Adobe Experience Manager Assets

How can I clear all INBOX NOTIFICATIONS (<localhost>:<port>/aem/inbox) at once. For suppose if I have some 10,000 inbox notifications, Do I need to clear all of them manually or is there any way to clear all of them at once?

Hello everyone,   I'm having trouble connecting Adobe Experience Manager with Salesforce for a project I'm working on. I'm specifically attempting to determine how to: Sync the two systems' data (e.g. customer information) Utilize Adobe Experience Manager to collect data that Salesforce may use for lead scoring and other marketing automation tasks Personalize content in Adobe Experience Manager using Salesforce data I've studied the material and conducted some research, but I still can't seem to find a solution that fits my particular use case. Has this kind of integration been carried before before? If yes, would you kindly offer your knowledge, along with any advice or ideal procedures you may have?     I appreciate your assistance in advance!

When we send files from AEM Assets to Phrase TMS via translation connector, the translation projects that we created within AEM shows the each file with complete path along with folder structure and everything. but in TMS, it just shows the filename only. is there a way we can send the complete path to TMS ( it would be helpful to display the breadcrumb path for them to figure out the file belong where).

Hello everyone, I am working on enabling the Asset Insight Tracker on web pages and I am using the AEM Asset Insights Extension in Launch. In the extension, it says there that I don't have any configuration. I am working on 3 context variables in this. The a.assets.source, a.assets.idlist and a.asset.clickedid.The initial configuration of these 3 is that whenever I clicked an asset, the a.assets.source and a.asset.clickedid are showing in the link click beacon. And the a.assets.idlist is showing in the page load beacon of the asset's destination page. My question is, how can I implement that all 3 context variables are be triggered in the link click beacon of the asset that has been clicked?   I can't see any assets when I logged in to aem as cs based environment. The lower environments are working fine. I have sufficient permission to view asset.    Can anyone help how to resolve this issue?

Hi there, We're building an integration between Adobe Assets (6.5) and an accessibility provider where we'll send them the binaries and then they return, later, 3 different binaries with various accessibility files in. Getting the assets from AEM to them is trivial, uploading the assets to AEM in return via the HTTP API and then upload metadata is similarly trivial, but are there API methods for exporting Related Assets and then Creating or Updating Related Assets, i.e. this section:     I can't find anything in the API documentation about how to handle exporting or creating those relationships.   Thank you!     Paul.  

In AEM 6.5, Asset shared link's download link for users will by default download all the rendition + original rendition of the image/pdf. I have a requirement where I need only original file to be downloaded and no rendition files. We have task sets for different products/services but many of them include the same role. There are instances where the resourcing manager would like to assign one set of tasks to one person on the team and the other to a different person on the team (both with the same role). Currently, the resourcing manager is bulk assigning all of the tasks to the one team member and then has to manually change over the task assignments (line by line) to the other team member with the same role. We've tried using filtering when bulk assigning to assign one task set at a time but we're running into issues. Has this come up for anyone else? If so, do you have a solution? 

Hello -- I am trying to enable the ability to perform a partial search from the Admin Search Rail and keep receiving a "null" message on screen.   Background: I have a custom namespace "cgb" registered. The custom metadata value I want to enable partial search on is called "cgbCustomerName" I have created a property within our oak index (damAssetLucene-8) titled "cgbCustomerName" and set the "analyzed" property to "true" per the on screen warning that appears when selecting Partial Search when customizing the Admin Search Rail. I have reindexed the oak index that contains this property and have run the Non-Production Pipeline to deploy in our Dev Environment.   Any help on this would be appreciated.   AEMaaCS Release (Development Environment): 2023.3.11382.20230315T073850Z  

For example, if there is an asset description field in the form for asset upload, would there be a way to combine and show all entered asset descriptions easily?

I am using fileupload , pathfield resource types ( see below) wherever I need an image authoring. I am unable to save a custom metadata property added to an asset in my local dev instance. I am logged in as "admin", and "admin" has Create, Modify, and Delete permissions on the /conf folder.    

Hi I wanted to extend navigation core component. I have created a proxy component without any html and just  slingResourceSuperType = "core/wcm/components/navigation/v1/navigation" I have my custom model class where I am trying to build my custom navigation items. but unfortunately when I call this proxy component inside a HTL using below command doesn't invoke my custom model class. <sly data-sly-resource="${resource @ resourceType='path/to/custom/proxy/navigation'}"> How can I reuse core component html with my custom model class?

I have used the metadata export function in my DAM (AEM 6.4). Are there fields within an export which allow me to determine which asset paths are public (as opposed to a private or unpublished asset)? I'm able to do this within the AEM UI but it would be more scalable to do so within the spreadsheet exported.  Thank you. 

I am working on a servlet that will get a page path as a query parameter. Page path will be sth like /content/a/b/c/08/03 I need to use Generic List to create a map between the ID and its value as we don't want to be dependent on builds to modify the list items. Is there an OOTB way to enable Push on Modify for AEM Assets[Live Copy] like we have in sites?

Hi AEM Community,   I have the below requirement in our project - We want to have an AEM DAM/Assets instance which acts as the source for all other environments (DEV, Stage, Production) as well as some other portals which use some assets residing in our AEM Instance.   We have come across 2 options for our need - 1. Connected Assets Drawback - This feature supports images only. It will not allow you to sync video assets, content fragments, experience fragments etc   2. Remote Syncing Drawback - Recommended for Non-Production use only as per ACS Documentation.
