I'd like to propose a new variable that is used to capture both pageviews and actions. I've always done this as a best practice in my implementations, but started to think it wasn't necessary now that dimensions and dimension types can be mixed in Workspace pathing. For example, I can start with Page, select a page, then drag in Custom Link, select a link value, drag in page, etc. This type of analysis is done often in the app world, but makes just as much sense in web analysis too. However, that example is not a replacement for a single variable that captures everything. One big reason is that the above bold example assumes there is a custom link in between each page view. There may not be - a pageview could take place immediately following a pageview - and that path would be ignored from the visualization.A similarly big reason is that two non-pageview links in a row also wouldn't be represented in the bold example. Hi I have previously raised this point but it didn't get much attention.We are very keen to share workspace wider with our users however we want to do this in a controlled way using curated projects. We don't want all users to have complete un-curated access. We wouldn't give everyone access to ad-hoc and workspace is now more powerful.However we have found that users have found a way to bypass their access levels and create un-curated projects when they shouldn't be able to. They can do this just by clicking the 'Try in workspace' button in R&A. This gives them a completely unrestricted access to workspace when they shouldn't be able to. When we have external agencies able to do this then it is potentially breaking all sorts of data security processes.Joe

While it's unusual we're a relatively large business and sometimes rely on the logs within the admin section to identify who made a change in certain situations. Currently Data Feed changes don't show up under the logs, these are particularly important to us and any changes can severely impact downstream processes in our business if changed without prior planning and notice. Could changes to these be added to the logs so we're able to identify who made a change, when they made it and to which feed.

It would be nice to have a toggle where it would show each columns value (# of visits/visitors/hits) above the column.  This would be particular useful for PDFs when you aren't interacting with it. Histograms can often be skewed, so the Y-Axis isn't always very helpful.

Currently in workspace if you curate a project you have to select specific dimensions, metrics, segments and dates to include. What we would like to be able to do is curate a project to a specific dimension i.e. page but allow users to access any segment they wish.WHat would be even better is if you could just curate segments or metrics to any 'approved' ones.

Now that a working integration between Adobe Analytics and AAM is live (Marketing Cloud Help ),  We need the ability to further classify the segments that are available within Adobe Analytics  As of now you just get the ID and the name of each segment.  Example of needed segmentation. Segment type (Demo,Behavioral,Modeled), Segment Source (1st Party, 3rd Party, CMS, etc),   It will aid users in getting to the segments that are interested in faster.

In the Admin area, where you can create product profile for your users, it would be nice to have an option to give users Read Only access to the classification rule builder.I've come across this situation a few times where a user wants to see our classification rules but has no need to edit/add to them, they just need to view them. As the AA admin in our company, it would make me feel more at ease if I could just give them Read Only access to it instead of needing to give them full access (where they, theoretically, could make changes).Thanks.

I created a rollup across 15 suites and noticed report builder can't pull the data in. Please give this ability, so we can easily schedule reports.

As an Adobe Analytics leader across many markets, I would like to enable account & data access governance by creating different permissions for our reporting users. In the Old Adobe product, you could provide Read Only access to the Admin - Report Suite settings section. This means user could at least go into the configuration of a report suite and see the eVar, Props, events, marketing channels rules that are created (but prevent their ability from modify the settings).Today you can not with the new portal. It has a "Read" view in Permission-Report Suite Tools, but you can still Write & modify configurations. This is not good for data & account set-up governance.I would recommend to redefine the current Read Views as they are quite inaccurate.

I love the customize calendar feature for a report suite but it doesn't work correctly with our fiscal calendar. We use a modified gregorian calendar but the end of our calendar year is a year forward. Can you please add the ability to select what the year should be for starting. Example:Our fiscal year starts in March. So calendar March 2019 is month 1 of fiscal year 2020. If I use the modified gregorian calendar option today and select first month of year as March. The reports are one year behind. (Example: calendar February 2019 is fiscal year 2018 (correct should be: fiscal 2019) and calendar March 2019 is fiscal 2019 (correct should be: fiscal 2020). Solution:If you add a drown down option to select, year forward or year backward that would allow people to adjust based on their specific calendar. I would be surprised if people haven't had issues with this in the past.

