Target creation in the Workspace environment will allow for 'actual' vs 'target' measurement within a dashboard.

Hi All,After working with non -Analytics people and showing them Adobe reports I realized that they need to really dig in to understand report metrics. They are overwhelmed by stacked segments and metrics.What I was thinking, why dont we create labels by combining segments and Metrics. This idea came to me after seeing that we can rename Legends in WS graphs to simpler ones.Imagine this as the modular switches we use at homes. When a switch is fixed we see screws gaps and boxes. These bare screws are like the segments and metric that we stack on each other. Then we put a cover on them to give a clean look. This cover would be the new label that I am suggesting. In the background everything remains same.Example:Current structure : Multiple segments and metrics that make it confusing.(cant show any data due to privacy)Suggested Labels:I am suggesting that is it possible that we just select a metric and a segment or segments and then right click. Some versions of Regex include a "\L" syntax that allows a string to be forced to lowercase. This would be really useful as at the moment the classification that is created reflects the case of the original input - which can lead to messy looking values in reports. For example... Input value:website.com/PROMotion RegEx:^(.+)(\/.+)$ Mapping rule:$2 Results in:"/PROMotion" appearing in the report, where as I would prefer "/promotion" to appear in the report Note: this is about the output, not the matching criteria - aware we can already do case insensitive matching

Wondering whether we can have an option to switch Rows/columns on Visualizations(Graphs).Unable to see the same in Workspace and the feature will help us to play around.

when searching for items (projects, schedules, metrics, ...) i'm able to look for certain tags or flags.i would love to see an option to "exclude" all items that do not contain a certain flagexamples from the past where i could have used this option- show any calculated metrics that do not contain "test" => exclude tag "test"- show all calculated metrics that have no flags => exclude all tags- show only projects from other users => exclude "mine"- show projects that are approved but not shared with certain group => include "approved", exclude "certain group"i think there are a lot more examples where an exclude option could be useful

Currently there is no way to report video data using video heartbeat in a video within an acclerated mobile page (AMP) article. This is a major setback to implement AMP on our video heavy properties. As a media company this is crucial to us. Is there anyway to do this within the AMP infrastructure?

I've created a time period column from the context menu for "These 6 weeks last year" - p.s. thanks for this feature! So useful.When I try to create a metric based on my selection, and ask for percent change, what I really want is for each day to be compared against each other e.g. Feb 4th 2018 vs Feb 5th 2017 (current day vs current day -364).What I actually get, are visits for Feb 4th 2018 vs the entire 6 week date range, and it breaks my workspace by forcing the date range to start at Feb 5th 2017:This create metric from selection can be a lot smarter by contextually comparing the data based on the granularity selected e.g. day vs same day last year, week vs same week last year, so on.Being able to visualise a trended year on year line like that by simply creating a percent change metric like this would be awesome.p.s. has the feature to "compare time range", which appeared under the "add time range", and automatically created a percent change column, been removed?

Looking at Activity Map, it would be really awesome if there was a way to vizualize path analysis. Say, I have an odd path that I see has an increasing trend and I see the path that they are taking but perhaps it covers some pages I am less familiar with (the website I do analytics for has thousands of pages, Kind of hard to visualize each one). If I could select a path and then it take me to a view that I could follow the path that the user saw, that would be amazing. Being able to visually see it in the sense of Activity Map but follow the actual user's experience would be very helpful.

I suggest having a button in the Processing Rules manager, that when clicked generates documentation for all existing Processing Rules.Rationale: Processing Rules are managed separately from tags, and they sometimes receive somewhat less attention. They do have the ability to significantly change tracked data, so documentation is crucial.Adding some "auto-doc" for Processing Rules would alleviate that need.

Take for example a simple segment where Visitor viewed 2+ Page Views When the segment is applied to table the condition is based on the time frame on the calendar and not the row (with date dimention/metric). Would like to see an option or be able to restric the sement timeframe to the row as this would allow us to see trend for the specified segment without having to create reports for individual time frames. eg. Show trend of Visitors who viewed more than 2 Page Views by month over last 13 months.

