Restricting more than one person to access form created using Adobe Acrobat Designer

Does a form created by Adobe Lifecycle Designer limit write access to one person so that if another person opens the file after a person has the form open, he/she will be restricted from making data entries to prevent overwriting and duplication? I want users to enter their inputs into a common file for centralization.