On the Analysis Workspace 'homepage' you see a list of all your projects and projects shared with you. After a while, this list can get quite big, especially if you are creating project for other people and sharing them.It would be nice to be able to create folders so I can assign projects to different folders. I could have a folder for Projects created for others, a folder for B2C projects, one for B2B projects etc.This would make that 'homepage' cleaner and possibly easier to find the project you are looking for.

I'm getting increasingly frustrated that when I go to edit an existing segment, calculated metric, Workspace, or other element it will often times change the Report Suite to one I was operating in recently. It does not alert you it's happening. It does not take into account the Report Suite in which the element was originally created or saved. This is infuriating because I work with clients with multiple report suites and several times a day, inadvertently one of my elements will get saved to the wrong suite. While I understand in many cases, you can still use them across Report Suites, it means losing track of them when searching and in the case of Workspaces, data is changing without my noticing, resulting in client questions about accuracy of a report.

Currently only 400 rows can be downloaded to a csv file in workspace. We would like this limit to be increased to allow more data to be exported.

Hi,Last Touch Non-Direct attribution model should be an option.Also Last Touch model gives odd numbers, the above one should help.As it is if Direct or Internal Marketing channels are set not to Override Last-Touch Channel the model will increase the None channel.Thank You!

Within the scheduled projects page can we have the option of the column which shows the next time the project is scheduled to be run?

It would be great if we could create a custom calendar when creating virtual report suites.  Specifically, it would be great if we could create a week ending Friday calendar (which is what I need)

We have found that we can include in a Data Feed (in order to ingest that data in our Data Lake) the Last and First Touch Channel ID. Not the name of the channel, because, being processed data is imposible to have the name in the hit.But there is no way to have a matching table, because it´s not possible to automate an export of the Marketing Channels names with the ID, we can export the variables using a DWH, but there´s no variable for the ID.It will be very useful to be able to program export of the Marketing Channels definition with IDs and corresponding names.

In marketing channels processing rules, the value of the channel can be set to only one dimension no matter how many conditions are in the processing rules.  So if you want to set social to the value of the referring domain, you cannot set it to the value of cmp string in cases where there is no referring domain. Please consider this as an option. Thank you, Enrique  Ben Gaines says there's no way to do this now, but it would be a good idea.  See the tweet exchange below."Enrique J. I'm proposing a feature enhancement to the Advanced Scheduling file options to enable choosing PDF for a macro enabled workbook.  https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/arb/schedule_macro_wb.html  Currently you can only send a macro enabled workbook as a macro workbook but as an analyst who uses macros for workflows, template copying, and data clearing it would be great to still be able to send my macro workbook to my audience as a PDF even though the workbook has macros. I understand sending the file as a macro workbook makes sense if you are sending as an excel file but when I'm using Report Builder to build a report to send to people as a PDF it should not matter if my workbook has marcos.

Hi,I think that as a business, it's important to have flexibility on selecting reporting and reference dates so that we can get MTD vs previous MTD or YTD vs previous YTD. Example: - May 12 2019 we had 1000 visits- May 12 2018 we had 950 visits (ref period)This would require to be able to define the pretended reporting period time vs reference period time as we used to have with DaX Comscore. Is it possible to add that functionality? Thanks

Currently Advertising Analytics only works for "Google Adwords" (Advertising Analytics Overview). But in the same Google Ads account you can set up  "google display ads" and the data gets delivered by the same API as already used in Advertising Analytics. The problem is, that the generic "s_kwcid" parameter delivers a not expected AMO ID...idea: open Advertising Analytics for Google display ads"remark: after I made some testing on the "s_kwcid" parametes and having a look at the AMO ID cöassification, I believe it would not be muchvwork to get it up and running officially. my "fix" already works, but some data is missing (like "placement"). Let me know if you need more information to make the change.

I know we should keep the pagenames short. I am working with a 3rd party integration though, so roll with me for a minute. When the screen resolution is small (like when you are not hooked up to a monitor. It's not possible to see the full value of a dimension in a segment. If I need the characters at the end to know if I have the right value, I am a bit stuck at the moment. I have to guess, then pull the report to see if was right.  I'd like either a hover state over the top where I can see the entire thing or the ability to put my cursor in the field and scroll to the end.
