We are implementing a custom solution in Adobe Commerce using Adobe App Builder and require technical guidance on an architecture/design aspect.Business Requirement: Product prices are managed at the seller level (multi-seller marketplace setup). Price varies depending on the seller. Seller availability depends on the customer-entered pincode. Based on the pincode: Only eligible sellers should be considered. The frontend should display the corresponding seller-specific price. Pricing data originates from the seller backend account. Clarifications Required: What is the recommended approach in App Builder to: Fetch seller-specific pricing dynamically? Filter sellers based on pincode before rendering price on the PDP/PLP? Think of it as a super-short version of a full street address + building number + district, all rolled into one tiny code.What makes it specific to Saudi Arabia:Almost no other country uses this exact system. Some places have short postcodes (UK, Canada), but this is a national-level, mandatory, SPL-managed code tied to the full National Address database. It became mandatory for all parcel deliveries starting January 2026. If the code is missing or invalid, major carriers (Aramex, SMSA, DHL, etc.) can refuse the shipment. This affects e-commerce because many customers still provide vague addresses (e.g., just “Riyadh” or “near the big mosque”) — and those are no longer sufficient.F

I have a requirement to integrate Kafka with the App Builder starter kit. Since Adobe Commerce event actions have a default execution time limit of 1 minute, I plan to use Kafka to store the event data temporarily. Hello,I’m using Python, and since I heard that the Remove Background v1 API will be deprecated on October 15, 2025, I’ve been migrating to the v2 API.After calling the Remove Background v2 API, I tried checking the job status using the Get status - mask API (https://image.adobe.io/sensei/status/{jobId}) with the jobId returned in the response. Hello, We are encountering an error after upgrading the aio-cli version from 10.3.4 to 11.0.0.The current Node.js version is node-v20.18.0. Error message:› Error: [IMSSDK:CONTEXT_NOT_CONFIGURED] IMS context 'onboarding-config' is not configured After reverting to aio-cli version 10.3.4, the aio commands (such as deploy) started working without any issues. We used the following command to revert:npm install -g @adobe/aio-cli@10.3.4 Can someone please help us resolve the error encountered with @adobe/aio-cli/11.0.0?

I’ve successfully:Created the OAuth Web App in Adobe Developer ConsoleAdded Frame.io API serviceGot correct client_id, client_secret, redirect URIs (escaped properly)Successfully obtained authorization_codeExchanged for access_token and refresh_token successfullyProblem:When I call https://api.frame.io/v4/accounts with the token (properly sent in Authorization header as Bearer [token]), I always receive:401 Unauthorized - Invalid or missing authorization tokenThe Adobe OAuth flow completes fine. Frame.io support has already linked my Adobe ID on the backend. My Adobe ID logs into Frame.io just fine via browser.Main question:What additional step is needed for the token to be recognized by Frame.io?Is this workspace linkage? scopes? production status? developer console config?If anyone has successfully made this work, I’d appreciate any guidance on what I’m missing to make Frame.io accept my valid Adobe token

Hi, I've built an React app using the App Builder, along with runtime actions which connects to other systems (i.e. AEM). My runtime actions require authentication, as the following:actions: assets: function: actions/aem/assets/index.js web: 'yes' runtime: nodejs:20 inputs: LOG_LEVEL: debug AEM_HOST: $AEM_HOST annotations: require-adobe-auth: trueWhen I (as a developer) load the React App, the call to the runtime action executes successfully and loads the data properly. However, for another user, when they open the App, the runtime action fails and they got this error message:{"error": "request is invalid, reason: failed authorization. Please verify your token and organization id."} I can also confirm that the call has the header `x-gw-ims-org-id` with the proper value passed. I couldn't find it in the documentation, but is there any permissions needed for users to execute runtime actions? Thank you,Henry

Hi,  I'm currently trying to set up deployment of an API Mesh application via Bitbucket Pipelines.I know that there is an existing GitHub actions workflow, but I cannot use GitHub at this point. I have tried to copy most of the steps from the GitHub actions workflow, but I am getting an error.Rather than generating a token via curl or something along those lines, I am setting a "ci" context via aio config:set ims.contexts.ci --json --file ci-context.json, which appears to be working. I am able to generate an access token via aio auth:login --no-open, but then following commands, such as aio console org:select or even aio api-mesh:describe get the following error: IMSOAuthLibError: [IMSOAuthSDK:IMSOAUTHCLI_LOGIN_CI_ERROR] Interactive login is not supported in CI environments. Use a service account and configure credentials via environment variables. I have merged the Commerce Starter Kit with custom Admin UI code. When I run the aio app build, it is completed successfully, but when I run the aio app deploy, I get the following error:Deploying web assets for 'commerce/backend-ui/2' Error: missing files in /home/user/Documents/App-Builder/Publishapp(testing)/testApp1/dist/commerce-backend-ui-2/web-prod, maybe you forgot to build your UI ?The strange part is: if I zip this same project (without node_modules) and share it with another developer in my team, they only do npm install and aio app deploy, and it works perfectly on their machine.What could be causing this “missing dist folder” issue only on my system, even though the code and steps are the same? 

Is TypeScript supported for the App builder?  Developing complicated actions with pure JS can get a bit hard to maintain - does Adobe provide any samples how to work with Adobe IO with TypeScript? Thanks ! 🙂
