Can you please suggest what is the maximum advisable size limit for the output PDF in Output service, also what's the maximum size limit of an email attachment?

Hi,Whenever I try to publish a page after applying a Target Activity, Failed to retrieve references for selected pages error pops up on screen. This only happens when we have references applied to a page. Any pointers to rectify this ?Thanks,~Jay

We have AEM v6.5.0 currently and the Verify Step component is missing from my list of components. Is there something special I need to do to get this to be available to me? I am building an adaptive form based on an XDP template and I want to be able to preview the form before submitting.

I am creating my first adaptive AEM form using an XDP template I created in AEM Forms Designer (LiveCycle). In the XDP form I have a bunch of scripts. When I place those fields onto my adaptive form, the scripted functionality seems to work but I can't figure out where the scripts are actually being stored! I thought perhaps they would get translated into rules but that doesn't seem to be the case. Where are these scripts stored? And also: how should I handle it if I realize I need to make an adjustment to my XDP template? If I change it and re-upload it using the same file name, will the adaptive form now link to the newer version automatically?

Hi, Using AEM 6.5 on CentOS. I have a working form with a single field and button and some labels. I saved it, promoted it to pub. Works fine.I committed my changes to githhub (via repo tool). This has worked fine for 2 months now. My computer rebooted (blue screen), which made auth unusable. I rebuilt auth, deployed my packages to the new auth.Now when I open the rules editor, I get the attached. I want a component that has a left side of Option1 (Anchor)Option2 (anchor) Right side is the form you see from the selection on the left. I have this working using grid-item on the left, and on the right: <div id="form" class="grid-item"> <p data-sly-test="${request.requestParameterMap['section'][0].toString == 'option1'}"> <article data-sly-resource="/content/forms/af/project/option1"></article> </p> <p data-sly-test="${request.requestParameterMap['section'][0].toString == 'option2'}"> <article data-sly-resource="/content/forms/af/project/option2"></article> </p></div> What I would like is a component on the left that can take ['option1 label", "option1 link", "option 2 label", "option2 link"]or something similar  Overall Question: Can I pass args to a component if the behaviour will likely be common? Thanks

Hello! I have built a performance appraisal form using several drop down lists that offer the same choices (exceeds standards, meets standards, needs improvement and unsatisfactory). I would like to determine an overall performance rating based on the majority response from all the drop down lists and auto populate a text field with that result. I have specified item values (exceeds standards = 1, meets standards = 2, needs improvement = 3 and unsatisfactory = 4) for each of the drop down lists. I'm new to javascript and I'm not skilled enough to get the results I am looking for. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Currently have our application in AEM Forms 6.1 and we have a dependent java based application which currently runs on java 7, after upgrading AEM Forms only to 6.5, will it still support the application through REST based http/s POST call? Appreciate your help! 

Good Afternoon,AEM Designer keeps crashing on me whenever I attempt to preview PDF for a second time.  This issue started on/or about Thursday November 5, 2020. My Preview xml file has been verified as good.  The Data Connection Schema is also healthy with no errors.  My log will sho Generating PDF Document...PDF generated successfully, after the first preview.  If I attempt to preview a second time Designer closes. Hoping someone may have any insights.

The maintenance period of Adobe LiveCycle Designer ES4 ends with Mar 2018 and extended support ends in 2020. Can you please let me know the replacement product for Adobe LiveCycle Designer ES4. I am referring only to the core designer functionality to be able to create/edit forms in a desktop, and not any advanced features.RegardsNarasimhan

I have Adobe Acrobat Distiller 2017 on a PC, and would like to use it in combination with LiveCycle Designer. I've read that it should be bundled with Acrobat, but I can't see any sign of it. Where can I find LiveCycle Designer?Cheers, Meredith

Is there a way to programatically convert dynamic pdf form to static pdf form?My scenarios is our forms are dynamic pdf forms which have growing fields and dynamically added subforms. Once the user filled in the forms, the pdfs need to be converted to static pdf forms to be further processed by a 3rd party. Thanks!

Greetings,What is the latest edition of AEM Forms Designer?  When I open my current version it is "6.2.0.2016...."  Is there a later version that it would be worth the effort of upgrading to?  It's unclear by looking at the AEM Forms releases what the current version is of Designer since it has been consolidated under AEM Forms. Thank you.

I am using AEM 6.5.6.0 and same version for forms package.  I gone through all the previous question on this error, however unable to find an exact solution for this. Need help

Hi,As admin user, I am unable to access urls after changing the Apache Sling Auth Service -> Anonoymous Username to anonymous. This change was done from URL server:port/system/console/configMgr. After this change, I am unable to undo the change since1. When trying to access URL server:port/system/console/configMgr the following error is displayed.HTTP ERROR 403Problem accessing /libs/granite/core/content/login.html. Reason: Forbidden2. When trying to access URL server:port/crx/de the following error is displayed. HTTP ERROR 403 problem accessing /crx/de reason forbidden3. When trying to access URL server:port/aem/start.html the following error is displayed. HTTP ERROR 403 Problem accessing /libs/granite/core/content/login.html. Reason: Forbidden This issue occurs in AEM 6.5 and I can login to server:port/crx/explorer/index.jsp as admin. How can this be fixed? Thanks in advance for the help.
