Issues with Review workflow

I am trying to send over a topic for review to the designated users and I can successfully do that. But the issue is once the reviewer has highlighted any text or may have added comments, it is not visible to me. What exactly am I missing?

Also, I would like the reviewer to change the document state to "reviewed"/"approved"/"rejected" (based on the options available) - how to do that?

Hi @divrajsingh - issue with the Reviews is addressed. I was not aware of the Review console and I could get to it after following some documentations.

@ac4320 : when you say "once the reviewer has highlighted any text or may have added comments, it is not visible to me" do you mean:

 

  • when you check the review tasks in "web editor/author UI) - you are not able to see those comments?
  • or you logged in as reviewer and checking same in review UI - you don't see those comments?

Also, which version of AEM Guides are you working with?
