once we have the search terms, I need to know whether it is typed or pased in the search field. How can we achieve this?

Greetings,  organic search is getting credit for conversions to a simple lead generation flow from paid search marketing efforts.  Created a segment where channel=paid THEN NEXT HIT was channel=organic and confirmed the volumes.  These aren’t folks backing out and coming back in.  What could cause the last touch credit to change to organic either between pages or for the conversion event specifically?  I would think it has to do with the natural vs paid search detection rules, or maybe something missing in our channel processing rules,

We use email sent from AEC to drive traffic to our website. The email stats show unique clicks for each link that are often much higher (3+ times higher) than the equivalent unique visitors numbers reported on entry pages in Adobe Analytics. If we look at unique clicks for an email overall, and compare it to traffic in the email marketing channel in Analytics, the difference is smaller but still quite big - maybe only two times as many unique visitors. We do know the visits from users that don't conset to cookies aren't tracked, but this is a regular email promoting content on a membership organisation's website to its members, but is that enough to potentially explain such a big difference?

PROBLEMI have a few PDF scheduled projects that are set to send on a monthly by day of month frequency, however, it seems that my recipients, even myself, are not receiving them. I am an admin user so should not have any issues with this feature. I can also confirm that these projects are not flowing into a junk/clutter folder. I also receive other scheduled projects from other Adobe users. I hypothesize that it's either an issue with my profile or with this specific frequency. I never had this issue at a previous company. Has anyone else experienced an issue like this? If so, any tips or tricks to resolve?UPDATEConfirming that I am able to receive hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly (by day of month) scheduled projects to a personal email address, but they are not being delivered to my work inbox (which my Adobe account is associated with).

The conversion percentage from one step to another in a Fallout Visualization is 104%. What could be the reason the percentage is over 100%?

I am seeing a lot of numbers going into "unspecified" when using visit as metric. But for an example, if i am using v72(App Referring tracking code)  against e72(instances), the data does not go into unspecified. But when, using against, metric, i see a lot of data into unspecified. 

I have had this "error saving request" for a few days. I believe I have setup all the necessary config in the interface, and I am using email as my report destination. Can anyone help?  Thanks,Angus 

Hi,Currently I am working on migration from AA extension to AEP extension, so we are using percentage view plugin to get percentage view, but this plugin is not supported in AEP extension. So, I have use this code in custom code in the rule.And, I have created custom variable for pageview custom, it is working but sometime it shows negative value i.e.I don't understand the reason behind it any inputs will be appreciated. Thanks!!Bindu Kumari

I'm trying to update a segment using Adobe Analytics API, but getting this error message:    {'errorCode': 'insufficient_access',  'errorDescription': 'No editing access to this item granted. Userid=200423211 does not match ownerid=200283947',  'errorId': 'b2ce142f-adc8-4835-8584-d470409dce75'}   The segment is mine and connecting to the API, using a Service Account (JWT) that is also mine using my credentials. I can read (get) or create a segment, but not update. 

Hi Team, I have a new use case in my job. I am am trying to identify those product views which customers have viewed and then placed an order for those products in the same visit. Is it possible to achieve this? I have created a segment like below but I think it does not have a constraint that the customer has purchased only those products which they have viewed.  

Hi Team,Adobe collect in the background the number of visit, if an user returns. We want this value to be usable on our dimensions and values.Therefore, the way of collecting and accessing this numeric information is necessary, So it can be stored and used later. Can you please suggest or Reference link How can we implement this. Thanks In advance!

Hello,  I am comfortable comparing metrics, such as orders and AOV, by price brand using a segment.For example between £30 and £1000: HIT Revenue is greater than or equal to £30 AND Revenue is less than £1000.  However, this doesn't work for conversion as it shows at 100%+. Does anyone know how to compare conversion rate by price brand? Many thanks

When comparing data between two visualizations for the same date range, I am seeing mismatch among order numbers placed for a direct marketing channel.Limit to first/last occurrence is the setting I selected for the flow representation; I've given the screenshot for the flow visualization  setting i have used.For the direct marketing channel, I can observe the total order number disparity between the flow and freeform representation.What could be the reason for it?

Hello,  This is a report suite on the mobile app data: I assume the marketing channel detail should return the value of the marketing campaign according to my config on the marketing channel processing rule, but it seems to return a bunch of page name to me which doesn't make sense at all: This is my marketing channel processing rule All my marketing campaigns are captured with v7, and v7 should tie in with the marketing channel detail, I assume.  At least, this is how it set up for my web report suite, but I don't know why it doesn't work with my app report suite.  See if anyone can help.  Thank you    

Hello, I am trying to extract some dimensions and metrics from Adobe Analytics using Report Builder, but I can't find "Download Link" dimension in Report Builder.Does anyone know if this dimension is available or it's under another name? 

Hi guys, I have a strange behavior in the Analysis Workspace, where the numbers displays with Day as primary dimension and broken down by a prop are incorrect, where when the prop is used as primary dimension without breakdown, it's looking at least closer to the actual sum. BackgroundI enabled datastream mapping of the user's ECID to my custom dimension as described here. Don't think it is related, but for completeness Base Setupan applied Hit-level segment that filters out a specific value in the prop "Platform"Buggy Freeform Table Setupprimary dimension: "Day""Platform" breakdown applied on a specific dayshown column sum is 140k, where the sum of the first 5 items is just 4.4k Way better (yet still not correct) Freeform Table Setupprimary dimension: "Platform" without breakdownshown column sum is 2.8k, also not 4.4k, but at least closer  Any idea what's going on here?

Has anyone dealt with this issue before regarding failure to load page for Adobe Analytics suite? I've run gone through the basic troubleshooting of cache / history / metadata clearing and have confirmed no one else in my organization is having this issue. Any thoughts for troubleshooting? Hello Experts,We got one question about how to get all visits where the first visit is from "Banner", so that we can see how "Banner" impacts further user access and orders.There are some "Channels" are set: Banner, Organic Search, Paid Search, Direct Load, etc.We try to set as following:Visit LevelVisit Time = 1Channel = "Banner"But when I apply this segment, I can see only Visit=1 data, none of visit > 1 data is not listed.Even in the Visit=1 list, I can see other Channels other than "Banner".Could you please help to clarify, how we can set the segment to see: All the first visit from "Banner" ONLY and their further behaviors.The expected result would be:Visit Number 1, breakdown by Channel, only "Banner" listed, then in each of other "Visit Number *", when breakdown by "Channel", I can see all other channels.Thank you for the help in advance.H

 I have created 2-3 report suites, but I am not able to see them in my sandbox. I have admin access, but I still cannot see them. Please provide me with a solution.    

Hello!I am looking for a way to create a segment that tracks visitors who visit X or more product details - either the same product or different. Either in the same session or returns. So, for example, a visitor who lands on Product A,  then Product B in the one visit. But returns later to visit Product C. Or they visit A x 3 times.  

Hi. I am having trouble with some discrepancies between the data extracted via adobe analytics APIs 2.0 and the report extracted from the platform.I am requesting visits, orders and revenue with the variables/lasttouchchanneldetail dimension and i have some segments filtering this dimension.The discrepancies are not only for recent data but up to two months ago. Visits and orders have a low variance but revenue specifically is different for some specific channels, up to 1% differece in the values (considering the single channel). Considering all channels in a whole day, this difference is not greater than 0.07%.Since the other metrics are pretty close, my question is if this is an expected behaviour and how much discrepancy should be considered normal?Thanks in advance.

I use the Report Builder to send a reserved report made in Excel to our team members in PDF format. In order to modify the UI, I changed it to "Pretendard" font rather than the basic font, but the font is broken in a PDF file. Is there anything I need to set in Excel or Report Builder so that the font is not broken in PDF?

I want to create a visitor segment spanning a 30 day period where I can isolate visitors who triggered a specific event on 10 distinct days within that period.I've got as far as creating a segment that isolates visitors who triggered the event and who arrived on 10 distinct days, but can't see how to hone it down further to visitors who triggered the event on each of those days.Any idea if this is possible?

Our client's reporting has shown a significant and likely artificial increase in traffic allocated to the Atlanta DMA in the first and second quarter of 2024.  The vast majority of the traffic is from iOS (mobile and desktop), and one Experience League user reported the same issue in 2022.  Has anyone else seen this?  Or is there anything else in AA that could explain this increase? Thanks.
