Adobe Analytics

Hello Adobe,   I may not be looking it at right place, but when I load my page, it triggers two server calls with same information. One call appears from Rule as it shows pageview event1 but the other call has similar information except event1.  The only difference between calls are event1. The other one has started showing up from last week.Can someone tell me what could be the possible issue?     

We are looking to implement the cookie blocking tool SecurePrivacy and one of their requirements is that is should launch as the first script on the page. We are investigating if we can load the script through Launch DTM as the first script on the page out of the tool. Is there any documentations around this? Or ways to execute?   

The analytics is not firing or capturing though the launch rule is set and firing for the click action on the social share buttons.

Can you compare a new page for a brand new campaign never done before? The page brings most traffic from Online Advertising from a specific timeframe. However, this campaign was never ran before. How would you suggest to go about this? In my opinion, i would compare the visits and engagement since launch date and compare to overall with those same timeframes. While also looking at the engagement per channel. Any ideas on what would work?

Hello all,I am working on a project and am struggling to find an answer to a question asked by a coworker. Essentially they wanted to know what users did after seeing a specific thing on the site (denoted by an Evar being set). My initial thought was to use a Flow Diagram to get that information but I cannot seem to get the setup to work properly so it only looks at actions once that Evar is set the first time. Any help would be greatly appriciated!

Can anybody help me with this segment?I'm trying to examine the hits that happen after Source=chat, but I'm getting a valid definition error. This segment works when I make it a visit-based segment, but I don't want the whole visit, I only want hits after a specific evar value is set. Will the visit based segment provide only partial visit data, only after a certain value is set? I'm guessing this sequential logic can't occur on a single hit... what's the best way to build this segment? Thank you!

Hi!Today I have a question regarding the User ID for the mobile App.For our websites, we are using the experience cloud ID plugin and created a user ID evar, to get the ID using data layer (after the user login). However, how can we also get the ID from an app? Our dev team already did the setup so the app is sending us the ID but I don't know how to config it on the Adobe side since there is no experience cloud if plugin for mobile app. Should I also create an eVar for that and create a rule and data element for it in launch?thanks in advance

For those who import Classifications with Chinese/Japanese/Korean characters in the “Key” column, how do you do so? This is what I did: Classifications Importer > Browser Export > select the report suite and data set, configure all settings > use “UTF-8 to UTF-16" encoding > Export File In Windows, start Excel, create a new file. Data > Get Data > choose the downloaded SiteCatalyst Classifications.tab file > update the classifications (using English) > Save as Unicode Text (.txt) Classifications Importer > Import File > select the report suite and data set, choose my TXT file from step 2 > Overwrite data on conflicts > Import File After waiting for 2 days, my Chinese keys are still unclassified :weary: When I export my classifications again — even with “<Default>” encoding, I can see that my Chinese keys have the expected English classifications.

Hello, Does anyone know the convention for entering the PATH (Optional) Parameter when creating a Data Feed to Azure Blob. We have a feed working directly to a Container but would like it to write into a Folder within the Container. When we add a value to PATH, the Feed is currently ignoring it and placing the files at the root of the Container.

If I obfuscate the IP addresses, will it affect my geo reports? Also, how can I obfuscate the ip addresses in Adobe Analytics? I also have Adobe Launch Tag manager.

Hello, I'm using the Data Insertion API to send data to Adobe Analytics. As part of this I'm setting the campaign parameter. Within Analytics, we have a Classification Rule set which reads the value of the Campaign parameter and classifies it to a specific channel. However, the Campaign data sent via the data insertion API is not being classified Any help/guidance would be appreciated.

Hi community, I need to know how many users are repeating an event N times during a range of time by percentile. For example: 25% of users triggered event 12 times. 50% of users triggered event 8 times. 75% of users triggered event 3 times. I can get percentage using calculated metrics, something like this < Unique User(Ocurrences) / All Users(Ocurrences) >. But how can I group them by percentile. I tought in sequencial segment, but I think we can't use calculated metrics in segment builder. Any clue? Thank you.

I am trying to: 1. See the pages visited by visitors who filled out a form on our website and then... 2. Filter the entry page to a specific URL. However, when I use the filter by that specific URL, Adobe doesn't seem to take in that filter. It still shows me a bunch of URLs randomly who filled out a form.

Hi, I wanted to know what is the best practice or correct calculated metric to look at conversion from Page A to Page B. I used a funnel in workspace and looked at Page A -> Page B for both eventual path and next hit and used the trend touchpoint to show by day in a graph. I'm wondering if this is the best practice for this or if I should created a calculated metric instead? I noticed it doesn't break down the segment on the visit level for the conversion funnel so maybe it's just a matter of choice 1 vs. choice 2, but i wanted to know your thoughts. If an example could be provided, that would be awesome! Thanks!

Can someone provide the list of entities in Adobe Analytics

What is context data? Why and how is this achieved using adobe launch? Is this the activity map data?      

For example, I would like to create a segment that captures users that use the same Refinement Attribute multiple times on the same page. Essentially I want a segment that looks like the one in this image, but I would want it to be "Within 0 page views" so that it only captures instances of this happening on the same page. However, Adobe requires a minimum of 1 to be set with the "within" operator. Is there any way to only include things from the same page view?
