Allow for configuration of colors like you can do for conditional formatting.  Right now this visualization displays data best against a positive goal, meaning more is good = green.  What if you want to visualize costs and you don't want to go over a certain budget threshold?  Allow not only changing of the scale but also defining whether high or low is good vs. bad.

Column heading in Workspace should be freezed once user clicks on it so that it becomes easier to click on 'I' and 'settings' icon. Right now, sometimes its so difficult to click on these icons if there are multiple columns and due to which full column items are not visible.For example, in below case its very difficult to click on 'settings' and 'I' icon, however slow I hover on the column.

Often we use the report filters in order to filter out specific groups of items in a freeform table, however applying this filter does not have any impact on the figure shown in the column total. The column total accounts for all item totals including those not included in any eventual filters. We have use cases with many of our users where it would be more useful for them for this total to be a subtotal (i.e. total of only items that are included in the filter).Could this be an option to include in the column total options? I.e. display as subtotal rather than total.

Telecom Customer needs an export of all Analytics Segments and Definitions. Currently there is not a way to do this from the Analytics UI.Feature Request. Export Analytics Segments and Definitions from UI.

Working with complex segments and calculated metrics that contain many nested containers and may take a few screens, it's quite often when I move or add something into a wrong place. Sometimes the recovery may take longer than making everything from scratch.The Undo feature (Cmd+Z, Ctrl+Z) would be extremely helpful if supported in the Metric Builder and Segment Builder UI.

It would be great to add a customer further analyze url to an alert notification.  We have much more comprehensive workspace dashboards for analysis into alerts.  it would be great if we could link directly to them rather than the standard further analyze dashboards which are pretty thin.

Current we have option to add prepend/postpend Text to Line Item in report builder.By introducing Trim option in Line Item we can get better report.Example: Pagename has captured as "SG:HomePage:Product1:SubProduct1", i only want to display "SubProduct1" in visualization. Currently we use excel formula to trim these data. Whenever Line Item has increased we need to manually extent these formula, due to these reason unable to automate some reports.RegardsAshok

Hi,for a customer registration process we have a funnel report setup in reports (classic).This funnel uses events which are serialized via an event id (kind of transaction number set by tracked application itself).We use event serialization for this funnel because from business perspective it is the best match. In workspace we set up a funnel (fallout visualization) with the same events. The fallout displays different values. This is probably because in workspace you have to choose as fallout configuration based on visits or visitors. The problem is that our events use event ids and we need to configure the fallout in the same way in workspace - but this seems impossible. So how can we currently set up in workspace a fallout displaying the same values like the funnel in reports? From my understanding we need something like a third fallout configuration type "based on event id" besides existing visits or visitor configuration.We miss such fallout configuration in workspace. My global business reports traffic based on the following regions: Europe, Middle East, AfricaLatin AmericaAsia and AustraliaUS and Canada The geosegmentation report currently lists metrics by country or region (which is similar to country). I cannot easily view data by continent, which would be close to how I currently report on geographic region. The only way to report by continent is to create a segment that lists each country in a continent. This is cumbersome. Can we add a continent report?

I'd like to have a button from the filter modal that would let me easily create a segment from the filter I have setup. 

Because this sounds obvious, and would allow us to sequence user behaviour across different channels.Sounds like it's what appeared in the "Experience Analytics" sneak at the Summit this year.

When we delete any segment, it shows the notification that it could have been used in dashboards but it doesn't show the name of dashboards using this segment. Ideally, it should display all the dashboards which are currently using a particular segment so we can easily do segments cleanup whenever required.

If/When you work on updating the classification tool, can you include the ability to classify the number 0?

While creating an alert its nice to have alert starting date that way we can define our weekly report. At this point weekly alert is not working as expected. I have weekly Alert setup for last touch channel and its trigger every week which is annoying. And the reason its happening because of wrong date comparison. I remember when i setup this alert the day was Wednesday, so my report getting compare with this week 3 days (sun to tue) vs last week's 7 days. My suggestion is 1. Either set default weekly alert as Saturday or2. Give an option to define weekly report-Amarjeet

Can you please add functionality to be able to download a panel/widget data only instead of complete report in analysis work space

It would be great to introduce "seg-dims" into Adobe Workspace. What I mean by this is the ability to almost folder/group created segments. Current workaround for this is by naming segments 'x: abc' and 'x: def' - then searching for 'x:'.

