I would like to use AEM DAM assets in campaign standard for email deliveries.I've explored the asset core service and share with marketing cloud option, but the assets are not getting synced to the cloud assets. I'm on AEM 6.5, AMS.

Hey ACC community, I'm trying to figure out a method of ensuring that certain recipients are included in the the first wave of a throttled delivery. This organization uses a query to add seed records which were imported into the campaign history table instead of adding them into the seed addresses in the delivery target setup. We would like to ensure these seeds are part of the first wave. Does anyone know how Adobe assigns the send order when generating waves? Any insight or suggestions on how to achieve this is appreciated. Thanks!

Hi, I would like to know if there is a way to set one delivery activity template using JavaScript code by sending the Delivery template internal name or label.    Case of use example:    "I've a list of Recipients with different languages. I loop at them and, for every one, I use an If to select one template name or another. After it, I send it to the delivery activity to have one kind of email or another. "   Also, is there any better way to do this?

Trying below code to add a subscription for a recipient through javascript. This query runs successfully for a newly created recipient . SOP-330011 Error while executing the method 'Write' of service 'xtk:persist|xtk:session'.   I've tried to fix this by giving admin privileges to the Web applications agent and personalizing some rights to access the folders but the same message appears.  

Hi Experts,   We are looking to set up a variable in ACS (using a content block) to deliver an email that directly references the date/time an email was sent. Is it possible to reference the send time in the email?   If they use JavaScript to call out the current date, if someone views the email as a web page, the code will run live and return the date/time that the user is viewing the email.   Thanks,

Such links are not visible by Adobe Campaign personalization engine and thus will not be tracked. What's the best way to build an email preference center in ACS? In the image below you'll see I'm trying to create a page with checkboxes, fields like email frequency, etc. Is this doable via a landing page template (see current template in image) or do you have to custom code it elsewhere and import it into adobe? I've searched help docs and community questions, but so far I haven't seen any way to build anything like what's in the goal state image so any advice would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance!

Hello, i have an advanced javascript code like this. I have 3 transitions, and the 15 targets go to the 3 transitions, but i would like the language == "es" to go to the transition Es, and the language == "en" to go to the transition En, how can i do it?  

I am building an evergreen email sequence. After a period of time I want people to restart at the beginning. The only way I can see to achieve this is to create two custom fields, one which is Email Number and one which is Email Send Date. These get filled with the relevant email number and send date of that email. This would allow a query to be run where if Email Number = Last Email and Email Send Date > X Days Ago then reset these fields, this would allow the first query that splits the emails to pick them up again and start at the beginning. However, this seems a very long-winded approach and I am wondering if there is a simpler solution I have overlooked?

Hi there,   I'm setting up a wkf with an enrichment of 2 query and a segmentation and at the end of the workflow I have to export a file with data that come from the enrichement, but no all the data I select in export file are exported. I made a similar workflow with an enrichment of a query and a segmentation and the export file activity export all the data correctly. I'm using the same settings and I don't figure it out why this new workflow doesn't work, can you help me?   Thank you,   G

Hi Experts,   The tracking log for a recent e-mail shows that the same person clicked several links in the same e-mail in the exact second. For example, for the e-mail "Get With the Program - SE WOW Aug. 12, 2022 (DM18194)", the tracking logs show that user mcarric@bgsu.edu clicked five different links at 9:00:28 AM and that user coeg@bgsu.edu clicked five various links at 9:00:29 AM. Other deliveries in which this occurs are "Hype/First Announcement -SE - Jul. 20, 2022 (DM17919)" and "Parking Permits STUDENTS - PK - Aug. 1, 2022 (DM18025)". It should not be possible for someone to click many links within the exact second. Are the tracking logs incorrectly reporting clicks, is clicking one link being logged as an event for all links, or are click events being logged with the incorrect time?I appreciate the help.Thanks   

Hi,   I'm trying to understand what is the cause of failing SMS deliveries with status 'Refused'. In the Delivery Log Qualification I see many of them with the similar message:  SR Generic UNDELIV {number}|#MESSAGE#, where {number} may be different.   All the entries, which I checked have also Qualification status 'To qualify', which in my understanding means that nothing will be done with them.    My question is, what to do is such case? Does the change of Qualification status manually to 'Keep' makes any sense? I want to learn why they are refused and, if possible, to prevent being refused in the future.   Thanks for any cues.   Best, Dominik

It works correctly in most of the cases, but when placed inside a 1:1 column and previewed the email delivery on Outlook and Office 365 apps, the image is cut off.
