Hello everybody, I am a new with project with AEM Form and AEM Site. Hope you can help me with these points: 1. For performance reason, I have AEM Form and AEM Site in different Author instance servers.  How can I handle Editing from one single access point?2 . AEM Form and AEM Site will be installed in Managed Service and we are going to use Pipeline to push code into different environment. is there any solution for this scenario without contacting Adobe Team?  Thanks

AEM instance 6.5 and having forms-addons package too. Analytics is successfully integrated with Adaptive form after following steps from https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/experience-manager-65/forms/integrate-aem-forms-with-experience-cloud-solutions/configure-analytics-forms-documents.htmlbut cannot see any analytics call generating while filling up data on form and submitting it (verified in network tab by adding filter b/ss). Also there is no error/warn logs in error.logs. Tried on Author and publish AEM instances. Please suggest, if missing any step?

I have a form with a few fields where my users will enter content.  It is my intent to limit the amount to text entered, but rather than add a character limit, I would like add some word count counter feature with the field.  Something like (150 of 300 words used) so the user knows they are approaching the word limit.  I would prefer a word limit over a character limit as I want to provide guidance rather than forced limitation.Thanks 

We are using AEM Forms 6.5 for document conversion. We got this error when trying to convert a docx-file - 07:46:31,337 ERROR [com.adobe.pdfg.GeneratePDFImpl] (default task-14) ALC-PDG-001-000-ALC-PDG-060-001-Microsoft Word could not set the "ShowRevisionsAndComments" property. This could happen if the submitted document is protected. We tried with a password protected file but that gave us a different error msg. Any ideas? regards Tommy

I have a form which otherwise displays properly but in Firefox it includes a horizontal scrollbar along the side of the form. Is there some coding I need to do so this does not display?Thanks

Hi  I have created a FDM based on REST service.In my Adaptive Form , I created a rule to invoke the FDM service using AuthID input parameter.This should return me a jason response.How do I map this response back to my form, since i am getting null when trying to map in a textField. Also tried to create a variable and mapped into that but receiving null/undefined. When i am directly testing my FDM through Test Service I get a proper response, Kindly help. Thanks ,Leena Jain

Trying in AEM6.5, I have configured analytics and framework from cloud services(refer attached screenshot). Also done OSGI configuration. as per documention https://helpx.adobe.com/aem-forms/6/configure-analytics-adaptive-forms.html#ConfiguringAEMformsAnalyticsConfigurationservice. AEM 6.5.4 -I was looking for a guide/ sample on User password management. Found reference to 6.1 and even 5.x version, some no longer available, is there something more current? 1. configuring the user password policya. Max age allowed for a passwordb. How many charactersc. Password Complexity rulesd. How often you can repeat your passworde. Disable user after x number of failed tries.... 2. Through servlets/models have back-end functions that will be called from our own site pagesa. Forgot my UserIDb. Forgot my passwordc. Validate complexity and the updated passwordd. Reset passworde. Unlock user account....

AEM 6.5.4. When we want to create new templates, the system needs you to select a template-type. We notice that for some folders in /conf/<folder> the template types showing up include the templates for adaptive forms that are taken from "/libs/settings/wcm/template-types". On the other hand for other projects these do not show as available template types.  One observation is that folder that do not show the adaptive templates were all created through maven archetype 23 project, while if we use the AEM menu Configuration and create a new folder for templates then the adaptive templates do show up.  Is this an issue with the way the maven project is created or is this just co-incidental? But more important:Where is the configuration setting to allow or disallow the use the template-types from "/libs/settings/wcm/template-types".

Recently we see these errors coming up over and over again in Author when designer templates, forms, ... Any clue where this is coming from. core.js is not a script file we can read easily.

AEM Forms on OSGI  6.5.4.  We are tracing where the the following meta tag originate from:<meta name="viewport" content="user-scalable=no"> /conf/<folder>/settings/wcm/templates/<name> type "cq:Template" with jcr:content "cq:templateType" = "/libs/settings/wcm/template-types/afpage"under structure/jcr:content we find resourceType : "fd/af/components/page2/aftemplatedpage" In "fd/af/components/page2/aftemplatedpage"  we see the resourceSuperType "wcm/foundation/components/page" AND object "aftemplatedpage.jsp". The system takes the "aftemplatedpage.jsp" and render the page. Inside this page there is a <cq:include script="afpagecontent.html"/>inside "afpagecontent.html" is the " <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0" />" This is different from what we have generated. So where is our meta tag coming from?