Users are currently limited to only opening one template at a time from the "templates/standard templates/custom templates" window. We cannot right-click and open custom template in a new tab or window, making it difficult for users to easily open multiple templates at a time.We DO have the ability to right-click and open projects in new window from the "manage projects" view. I'd like this option to right-click & open templates in a new window to be extended to the templates view. .FEATURE REQUEST:1) Go to Workspace2) Create new project -> "custom templates"3) Add feature that allows users to "right click" on template, and open template in a new window.BENEFIT:This will improve UI functionality so that users can easily access and open multiple templatesPlease see attached word doc for more details on this feature request.

Currently the only way to rank dimensions by metric is to sort them (example: page URL's by Visits). But what about when you want rankings for a certain metric to persist, even after you've sorted by a different metric? (Similar to the Rank function in Excel). This is particularly important in web analysis from a page performance and path optimization perspective as it's possible to create participation/contribution metrics but extremely difficult to track changes in rank leaders over time. The fix for this would be to add a simple rank function in the metric container.

Giving an option to add user comments during add/edit > new/current > eVar/prop/events will help a lot to manage variable change log in Adobe at the report suite level. This can be used to annotate "change reason" in reports.Thanks,Asheesh

Lets say I have two metrics I like (Visits and Conversion Rate), and I frequently look at them by 'Visit Number', 'Marketing Channel', 'Products'.  Yes, I should just make a dashboard and be done with it.  However, I would love the ability to have the following workflow.1. Add metrics to a table. (in my example, I am thinking about adding them as columns/on top)2. Grab multiple dimensions and drop it on the the table.3. After the above action is taken, workspace would automatically create multiple freeform tables based on the number of dimensions dropped on the table.Here are some use cases for this:1. Faster dashboard creation.2. Faster analysis.3. Admins, Analysts, New Users want to quickly see what values are showing up in each report/dimension.4. Analysts can quickly grab important (favorited/tagged) dimensions and create a view very quickly.I think admins and analysts would find this feature particularly helpful and i believe it would make working in analysis workspace that much b

As an Admin on the Microsoft Store account of Adobe, one of the most popularly requested features we encounter is the ability for users (non-Admins) to selectively grant "write-access" to other's Workspace projects so that teams may collaboratively edit one another's work. Within the same feature request, it would be great to have a view of the "recent edit history" so this way teams can track any changes made.Current Issue:Right now, users (non-Admins) are limited to only having "read-access" to others workspace projects and components (segments, metrics, etc.). This prevents teams from being able to effectively collaborate on projects. For example, let's say team member A creates a workspace project, and wants team member B to edit and update it.  Team member A may share it with team member B, but team member B cannot make any edits to the original version. Instead, team member B only has "read" access to the original copy. Team member B must "save as" a copy of the original project,

I depend a lot on the use of Workspace Templates in my usage.  Now that we have all of the standard templates and a growing number of custom templates, the initial "All Templates" tab is pretty long for me.But I, personally, tend to use just a few of those templates (but I use those few many times a day).I would like to be able to tag or mark as "favorite" templates - the effect of which is then to have a new (default) tab in the New Project dialog that shows me just my favorited templates (but still leave the "All", "Standard" and "Custom" tabs in that dialog).  This would empower the user to control their work environment and help improve productivity.This is related to idea 10402 - "Ability to hide standard templates" - taking a different approach to the same problem.

it is not possible to share assets with admin console user groups at the moment. you have create redundant product profile groups. can you please allow us to use user groups for this purpose ? this would allow us to use user groups to assign product and share assets within a product. this list only references product profile groups, which i would never create to share assets.

I created a VRS and hand picked the different elements to put inside. I was quite surprised that the Activity Map doesn't work for those type of VRS. It would be nice that it works as it can be very useful to use VRS as main report suite for basic users. Also when creating a new metrics, it is quite misleading to use the segment as they are marked as "not contained in the ...VRS name."As I know that I hand picked them, they are contained but basic users are misleaded. Hello Adobe product team,I'd like to request a feature about which my colleagues have already discussed with Adobe Client Care. As stated in the title, creating an own metric in Workspace results in an empty data row. This empty data row appears for a time frame previous to the selected time frame, as you can see in the picture below:Client Care stated that this "lookback window" is working as designed. The problem for us is that this presentation leads to the assumption that data in regular reports are missing. This is a a huge issue for us, since colleagues who are not familiar with this can be confused. Therefore, an option to hide this "lookback window" would be helpful.Kind regards,Patrick
