Adobe Experience Manager Forms

We have requirement to create Forms in AEM website, but I don't see Adaptive Form core component. Anyone knows how to use Adaptive forms in AEM sites? Best regards!

Hi , below is the code I have created login page through adaptive forms and uploaded json file through datasource and created data integrations.Now , i created and api and when i m trying to login the page both if and else is getting printed. First time its printing value and second time its printing value as null for both email and password. Dear Experts, I'm using Adobe Life Cycle Designer to create a form. binding through a data connection. wanted to hide a few fields depending on a value. Depending on the value a field becomes invisible, but a blank area will always remain on the screen. If the field is hidden, do assist in removing the blank area from this page. Regards Pravasini

Hi everyone. I'm facing an issue when trying to show content from adaptive form to DOR.Here's my case.I have a form, The last step of that form is "Check your answer" which is gonna show all information that user choose in the previous steps so that will be change when user choose other options (or type other answers) and so that "Check your answer" is generated by Javascript. It's a problem, How can I show that content to the DOR.Does anyone face this issue and resolve that or do you have any idea for that? Thanks for reading.

Hi,I have created one signup form and added validations.When those validations fails the error comes in alert form but as soon as i click on okay of pop up error the form gets submitted.  I have added custom functions under edit rules can any one please tell how can i stop the submission of form while error pop up. Hi,The may not be correct&#x1f605 but I wanted to know if it's possible to use GuideBridge API outside AF forms in Sites for custom custom or something. I would like to use it in my component's JS but don't how to leverage API in its JS file.Could anyone please enlighten me on this? Every time when i try to click over edit rules either in text box or submit button it gets stuck and does not work after trying for long time.

I have a fairly big form, 17 tables some as big as 18 columns, over 1000 lines in total.On my local development machine the form opens successfully albeit a little bit slow. But when I deploy to any other environment (dev, QA, UAT) the form refuses to open if more than a certain amount of tables are present. So for instance if I have tables 1,2,3,4,7,8 present it opens and also if I only have tables 5,6,9,10 present. All environments are running JVM with 16GB assigned memory Both the AEM logs and the server logs show no errors, so we are unable to figure what to do.And the final kicker is - we are still on AEM 6.3 and Adobe no longer supports this. (the upgrade project has kicked off) Any suggestions would be appreciated

My large form (17 tables) opens fine on my developer machine, but when deployed to other environments it fails to open with the "cannot serve request" error. Error logs on both AEM and server side do not show any errors. Unfortunately we are still on 6.3

Created a adaptive form with the human translation i18n and it has a dictionary which is mapped with the form. i can see the key string is auto generated for each field in the dictionary depends on the field structure. i have a below questions. 1. Can i create custom key string for each fields to be mapped and the translation will be displayed in the form. this will help the content author to add more resonable key string instead of the system generated key string in the dictionary.2. Can i have a parent dictionary for multiple adaptive forms so that we can resue the commonly used text such as first name, last name , age etc.3. For the drop down field, for example here we have options configured like 'Male=Male'. 'Female=Female', and in french drop down values are  displayed in french, but when we submitted the form the value is passed in english. ie the option value not translated to french. how to mitigate this.   

We have configured several Form Data Models for our cloud based APIs. The majority of the POST responses contain details about the submission such as SubmissionID. We would like to display the returned SubmissionID to the user on a custom Thank You page, which will give them details on how to contact the company about their submission.  We are trying to use as much out of the box functionality, so the Form is created using a Form Data Model that defines the Data and submission API and Submission is set to use the Form Data Model. We have a Redirect set to our Thank You page. What we are struggling with is to get hold of the FDM Response data within the Thank You page's Custom Form Submission Notification component so we can let the user know the submission ID. I would appreciate if anyone could share an approach to this. Thanks  

I'm using the 'Generate document of record' option with an adaptive form.  We made a template in Livecycle/Designer that's working well, but the header is being added to every page in the document of record, which is unnecessary.  Is there a way to set it up so that the header is only added to the first page and is omitted from all subsequent pages?  I tried adding a second master page called 'AF_MASTERPAGE_2' that doesn't include the header, but that didn't work.  It still uses the first master page template on every page.  I also don't see the second master page listed in the 'Document of Record' tab in the adaptive forms editor, as suggested by this document:  https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-65/forms/adaptive-forms-advanced-authoring/generate-document-of-record-for-non-xfa-based-adaptive-forms.html?lang=en#customize-the-branding-information-in-document-of-recordAny ideas?

Hello,  I would like to know if there is a possibility to create a text field which has the ability to expand its size versus creating a scroll bar so when you print the form it is not chopped off and missing?  Thanks. 

When you setup a form to generate it's own Document of Record, when you set the 'Logo Image' property in 'Master Page Properties', you can't select the file from AEM's file structure or DAM/Assets.  Why is this?  It completely negates the idea of using a DAM in the first place. We have many forms where we'd like to update the image in the DOR at once. If we have to go change the image manually for each form that would take quite a bit of time.  Aside from making a custom DOR for each form, is there any way around this?  Is it in the product roadmap to make it so you can use an asset from within AEM as the Logo Image?Edit:Ok, so you CAN pick an image from AEM or DAM/Assets, but you only get the option AFTER you've uploaded an image.  Why does this work this way? We're attempting to bring a complicated form that was built in LiveCycle Designer into AEM as an Adaptive Form.  We uploaded the original PDF into AEM, and used it as the 'Form template' in AEM, then we dragged the structure of the form into the Adaptive Forms editor.  All the fields are now in the adaptive form, and all logic seems to work, but interacting with the form or editor is EXTREMELY slow.  It takes 1 to 2 minutes after changing a setting or clicking something for it to register.  The Livecycle PDF that the form was created from is pretty complicated, it looks like the XML structure is around 33,000 lines, and I see at least 600 individual <field> nodes inside that structure. I also see about 6,000 lines of JavaScript  in the PDF (including blank lines, xpaths and comments). We also tried converting it via Sensei and the conversion failed.   Are we just asking too much of AEM, or is there some other way we could convert this PDF i
