Form Submission

We have 4 forms within Marketo

We wanted to find out when was the last time someone submitted these forms

Tried the Smart List way of “Form Fill” selected the form name

But is there any other way via admin or any built in section with analytics which shows us top performing forms based on fills, and when was it last filled out. Or showing us stats like most used/popular forms, last date of submission

    AFAIR, 

    Marketo does not provide a single admin screen that directly shows the last submission date per form. However, the following built-in options can help:

    1. Form Usage Report
      Go to Analytics → Reports → Form Usage Report.
      This shows total fills and form performance over a selected date range. While it doesn’t display the exact last submission date, forms with zero fills in a recent range (e.g., last 30/60/90 days) can be identified as inactive.

    2. Smart List (Form Fill filter)
      You can filter by Form Fill → Form Name and sort results by activity date to identify the most recent submission for a specific form.

    3. Activity Log Export (Most Accurate)
      From Database → Activity Log → Export Activities, filter by Fill Out Form and the required form names. This provides exact timestamps for the last submission and overall usage.

    For a quick overview, the Form Usage Report is recommended. For precise last submission dates, the Activity Log export is the best approach.
