Our production data was sent to our dev report suite and we wanted to copy that data from one report suite to another. Any tips?

Hi community,  Is it possible to stop IP Address collection or anonymize it? We have this requirement from one of our European clients, due to their data policies.   We must consider, sites share Report Suite for all their geos, so we would like to keep IP Tracking for US sites, for example, for disable it for France sites. Is there any in code flag for enabling/disabling? We use Adobe Launch, App Measurement stack. Thanks, 

How do I re-enable the browser cookies. The error refers to Safari (I use Firefox) and mentions release notes from 2019.   Does anyone know how to resolve this?   Thanks

I am repeatedly running into the following problem with edit rights on Adobe Analytics projects and segments: For projects there is an advanced sharing feature, that distinguishes between edit, duplicate and view-rights. For segments there is a basic sharing feature only, that is similar to the duplicate mechanism of project-rights-management. This leads to the following reoccurring issue: I share one of my projects with a colleague and grant him edit rights. My colleague needs to be able to edit the project in all its tables, table filters, segments etc. However, the project contains some segments created by myself. As segment based edit rights do not exist, my colleague always has to reach out to me in order to adjust the segments. Or to be more precise, all colleagues will have to reach out to me (system administrator) if they share dashboards with colleagues and run into the same issue. We have hard coded the OneTrust cookie consent manager to the site, and to be GDPR compliant we have had to use an opt-in methodology, whereby upon entering the site all cookies are blocked until the user accepts them. However, this has meant that it looks like the pageview tag is not firing once the customer accepts all cookies for the first page, it only fires once someone navigates to a new page. This means we are losing a heap of single-page visit traffic.How can we get the pageview to fire for that same first page once cookies are accepted?

Hello Everyone,    Something that has been a visualization challenge for me is trying to determine what impact a page or URL has to our conversion metrics   Form Submits - a metric based off a segment for visitors that reach a URL that contains "thank" CR to Submits - [Form Submits] / Visits   When I attempt to look at a list of URL's I only see URL's that are the actual thank you pages:    When i filter out than you pages, no other page gets attribution to these metrics because they are hit based.     I can only see impact to these metrics by creating page "groups" and making them visit based:     The issue with this, is that if I ever wanted to see a list if individual URL impact to Form Submits and CR, I will have to make a "visit" based segment manually for each one.     Is there a more efficient way of doing this?     We are looking to see this in a simple table and not a flow display or a fallo

We create scheduled reports that email out PDF files to our stakeholders. However if the dimension contains a long URL, rather than word-wrapping it, it instead truncates it and adds "..." to the end. When the recipient clicks on one of the PDF's truncated links to confirm what it is, it then loads up a truncated URL 404 page, still with the "..." at the end (this is less of an issue when you are actually in Adobe Analytics of course as you can just hover over the dimension to see its full length)   As a workaround we're going to duplicate the table and have it contain just one single metric so the dimension column has much more horizontal space.   Can there be an improvement made to word-wrap all long dimensions in the Workspace UI please? I've over zealously blanked out my client's data in the image but check out row 4 which shows the truncated dimension; in this case it's a truncated URL.

We are tracking specific link under custom link and we wanted to see how that has impacted purchases or revenue. For example after clicking that link how many placed an order. Is this possible?

Hello,   I'm working on a site where there are 7 pages in particular that users often cycle through, sometimes not in a particular order, and sometimes browsing to other sections of the website and then coming back into the 1 of these 7 pages. What I am trying to measure is the last page viewed of those 7 before they exited the site, on a Visit level. I can't use the Exit Page dimension in Analytics because it will exclude visits where the user viewed some of those 7 pages but ultimately didn't exit from there (ie - they continued to browse elsewhere on the site). I don't care how many times they hit any of the pages, or in what order, I just want to count how many times X page was the last page viewed of those 7 pages. I had created a segment in Analytics on the visit level that was essentially: pagename traffic variable = pagename:tool:apple Then Within 1 Visit(s) pagename traffic variable does not contain pagename:tool Note - all 7 pages start with the same beginning

Hi all. I'm having a recurrence of a problem I had in July, where none of my Adobe Report Builder requests are refreshing. I can view them fine but when I try to update then just get stuck on "Refreshing" for a long time (I've left it for an hour and nothing has happened). I've tested a brand new request on a brand new sheet and the same issue applies.   It worked fine up until about 9am yesterday but has not been working since.   Are there any known issues with it at the moment?

Hi,    we are recording data in our Akamai Reporting UI, yet its not appearing in our Prod Report Suite. We have a report suite which is a clone of our parent. It has zero filters on it so it should bring in everything.  What's interesting is that our Akamai UI is telling us that we are getting URL edge hits for pages, but this is not appearing in the report suite.    I'm at a loss as to the reasons.

Hello, we are trying to download a Dashboard in PDF and is getting an error since some weeks ago. Also when trying to send it to any recipients is not being sent. Do we have any news about this problem? Thanks

Hi   We've setup a mobile report suite, enabled app reporting. Then integrated the experience id extension and analytics extension in Adobe Launch. Then integrated the mobile core in the app, configured it and implemented trackState/trackAction and lifecycle tracking. In the processing rules we have also setup rules to map evars. Basically we followed strictly the documentation. We see hits going out which also have response status 200.   However, we see not data at all in the report suite.   What else could be missing?   Thanks for any hints   Clemens

We are using Audience Name (from AAM) in Adobe Analytics.  Our Audience Name appears as a dimension in Adobe Analytics.  We desire to use classifications on Audience Name but when we use the Classifications Rule Builder in Adobe Analytics, the Audience Name dimension does not appear.    How can we make Audience Name appear in Classification Rule Builder in Adobe Analytics? Can we use the Classifications Rule Builder for Audience Name in Adobe Analytics?

Hi Team, We are running a campaign where we have a link to one of our pages on a partnering website and there have not been used any UTM parameters. Is the visitors using the link tracked as Direct traffic? We see most of the entry's to the page coming from Direct though it dosent makes sense to type out the specific URL.

Hello,   I would like to bucket visit numbers using Max function.Is value bucketing feature available in adobe analytics?  Like visit number 1-3 should be under 1-3 and 4,5,6 should be '3-6' and then '>6'   Thanks.

Hello, I hope you can help with the following issue 🙂 I'm working on a website dashboard and to visualize the data in a clear way I created multiple bar graphs which show the data per quarter. After the graph is created you can hover over the bars and then a grey pop up shows with the corresponding data for that period(see image attached).  But there seems to be a bug which deactivates  the mouseover possibility and after while the mousover does not work and there is no data shown. Do you have any experience with this issue? And do you know how to solve it? Thanks for your help!       

Hi,I'd like to calculate a "stickiness" metric for each day as DAU/MAU where DAU is the "daily active user" (i.e. uniques visitors) of a specific day and MAU is the "monthly active user" (i.e. unique visitors for the 30 last days) for the same day (so period including this day and 29 days before).It's easy to get the DAU per day thanks to a simple table with "day" dimension as rows and "unique visitors" metric as column.But I don't know how to get the number of unique visitors on the last 30 days for each day of a period.I mean, it's possible one shot for a specific day, using a date range dimension, but it's not possible for each day of a period.I can't figure out how to create a calculated metric that will give for each day of a period (day as dimension in rows) the number of unique visitors during last 30 days...Does anyone already succeed to calculate such metric on a rolling date period?
