HI, we migrated to Launch at the end of April.  At this time, we have realised that our standard reporting of exit links stopped appearing.  My colleague did the migration and i've checked on the Launch property - the checked box for tracking outbound links is still there.  has anyone else experienced this?  i've asked our IT team if anything happened to the website around that time, but while i wait i wanted to reach out and ask, if there was anything from an Adobe perspective because my manager believes the timing is too much of a concidence.

Hi All - my question is around the right segment structure needed to allow us reporting on conversions per "Unique Visitors"When we built the segment (in the segment builder) based on "Visitor" and the metric applied was " Tracking Code (cid) ", we reported more conversions per unique visitor (the metrics in the free table were: unique visitors and conversions)However, when we built the segment based on "Visit" and everything else remained the same, we ended up reporting on less total conversions per unique visitor!So which way of building the segment is the one to go with: based on "Visit" or "Visitor"?Thanks! 

Hello everyone, We have external systems send data to Adobe Analytics via Adobe Analytics API 1.4. Those calls are creating undefined value, any suggestion how to fix this? Currently we are only send evars and no events. Can it be the reason? For instance , we are facing undefined value for company evar with the follwoing set upAny idea?  Thanks

EDIT: I do not have seen the option to include this segment also to the return criteria. This option should solve my question and should be the answer for the first case, i have described 😉 Hello everyone,  I have a maybe tricky question about the Retention Model in Adobe Analytics: I have set the Retention Model so that the monthly retention is displayed based on the visits.For the retention model, I use a hit-segment that only tracks users of selected pages on our website (users who have visited different pages on our so-called content hubs). What I want to understand now: Does the retention model show me the retention of users on the websites that I have stored in the hit-segment? So they have to visit a page which is defined in the hit-segment month per month to get counted in the Retention Model? This would be my understanding. Or is the logic as follows: The model just looks at the users on which the hit-segment is based and shows the users retention on the

I am very new to Adobe Analytics - in the past i mostly worked with Google Analytics. One of our customers - an insurance company - is very strict with private policy of their customers. Thats why unluckily they can't implement tracking codes to their site.The only way we can track the online marketing campaign performance of different marketing channels such as Google search ads, display, Youtube and Facebook ads is through CID-parameters. The following simple scenario of a customer journey:- A user clicks on a display banner from GDN (doesn't convert), two days later he sees an ad on facebook clicks on it (doesn't convert) and then clicks on a Google Ads search campaign and finally makes a conversion. Now to my question:Which channel receives the credit for the conversion in this case, is it the first channel (First Touch) or the last channel that received a click-through (Last Touch)?How many days after click the conversion can be attributed to the channel? Thank

Hi,Will AMC Visitor ID Service helps to track the cross domain tracking? or should I need to go FPC In order to do cross domain tracking.want to track the Domain A --> Domain B. In future new requirement to track the Domain C --> Domain D, I can expect this requirement also Domain A --> Domain C --> Domain D.not sure, if i use the visitor ID will be there be any chances of browser rejecting third party cookies?Any Suggestion??Thanks,BS.

Hi, I am trying to find out how my sites visits and sales are distributed across the various weekdays over a timespan of lets say a year. I could of course manually calculate the number by going trough all mondays and vice versa, but i suppose theres an easier way to do it? Thanks in advance. 

We encountered the reporting issue with the tracking code that is attributed to more than 3 different marketing channels simultaneously (see screenshot below). We are particularly confused about the “direct” channel to be #1 ( # of clickthoughs) and how it can be associated at all with a campaign tracking code in the first place. Are we missing something here? Please advise. @y-shishka

Hi there, If I'm understanding right, that by default traffic from APP will be categorized as 'Typed/Bookmarked' in Referrer Type Report, So is there any setting to get the right referral data from 'APP' ?

Dear Adobe Analytics league members,I managed different instances of Launch for the company I am working for, however one of the instances I cannot deploy my tags to production.When I go to pushing flow, the option Development is not available. Any tips on how I can fix this? I have admin rights so I hope this is not an admin rights issue. I am used to GTM, so Launch is a bit near for me - sorry this is a beginner question. Hi, From the last45 days we have noticed that there is huge spike in visits due to traffic coming from a particular domain under typed/bookmarked which has more than 90% bounce rate. Could someone guide me on any other way I could debug further on this. 

Traffic has been an abnormal increase in traffic to our website. When checked, the traffic spike was contributed by channel “Type/Bookmarked”. Understand that traffic data that groups under "Typed/Bookmarked" channel means the following:                * If a hit does not have any referrer data                * If users type our URL directly into their browser                * If users bookmarks our page references it on laterHowever, for the page that've seen the spike shouldn’t exhibit above user behavior as (1) the link URL is extremely long and (2) it’s not a page where users will typically go directly to without entering our homepage first. Hence, would like to check if there is any malfunction with traffic data or any other possible reasons why this is happen

Hello, The definition of Entry Pages in Documentation Adobe is : "Displays, by percentage and by total visits, which pages on your site are the first pages seen by a new visitor. You can use this report to identify which of your web pages are the most frequent points of entry, optimize the primary entry points on your site, and drive entry traffic to your key messages." My question is about mobile applications : How are entry pages defined on those ?  I tried looking at my Workspace and filtering Entry Pages per customer on a specific day, and then looking at raw Adobe data to see how the entry page was assigned.I still couldn't pull a specific conclusion. My question is (for mobile apps): Is an "Entry Page" the first TrackState value after 30mins+ of inactivity ? Should it necessarily be right after the lifecycle hit ?If a bunch of TrackAction hits are sent before the TrackState, does the Entry Page assign the value in t

Hi community, regarding counter evars, short use case: increment a counter evar by 1 if a user swipes a menu either to the left or right in mobile view. It has been setup with two different direct calls (for swipe direction left or right) and each time the respective evar is incremented by 1, (in custom code s.evarX = "+1"). Now the idea is to use these two evars and breakdown visitors in containers based on how much they swipe. First of, if this evar is dropped on a freeform table the "occurences" column will show how many times that evar was incremented by 1 during the selected timespan right? By doing that we see a reasonable amount of occurences on mobile devices at least.The problem arises when trying to make a segment that for example says that if the value of the evar for a mobile device visit is greater than 10 (the user swiped more than 10 times), no matter what the segment builder cant seem to find any visitors where there´s even a value exists in these evars, so wh
