Hello, I’m facing an issue where the number of visits recorded for some entry pages is significantly lower than expected, yet the form completion numbers are disproportionately high. This discrepancy occurs consistently across multiple days, and I’m unsure what could be causing it. I observed that specific entry pages show very low visit counts on certain dates, but the corresponding form submission numbers are much higher. I have attached anonymized screenshots of the data to illustrate the problem.  Has anyone encountered similar discrepancies between visits and form submissions in their reports?What steps would you recommend to investigate and resolve this issue? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! 

Dear Team,Adobe Analytics is reporting an 80% bounce rate for the website, but the average time on site is 3 minutes. The client is confused about whether users are engaged or not. I explained that the high bounce rate means users are spending time on the site but not interacting with it. Could you please advise on how to explain this more clearly to the client? Also, what other engagement metrics should we focus on for a health content website? It would be helpful to have some simple examples.

I have created UTM links containing the parameters utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, and utm_content. Before officially launching and publishing them, I conducted tests to ensure they are tracked correctly in Adobe Analytics Workspace. However, I can't seem to find them. In the future, I will need to understand which sources and specific content have driven traffic.What are these parameters called? What should I search for to find them? Are they considered dimensions?Thank you!

Can you help me understand the difference? There are too many codes. Please mention what is the difficulty level of each exam mentioned in the subject. eg-beginner intermediate etc. I am looking forward to go for Adobe Analytics Business practioner E212. But cant really make the difference between others. I dont want to missout on something.Please help me understand all the exams.

A random company copied our website frontend (run on AEM) in a very amateur way and also somehow managed to copy the analytics tracker in the process.We are receiving their website data, which is spoiling the data for us. How do we block them from sending data? 

Hi, thanks for reading. I was using my org's AEP sandbox to validate a mobile app PoC. To do this I needed to create a AEP schema, but upon trying to create a schema, I get the following error:  I also found that I cannot edit my previously created schemas as well. Any advice on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hello everyone,I have created a derived discount field at the product level to convert the value to negative. The field works as expected, but when I select the option to convert the currency to see the discounts in dollars (because I have information from several countries) in the project, I encounter an error. Has this happened to anyone else? Does this currency conversion option not work for derived fields, or do you have any idea what it could be?Note: I have already done the conversion for negative values and it also works well.Thanks, everyone.

What is the equivalent of "home_tile_title" in an Adobe Analytics Workspace dimension?I can see a value for "home_tile_title" in Assurance but I do not know how to make a segment with it in Workspace.

Since google has made updates to chrome in the end of 2023, Activity map is not working. In case anyone is still having issues with the Activity Map, there is a workaround (disabling the storage partitioning flag) feature for time being till Adobe Team fixes the issue.   Steps to disable: Go to 'chrome://flags/#third-party-storage-partitioning' In Third-party Storage Partitioning, change flag from Default to Disabled Relaunch the Chrome, and you are all set with the activity map!

We're seeing inflated adobe entries than GCM clicks and not sure why. How can we see entries onto the page even though we don't have clicks to the ad? We are looking at the cmpid (placement id) level. We're noticing some cmpid with a few clicks and 100+ entries and some cmpid with 0 clicks and 100+ entries. After looking into it, we don't think it's bots (at least not the main source) but potentially the cmpid somehow firing multiple times. When we break down the cmpid, we are also seeing unique cookies for each entry. Any ideas?

I created a segment of users who had credit application clicks using a visitor container.  I used the month of April as the panel date range.  And there're about 4 million users (unique visitor). When I added a day dimension there're about 160K unique visitor each day.  What does the 160K mean?   Active unique visitor in each day who had made credit application in the month of April?    Because if I switch the segment container to visit level, the total is still 4 million users (unique visitor), but the daily visitor is much lower about 80K.If I want to build a dashboard for the IT team to improve the engagement of credit applications, which segment container is better?  I feel like the visit level contain provides better information on the day level.  Is that right?
