Adobe Audience Manager

Hi folks,Quick question on SPA and its implementation of AAM. Our AAM is using server side forwarding, which works perfectly across page loads - I can see demdex calls being generated per load, however, the SPA application don't generate any demdex calls despite Adobe Analytics does.Is there any docs on implementation of AAM on SPA? The synch calls on SPA pages works well, but as I said I am not sure if we need to be generating a demdex call on SPA too?Thanks.

Hi All,I have created a segment in Analytics and sent to AAM and created one more segment within AAM itself with the same criteria. I want to understand the report variations?  I see there is around 20% more traffic in AAM Segment compare to Analytics segment in AAM. Can you please explain why?And If I pull the report from  Analytics and compare it with AAM with the same date range there is again huge difference.Thanks in advance.

I am going through the "AAM: Technical Foundations (OD)" training for Adobe Audience Manager. I am currently on the "AAM: Web Implementation" section.The first module for "Instructions for Completing Course Exercises" contains a PDF that discusses using a shared training environment.How do I access this testing / training Audience Manager environment for training? How do I access the sandbox / training demo where I can click around AAM and create Traits, Data Sources, etc.Thank you

Hi, I am trying to run a Lookalike modeling using a first party segment as base and Acxiom 3rd party traits. When AAM return the results, I saw two things kind of weird:1. The horizon of chart 'Model Reach&Accuracy' chart started from 84% instead of 0%;2. The top selected traits' relative weight is just 0.5%. I wonder if that's due to using 3rd party data. But I want to see if anyone has suggestion?Based on the current result, I am not sure if this Lookalike model is good to use. Any thought?Thanks in advance!

Reading the documentation about audience manager targeting integration, I can see that the first technical step is "set up a user id sync"There are TWO sync flows:- partner initiated flow- audience manager initiated flowAre both mandatories or can we implement only the partner initated flow?If the answer is "YES",  how can we fill the AAM outbound integration request form?We select "YES" into the option "Data Partner will initiate syncs", but the field that contains the url for ID sync (initiated by AAM) is red and seems to be mandatory.Thank you for supportSilvia AAM Outbound Integration - Request Form

Hi there!I'd read that the recommended way to send Analytics data to AAM is with Server side forwarding, and not DIL code. Now I want to use DFP (DoubleClick for publishers) as a destination, but in this link https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/aam/aam-dfp-requirements.html ​says that DIL code must be deployed in the inventory to work.The thing is that here Analytics to Audience Manager Implementation Guide  says that:It is very important to note that both implementation methods are mutually exclusive one one site. The moment the Audience Library is enabled and AA data collection hosts are configured by Adobe, all Analytics data will start to flow to AAM server-side. So, if the client keeps both DIL and AppMeasurment module, the data will be sent twice to AAM.​So I wonder if there is a way to use the SSF integration way, but deploy DIL code just to use DFP destination, and not get the data duplicated, or if I should go directly with the DIL method from the begining.¡Thanks

Hello GuysI'm no longer using Adobe Illustrator and Acrobat pro. I tried my best to cancel my subscription, but it seems they made it so hard to cancel it intentionally. Seriously, there is no cancellation button, and I'm supposed to got to the customer support page to cancel it. And when I search for the cancellation method it guides me to the same page.This is very misleading and annoying..Please help me cancel my subscription...

Hi,I am going through SPP videos on AAM.Section  : AAM Advertiser Tagging and Tracking has a video "Tagging Media Ads".It discusses Click pixel and impression pixel.1. Is it that Impression is the advertisement and on clicking the Impression, user will be navigated to the actual web site?2. What exactly is a pixel? Is it an area of web site where we want to track the activity, like an MBox? Or pixel is the Java Script code?3. Hi,In typical implementation of any project, we have DEV, System Integration, UAT and Prod Environments.Adobe offers AAM on Cloud as  a SAS.Is this cloud the same for all those environments or we have a separate cloud for each of these environments?If it is the same, it could lead to data discrepancies, as a lot of test data may be created for development and testing and that could disturb the UAT and Prod.While a separate cloud for each of these environments would be a clean solution.Appreciate your responses.Thanks,Rama.

Hi,In an AAM implementation, how to ensure only authorized changes are promoted to production (Development, Test, and Production Environments)?Like someone designated for this task will look at all changes and approve some and disapprove others and only approved changes move forward.My understanding is that if we integrate SVN (source code system), only bug free code could be checked in and only checked in code could be moved up in the higher environments. Before checking in, we perform correct amount of testing.Is this view correct, or any other option is available, either out of box or through any tool?The other point is that typically out of all AMC products, only AEM has Java code along with JS, CSS, etc, but all other AMC products have just JS or just configurations.If it is JS, it could be stored in a source code control system, like SVN, how to version configurations?Also, how to move configurations to higher environments automatically, given that they are not stored in SVN?In t

I work in destination marketing and am trying to use AAM to assist in working out the effectiveness of our marketing. I think a possible solution would be to generate segments based on sequential trait rules but am not sure how to do this.For example:Trait 1 - User is not located in XTrait 2 - User is located in XThe segment logic I'd like to build is that the user originally belonged to trait 1, then qualified for trait 2 (i.e. person not located in destination views our website from their home market, then comes to the destination and views our website while on holiday).Is there a way to build a segment which captures all people in trait 2 who were previously a member of trait 1?Any assistance would be much appreciated.
