Hi- Hoping for some clarification on any errors I may encounter in the following scenario. Say I have 10 traits that are outdated and need to be delete entirely.Each trait is currently connected to various segments.The segments contain other active traits, so I would like to keep the segment itself. Am I able to delete each of these traits, even though they are connected to various segments? Do segments automatically update if a connected trait is removed? Or is it the case that I would need to update each segment individually to remove the connected traits that I want to delete, and THEN go and delete the trait? Any clarification on this process would be helpful. Hi all, I was trying the BAAAM tool plugin to access traits and segments. I have the latest 64-bit Microsoft Excel version and downloaded the BAAAM worksheet from the AAM Release notes.After copy-pasting the information token & ORG id, later I try clicking on "validate token" but keep getting a Token error  -  Token Error: 400 Bad Request {"message":"Strings must not be null","code":"ILLEGAL_ARGUMENT"} Can someone please help how to troubleshoot this and fix it? I've already tried the following:- I have tried it running with and without a corporate porxy server running behind- I have the latest 64-bit Microsoft version- I have saved the file as a macro-enabled excel (.xlsm) Would really appreciate some help on this. Thanks,Jyothi Naik

Hi, am trying to read the created and update date fields on the BAAAM export from AAM but the data which is available can't be transformed into any dates which Excel recognises, anyone know how to convert it? Thx

I was sending one segment to a group of destinations and got this error for 1 of the 2 Google Ads destinations. One went through just fine, the second gave me this message. Any idea what this is? I couldn't see any difference between the destinations except that the account number was different.

Significant daily difference in population between segments in AAM and Facebook destination created the same day. Does anyone have and explanation why this might be happening?

We had seen the get visitor profile is getting refresh on only app launch  We would like to get it refreshed  more frequent we can as our use case are get the  onsite segmentation and add suppression during the activity session for IOS / Andriod   

Hello,  I'm trying to use events captured in Adobe Analytics as signals in Audience Manger. I've done the necessary setup including enabling server side forwarding option.Based on the AAM documentation, we can refer to the Adobe Analytics variable in AAM by using the 'c_' prefix in the Analytics variables. For example: 'c_eVar1' to refer to AA variable eVar1. However I'm not able to see any data for the signal 'c_events' inside AAM even though we are capturing events like event1, purchase, etc, in AA. So my question is, can we not refer event variables in AAM using 'c_events' key just like we do for eVars and props (c_eVar1, c_prop1)? Thanks

auto created trait folders are given a datasource by default. In this case a source(folder trait level) other than the traits that lies "beneath". I can manually change the data source in the AAM UI, but as this goes for A LOT of folders i would like to solve this in bulk using BAAAM. But BAAAM doesn support "calling" these folders. Any suggestion on how to solve this in an easy way? Not really "interested" in doing this in manual operation for several hundred folders.... my objective is to keep data isolated in various buckets (using data sources), but im questioning if this is taken care of or not in this case since everything is "grossed up" on the other source?! But could be mistaken, since everything underneeth the foldertrait is isolated per se.

Hi, I'm planning to send same trait key name but with 100+ different trait key value to AAM(onboarded trait). For eg: couponcode="A", couponcode="B" etc. In this case, do I need to create 100 different trait. or, will it work if I create 1 trait to consider all key values using regex and to take care of this in dynamic manner. for eg:couponcode matchesregex   .* I would like to consider all users those who are eligible for any coupon code. Please help! My segment folders in AM are suddenly empty! There are still traits that are mapped to segments, but the segments are all gone. Any ideas?

Hi Everyone, We are about to do an integration from our first party data source with AAM, to avoid any future data reprocess, we would like to include all the fields in the scope, including several calculated fields. Given this calculated fields are not available yet, is it possible to include the columns for these fields associated to a client ID with a default value and then populate them when we have said variables available?. Here's an example of how we are hoping to upload the data. Client ID         Ordered Items          CLV123                           1                    Default Value1234                         4                    Default Value12345          &

Could we have some guidance on how we could run Target Activity pre-prod test while using AAM onboarded segments. How can we setup a test browser that is a part of target segment population?   For our on-site personalisation, we want to use AAM segments that use onboarded customer traits. Customer data is passed into AAM from CRM and other corporate data storages through a weekly onboarding. For example, a segment may include people who currently own a certain product. A Target Activity may use this segment, or a segment combining this with other rules (such as marketing consent trait, etc.) to serve an experience on site. We want to be able to QA it properly before it goes live, so we have confidence that the experience is only shown to people we intended. Thank you so much for your help!  

Hi, we are setting up AAM with the onboarded data definition and there are a few questions about it:If we have a "last_purchase" trait and it includes multiple values (SKUs or Products), Can we store it with a JSON or delimited format? What will be a best practice abount it?Is there any format consideration adding an integer or a string value with a trait? Thanks for your support.

Also is their a Staging Vs Prod URL?   

We are getting an empty value in the getVisitorprofile response for iOS suddenly, also it returns different values sometimes from what we see in the demdex response call. We are getting different segment ids qualified in the demdex response but we get other values in the getVisitorprofile response.  Can you please guide me on how we could resolve this issue.
