Hi. I currently have a freeform table that shows how many times users visit the main page and then the subpage that contains documents. My question is, is there a way to know which documents they open or download when they access the document page?     Thank you very much.  

Hello,   We have two events to track the PDF Download, event 43 is tools, and event 13 is PDF Brochure.  However, when the user does not refresh the page and clicks the button multiple times, the two events will be fired repeatedly.  I tried to add clear variables to the rule. But it didn't solve the problem.  So,  I have no idea how to fix this issue. Any advice is appreciated.   Thanks again!

I am curious what the difference is between the Metric "Visits" and the segment "All Visits" in Adobe Analytics. They seem to be different in my platform and I cannot find out why that might be. 

Hi all, I'm trying to create a segment to differentiate between whether a visit clicked save car on the car on the carpage or from a recommendation. To accomplish this, I want to create a segment where prop5 = stocknum of carp on carpage. However, I only get the option to check if prop5 equals a string value. How do I create an equality test for if prop5 equals stocknum of car on carpage, which is another dimension?

Hi,I'm not sure if this question pertains only the setup of Adobe Analytics at my company.I use Omnibug as tracking call debugger. Omnibug lists among all other information the "Object ID", which corresponds in most cases to the current page URL or the name of the clicked link on the page. It appears as "oid=https" in the full URL for the call.Where can I get data to report on this? I mainly use Workspace, so I would highly prefer to find it there, but anywhere else is fine. I've asked at colleagues of mine and they use the Activity Map, but that is not what I'm looking for. If you also have recommendations on how to make this information appear as report this would be great (I'm assuming this is possible since the information IS in the full URL sent with the page request).Thank you in advance!Floriana

I have a form for which the form steps are captured using an event (metric).   on seeing the form steps in fallout visualization (taking visitors) vs seeing the form steps in table builder /freeform table, As numbers are different for both visualization (which is obvious), how do we interpret or understand or use that data?

Hi everyone! I have a question... assume that a media publisher web page has recommended article on their pages and also has regular articles as a suggested default on same page. In this case both seem to have normal urls and it looks like a recommended link, while one is actually a regular article in the web site, not a recommended one.. Is there a way to distinguish between these two and measure the click on recommended one only?

Hi - I am running a  social media campaign to direct page views to my site. But unfortuanately, the page views number in AA are vastly different from what i have achieved on the social campaign manager console. Is there something missing that I should missed out, or is there a setting in AA that i am missing.    Any advice is appreciated! thank you.

Hello,   I recently started to use classification rule builders. I am wondering do the classification rules process everyday? Casue the data that I collected two days ago still are not classified, and its unspecified. Classification Rule is working, it classifies the data successfully. But my question is how often does classification rules process? I saw the document says it processes every four hour, but it seems that its longer than four hour. Hi all, I'm trying to transfer assets using the functionality in the user management part of Adobe Analytics. One weird thing is that it's not showing the user's calculated metrics. I know they have them because the user is my profile linked to a different email address. I believe I am a full platform administrator, so I can't think of another reason why they wouldn't appear. I'd previously transferred assets for numerous email when we updated our domain, and there was never an instance where calculated metrics weren't there, so this strikes me as odd. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am refining the definition of our marketing channel processing rules - essentially introducing more explicit definitions for each rule to ensure channel data is more accurate.   I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how best to Q/A this? The latency attached to data processing makes it challenging to say for sure that a particular hit was chalked up to a particular channel. Is there a better way (i.e. in real-time?).

Hi, our URLs are longer than 255 characters because of various utm descriptions included. Do you have any ideas on how to track the complete URL? I think a list evar is not useful because its purpose is to split up the content into several parts... Regards Stefanie

In adobe launch the developer has created a rule and used console.log("pageError", event.detail); in custom code section and have used evar9 set as %event.detail.formName%:%event.detail.errorText% under variables. This rule triggers in a direct call rule events. How to debug and see this in console?     I expect something like checking direct call rule _satellite.track("error-page") or datalayer check in console which I can debug and check in web console

Hi all, For some report I have to create my own date range, mainly year to date. For this one I think I'm good (I created this on the 12JAN2023):  But I want to compare this period with previous year YearToDate. So I dit this: same definition for the second one by adding minus 1 year but result is not ok in the preview As you see in red, the end date is not the expected one..... So I change with 11 months: Month is ok but I lost the current day...   Does anyone of you have any suggestion?   Thanks   Robin

When we push the Launch script to production. How can the team be notified that it went live?  And, who would you suggest be notified when launch scripts get pushed to production?

Hey Community, I'm looking for help with my classification rule set look back window. We have uploaded a new DemandBase List and have the account connector set up, it has been set up since June but we just updated the list. We have also changed the ordering & naming of the classification rule set. However, when I set the lookback period to 6-months & designate to over-write old values NO old values/historical data populates? I know the look-back window resets to the standard 1-month period for other refreshes but with the list reset how can I obtain the last 6-months?
