Cannot access adaptive form in the Cloud instance

Hi there,

I keep getting this error for a couple of days now whenever I try to open up my adaptive form. I've seen that there has been some maintenance work going on for Cloud, but on the status.adobe.com the work seems to be finished. Can you please give me a workaround on this?

I tried accessing the instance in another browser and in incognito and the result is the same:
