Hello everyone, I'm trying to build the following segmentation in Adobe for a driver analysis: Cluster 1: In the last 4 weeks, the user was in the app for 1 or 2 different weeks of the past 4 weeks. Cluster 2: In the last 4 weeks, the user was in the app for 3 or 4 different weeks of the past 4 weeks. Important: It doesn't matter whether it was weeks 1 and 4, it only matters that he was a user in the app in 2 weeks. I have already tried the Adobe Analytics cohort analysis with latency. The problem is that I can either select rolling dates: The user who was in the app in the fourth week must also have been in the app in every week before. Without the rolling data, I only see whether the user was in the app 4 weeks ago, but the groups are independent of each other.I have also tried it with a simple segment such as: Count distinct week greater then or equals 1 and less then or equals 2. Hi,I have a locker user account and can't access the Adobe Analytics as user was not able to access their account with the correct password and have tried it multiple time  but user was not able to access the account.We did password reset and also tried it on Chrome, Firefox and Edge by cleaning History & Cache/Cookies but it still gives same error message - "User locker due to too many failed attempts".@Adobe Analytics Customer Support, Can you please reset the password from back end?Any suggestions is greatly appreciated.Thanks.

I wanted to know if I have a hit level segment for an eVar that is a part of the debugger image request, but doesn't appear in the debugger image request explicitly, if that value persisits, will it include hits of that persisted value? This means tags “drop off” or stop firing and with over 1000 data points the team is managing its impossible to track all these changes manually.is there a solution to help the team monitor changes to tracking /tags that will notify team when there are changes with tags that are already live ?

Hi,I just wanted some brief clarity over finding min max and how Dimension data is collected. In my example, I have a tracking call that passes an item name and numeric value that is then stored into the Dimension and Metric respectively. The report Freeform table would look like this:DimensionMetricOccurencesMetric / Occurences (Avg)Item 11243Item 2313Item 3522.5 From the report, you can see Metric gives the total sum of each numeric value passed for that item. It is easy to find the average across occurrences of the item. Again, it is easy to find the min max of any of the columns. However, let's say I wanted to find the min max of Item 1's numeric values, or find the min max across all items' numeric values. Is this possible with the current structure?I assume it is not since Adobe stores each numeric value as a running sum under Metric. Therefore, I would have to create a unique Dimension for each item, and the "items" would be each instance of numeric value.

I understand why occurrences are higher than instances for eVars that persist, but I can't wrap my head around why it's the same for instances and occurrences for Previous Page Name Prop (or any other prop really). Thanks!

Hi, I recently discovered the Return Frequency dimension, and need some help putting the dimension into context. 1. If I were to pair this with Unique Visitors and add a page as a segment, would this show the number of visitors who landed on the page, and then returned to any page on the site within these time windows? 2. When breaking down the return frequency buckets by Page, are these the pages that the visitor viewed at any point, or only during the return frequency time window? Thank you for your help!DW

Do any best practices exist or examples of how best to use Adobe Analytics with SharePoint sites, documents, lists and libraries? We're in the process of setting up our SharePoint sites to leverage Adobe Analytics as an add-on for more in-depth reporting/analytics as the out of the box data from SharePoint is limited. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

I have analytics questions.1. What is the business impact if we pass redundant variables (props and evar) with page call and "other" link calls?2. If I pass default selections (that loads when the page loads) in a list variable in the page load call, can we get clicks/click through for these values that are captured in list variables? Eg. If i pass the color, brand in a list var as they are selected by default on page loads, can I see how many times a particular color or brand type have been clicked/viewed? 

We don't have ECID available, so we populate fallback_visitorId or visitorId. Now we have to move to MCID and also have to enable timestamps for the hits. How can I achieve it? Do we have any document for it?
