Hi,We are facing an issue of node traversal everytime we try to delete a form. Currently on AEM 6.4.6.0, any pointers on why this is happening?  Appreciate your help, thx!

Hello.I'm a new user and I'm wondering if it's possible to have some "conditional" Layout. I have a form, divided into several section (subforms)Each "line" may contain 2 or 3 fields (depend on the information requested)This layout allow to make the form shorter but all is a bit squeezed. It's ok for most of the people, but a bit inaccessible for some.I'd like to have an "option" (Checkbox for exemple) that change the layout to a 1 field by "line" My idea was to give instruction to each field "If checkbox is checked, have a width of XXX (full width) and a reserve of XXX", (Forcing the next field to go under it) If checkbox is unchecked, "have a width of XXX and a reserve of XXX" (Allowing the next field to place itself on the right) I know it's something possible in a webpage but I have no idea if it is on AEM designer and how to do it. If you have any idea, it will be helpfull Thank you.

We have a AEM Forms 6.4 instance and we have integrated it with Adobe Sign. We can sign documents from a Adaptive Form and saved them in Adobe Sign, but... The problems is that we want to get the form field data from the user into Adobe Sign, in a format like XML/JSON/CSV, but the problem is that the field values are only visible on the signed PDF (DoR)Is this possible? We have been looking into it and thinking of saving the form field data in the field called "Note" in Adobe Sign.Could anyone help us with this?

I am moving from Livecycle Designer 11.0 to AEM Forms Designer 6.5. First impression: Great! Looks similar, some critical functionality still works, etc.Then, a problem. I have very simple forms that need to be signed digitally, with digital IDs we create locally. We restrict each signature field by choosing the signature field -> Object -> Signature -> Settings -> Signing Certificates, and use "Specify the Subject Distinguished Name" to list the approved signers, as well as check "Require the signing certificate to meet the specified subject distinguished name". This was never a problem to update, add, remove, check, un-check, etc. in Livecycle. However, AEM Forms Designer won't allow me to do anything other than remove approved signers, and un-check the check box. (However, un-checking the box does NOT allow anyone except the specified approved signers to sign the field, either way.)After some frustrated trial and error, I opened the XML Source, found the names I wanted t

I am trying to import archives (not applications) in Adminui but 6.5 has a bug in previewArchive.jsp.  When I click the preview button I get this error:/previewArchive.jsp (JBWEB004251: An error occurred at line: 56 column: 99) JBWEB004197: Attribute value invalid for tag if according to TLDThis is the line being referenced:<td><input type="checkbox" name="importComponents" value='<s:property value="name"/>' <s:if test="action" value="0">checked="true"</s:if>/></td>That is clearly a syntax error, not a data error as there are no data items here.  I opened a ticket with Adobe but cannot convince the support person that it is a bug. 

 I'm wondering if it's possible to set up a conditional variable for a send email CC. I have a text field set to populate the CC field. But I need for that field to be nullable. It can't be a required field, because it is an option for the end user. Currently, the form will not submit unless that text field contains an email address.  Any thoughts on how to make this conditional? Thanks. 

Hi all,I am new to aem and trying to include experience fragment in my page that i created using editable template and when i am trying to add it into the page the positioning of the content of the experience fragment becomes distorted from the original one and also i am not able to resize the experience fragment used in the page. so is there anything that i am doing wrong.      

Does anyone know if there is any plans to support msg- and eml-files for PDF Generator?My customer needs to convert millions of documents from their archiving system,from different filetypes, to PDF/A.About 10% is msg- and eml-files. If there isn't any immediate plans, any ideas how to achive this?We are using AEM Forms 6.5 JEE. RegardsTommy

I've got this 3 dropdown fields, month, day and year. Upon selection of a specific month the day dropdown field should be populated with exactly the number of days for that particular month. Similiary it should be accountable for leap years as well. How to do that in AEM Forms?

Hello,I have an Adobe form that can be displayed on 1 or multiple pages.The Adobe form is composed of a header, a table, a total, a "References" block and a footer.The header and the footer are present on each page.The "References" block is only displayed on the last page.The number of pages depends on the number of items into the table.For example :a) 1 page    b) 2 pages  My problem :If the Adobe form contains various pages, logically, the table has to be displayed on various pages. Two things have to be taken into account :In the table, each item has a description which may contain 1 to various lines.For example :    Each table on each page must have the same size.I think it would be laborious to control how many lines each item contains.I would like to put the "References" block only on the last page and keep the same size for each part of the table on the multiple-pages document.Does anyone have a solution for this ?Thank you !Pmsow  &n

I am having a requirement of filling the fields using a third party API with a request parameter so when a user fills the "id" the name and address should be populated on the based on ID.

Hello all,I'm looking for a bit of advice on some direction that has been forced upon me through my enterprise licensing with LiveCycle and Adobe in general. Recently, the people who procure our software decided not to include LiveCycle in our Adobe package. This probably is due to the fact that Adobe separated LiveCycle from Adobe Pro and the standalone fee is too high.Ok, so that being said, I started learning how to use LiveCycle a number of months ago and had a lot of success. We used it to build and edit PDF forms that are used by our clients to provide reports on work that they do. It is mandatory that they fill out these forms annually. We had a number of major changes to these forms that we were undertaking when the licensing got cancelled. So, now I am in a bit of a flux as I have unfinished forms and I need some direction on what to do next. I am being relied upon to seek out alternatives. My background in this area isn't strong. Hi,I was successfully able to return a single entity object from a REST API with a swagger definition and display the data in an adaptive form, but I want to know how I can display an array. AEM is not able to process the swagger definition for an array or map. I tried few combinations, can someone give me an example swagger definition of an REST endpoint which works with AEM data model. I am trying not to write code to do the same as I want it to make it easy for me to add endpoints at will and form authors should be able to just use it to populate a drop-down list on the adaptive form. Appreciate the help. Does anyone know how to reach Adobe to purchase a copy of Adobe Experience Manager, I specifically need the Adaptive Forms piece.  I have had no luck talking to Adobe sales on the phone. I called and was on hold for an hour. I spoke to someone on chat and they gave me a phone number to call, that was the same number I was on hold for over an hour. Usually companies sales teams are the easiest to get a hold of...but not in this case. Been trying for a full day and no luck.  Does anyone know what a license/subscription costs for AEM - Forms?

I have a question which I have not yet seen fully answered. We need to install fresh AEM 6.5 JEE install.  Is the JDK ONLY included in Turnkey?  We went to support, we got a "you're on your own if not turnkey".   However we can't do a straight turnkey because of some security parameters (federal). So if we use the internal JBOSS  to do a standalone install, will we be responsible to provide the Oracle JDK or is Adobe?  Is that something we can get through support?  Or does support provide us a link to get it?   We get that you can't use OpenJDK, but the entire world seems to be going to that (including the feds!)  help on this issue would be appreciated.