Hi All,  we are trying to connect to AEM Forms server to which we are trying to connect from workbench through port 8443. We have added the relevance certificate to the <workbench installation folder>/jre\lib\security folder. But still we are getting the below error, "The Public Key certificate generated from the server is not recognized as originating from a trusted store":Check with your system Administrator For configuring workbench to accept certificates" Can anybody please help

Hi When I try to edit the Javascript code for any rule I am unable to switch to Code Editor in Rule Editor of AEM Forms. The button keeps disabled. Please see the screenshot.  My AEM Version is 6.4.7 as well as the add-on packages. It happens only in one environment.Please let me know if there is any configuration there I need to do to get this working properly. Thank you.

I have updated AEM 6.0 to AEM 6.5.AEM 6.5 doesn't support org.apache.commons.csv . I have tried version 1.8, 1.7, 1.6Always got below errororg.apache.commons.csv -- Cannot be resolved AEM 6.5 supports CSV or not, if support which version of csv it supportsKindly help   

Hi Team, Is there any way to implement eBook functionality in aem.Use case : We have existing PDFs and uploaded it in aem(forms and documents) and want to read PDF and render it in eBook(where we can implement the highlight text feature, bookmarks, navigation etc) format in web browser.Is there any out of box feature available ? I have two master pages in my Adobeform and i need to get the current master page number to assign that value to the field in subform of bodypage.i have tried below things to get current master page number and total count of current master page but it is giving page numbers including all the master pages.$layout.page ( ref ( $ ) )--->giving current page number(including all master pages)$layout.pageCount()--> total page count(including all master pages)Kindly provide the logic to get the current master page number and count.

Hi all,Bear with me, I am fairly new to both Dynamics 365 and this connector.I have run into a bit of an issue.So I've done the following:Configured my Microsoft Dynamics O-Data Cloud Service Created a Form Data Model Made some associations with some of the EntitiesConfigured Submit Action to "Submit to a Form Data Model" What I was expecting: For everything to work perfectly without a hassle.What I got: Submission only happens to the Entity configured in the Submit action of the adaptive form despite the associations to any other Entity. (Hassle)What else I tried: Submitting through "Invoke service"(My idea was for invoke service to return an id of newly submitted entry  and assign it to a hidden field then make another call to submit to the Associated Entity using that Id). But that didn't work out well as per the following screenshot. 🙄   I went confidently to my Service to configure the return type but that was grayed out🙄 So

I want to force user authentication before they use an adaptive form.  I can restrict user access through useradmin page, can remove access to anonymous to the folder /content/forms/af/<project name> but how do I force the user to login instead of getting a default 404. I was reading about CUG, https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/experience-manager-65/administering/security/cug.html but the options available for "normal" site pages are not available for adaptive forms. 

We followed "https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/using/AEM63_favicon.html" to assign a favicon to each adaptive form. 1. The folder /etc/designs/ does not exists so we create this folder (sling:folder)2. added a cq:page with our project name and added a favicon to this page as a child. crx/deUpdated our adaptive form:3. /content/forms/af/<project name>/<adaptive form name>/jcr:content4. added node "cq:designPath" of type String with value "/etc/designs/<project name>" Yeah.. FavIcon is now available Issue is that we get an additional CSS file in the html <head> that does not exists and the browser console report this error. Error:Refused to apply style from 'https://<server>:<port>/etc/designs/<project name>.css' because its MIME type ('text/html') is not a supported stylesheet MIME type, and strict MIME checking is enabled. Actual the browser is trying to load the file, but the server respond with

Hi,I'm getting the following error message when I try to create a new data model based on the Data Source integration.I saw other questions quite related to this topic but there was a JDBC configuration which is not my case.Just to give you guys a little context.