We need to be able to identify if we reach the 250 values limit or not.List Variable Adobe Client Care answer:The limit of 250 values is saved at a visitor by visitor level in the back end of the data base. This information is not available for which visitor has the value reached 250 and for whom it has not. The report for list variable shows aggregate values. Further, impressions may not be exactly same in case user had got some values expired because of reaching the limit of 250 values already saved for that visitor and only the latest value could be sent to reporting.

You can create a set date range from the left hand panel (purple tiles). It would be great if we could create this set date range from the date selector in the top right hand corner by right clicking. (We can right click on so many elements except the date selector) I find exploring data around date ranges happens by using the top right hand date selector. But exploring gets tedious when having to re-create a set date range (that you have already selected) in the bottom left hand corner.

The workflow of discovery in Analysis workspace, and curation is fantastic! Thank you for the years of work and great experience. Building on that workflow, ideally we could make complex queries (workspace) that could be "designed" by the teams (personas) and then graduate into standing Report Builder enabled reporting.This is great for two reasons in true multi-national environments where multiple brands and geographies are required to be accounted for in thinking and process.     1. Currently our optout.html page (https://smetrics.solarwinds.com/optout.html​) has mixed content on it (http and https).  example: the <img src="http://assets.omniture.com/en/images/skins/default/transformation/002251.global.logo.oms-mark.152x63.png" width="152" height="63" border="0"> is http and not https.  In an effort to become GDPR compliant we need to ensure our visitors have the option to opt-out from being tracked by Adobe Analytics.  The resulting optout.html page needs to be https as the rest of our site is https.  We would like the optout.http page to be 100% https if possible, or for an option to go either way.  Thanks,Damon

Running into an issue with visitor vs. hit level segments, that's also causing issues with virtual report suites and the new distinct count segment operator.Basically, it seems like regardless of where segments are applied, visitor segment is always applied first, then hit-based segmentation second.Example:Visitor level segment where it only includes visitors that have 1 distinct value for something like "shopping category"Apply a hit-level segment to exclude some category values (possibly due to accidentally bad data, or if you want to analyze a subset).The result is you still have visitors in the 1 distinct value segment, but they have no hits. These visitors should be moved into the 0 distinct value segment since their hits were deleted.The problem that exists currently is that if you end up with data pollution, you have no way to delete bad data and the dimension now becomes error-prone when doing the intended reporting.

In my organization, workspace projects are shared a lot.  it would be great if we could have the option to somehow make projects visible through search only so they do not clutter the project list.  for example, we have created a ton of "starter dashboards" for educational purposes.  this clutters the list.  it would be great if they would only show up if a user searches for them, or chooses to 'pin' it.  It may also be nice to be able to organize workspaces.

Opening an Excel file using Report Builder will open the ExperienceCloud login screen, but I hope the login screen will only be displayed when updating data.I want to prevent beginners from seeing the login screen. Can you consider improvement?

Hi Adobe Team,I want to submit a product requirement (Fallout report by dimension) which I believe would be a great help for lots of customers.At present we view reports / fallout report at overall level or segmented level but if we have to compare across multiple values in a dimension (e.g., Multiple values in Operating System dimension) then we have to create multiple segment which is quite slow and error prone. Having a feature in which we can add dimension as a column header (just like pivot) will greatly ease the usage. Regards,Himanshu

Often times when I am building segments and calculated metrics, it would be helpful to be able to freeze the top portion of the builder window so I don't' have to keep scrolling up and down. For example, when building a segment, as you change the segment definition, it is nice to be able to see the impact at the top-right on the segment potential audience. Unfortunately, today, you have to make a change and then scroll.  The same is true for large calculated metrics where you cannot see the top portion.It would be cool if you could check a box to freeze the top part or just have that be default behavior...

Trying to enforce a naming convention taxonomy in Adobe Audience Manager and utilize that for reporting in Analytics is burdensome and prone to error. It also requires the creation of segments in order to roll those segments up into broad criteria for reporting. It would be massively helpful if Audiences ID could be described using a user-defined classification table to support reporting in Adobe Analytics.

It would be great to have a replace all "of this metric" or append metric "to all tables" feature within a workspace panel or project.  I know there may be some limitations as it relates to existing visualizations but it would help speed up dashboard creation and quick analysis.  I find I spend a lot of time formatting workspace tables and visualizations to handle multiple metrics.  If I could create a dash based on a single metric that allows users to swap or append metrics quickly it would help overcome a barrier to entry.
