to explicitly include those component paths or adjust filters to fix it?

I have a project where we have several country websites (20 countries). I'd like to create a package in Package Manager that only grabs each country homepage and not the underlying content. So, for example, homepage content would be located under /content/project/en_us/global/aus/jcr:content Here's the content setup:/content/project/en_us/global/aus...more content and directories under aus.../content/project/en_us/global/aut...more content and directories under aut.../content/project/en_us/global/bel...more content and directories under bel... I've tried these two filter rulesets in Package Manager and none seem to work:/content/project/en_us/globalexclude: .*include: .*/[a-z][a-z][a-z]/jcr:content /content/project/en_us/globalexclude: .*include: /content/project/en_us/global/[a-z][a-z][a-z]/jcr:content Is there a way to regex this? Hi Everyone, I am looking for help to setup DAM asset usage reports. We are version 6.5 on prem. What we expect out of it: visibility of how many times the asset has been used on a webpage, how many times it has been clicked on, how many times it has been used in a collection. Additionally it would be great to have data on how the asset was found within the DAM: what keywords were used to bring it to the search results. My dev team helped setup the Adobe Analytics for asset insights. The feature is currently on Stage and Test environment. However it is not picking up any data. I confirm that the asset is referenced in the webpage (even multiple times), but it does not reflect in the insights data. Adobe explains the asset has to be used on webpages by using the embed code. But that makes not sense in our case because we use asset pick tool when the asset is being added to the website component.  Is there a way to see how many times the asset has been click

Hi, Our recent Best Practices Analyzer (BPA) report highlighted multiple instances where we use java.io.InputStream APIs for general I/O operations, including file reading (e.g., using BufferedReader or InputStreamReader) and handling network streams (e.g., processing HTTP responses). We are preparing to implement the Direct Binary Upload mechanism DG | Adobe Experience Manager in AEM to replace our current use of java.io.InputStream. We would appreciate guidance or shared experiences from anyone who has already successfully transitioned to this cloud-native, recommended approach. TIA

Hi Community, Is there an option to purge the CDN cache for a particular website when multiple websites are installed on a single AEM as a Cloud Service environment? I understand that this might be achievable by adding a surrogate key to all pages within one website, but I’m wondering if there is a simpler or more straightforward way to accomplish this, as it seems to be a very basic requirement. Hi all,Previously, I was using JDK 11 and JUnit 4 in the AEM project source code, and all the core module test cases were passing. However, after upgrading to JDK 21 and JUnit 5, all the test cases started failing with several issues such as NullPointerException, NoClassDefFoundError, and others. For your reference, I have attached a screenshot.I want to investigate why this happened and how we can fix it. Do we need to resolve these null and NoClassDefFoundError issues manually by visiting each and every failing class, or is there any other way?  Please provide proper guidance. Thanks

Hi,We have enabled dedicated egress for our AEMaaCS program but when we are making 3rd party REST API calls (Boomi) from AEM server side (OSGi services) the client IP in Azure Front door which is in front of Boomi does not match with AEMaaCS dedicated egress IP as a result we see http status 502 with mesasage something like "Azure Front door cannot connect to the origin server." We noticed that client IP is changing frequently.Command nslookup p<Program ID>.external.adobeaemcloud.com - gives us the correct dedicated egress IP which has been whitelisted in Azure Front door of target/Boomi.Can anyone help us with a solution for this issue? Do we need to change the implementation of HttpClient connection call?
