Recently we have started to see drop in referring domains traffic to our site.  document.referrer is blank on the page when the site is visited through google.com.  Please help

Hi, I have a segment that I use quarterly to pull performance metrics for a particular audience type (the audience  is based on behaviour). I recently updated it but, **bleep**ly, didn't note down the original set-up. What I though was a small change (adding in a few new URLs) that shouldn't have affected old data has completely changed the results if I pull past quarters. I've tried recreating the original segment but everything I try doesn't match.  Could anything other than the segment update be affecting these results? i.e. cookies? Is there anyway to access past iterations of this segment? Thanks,  

Hi Everyone, We have implemented facebook pixels for our website and it was working fine earlier. When we check today, all custom pixels and standard (addtocart, view content etc.,) fired perfectly fine except facebook pageview. We couldn't see the pageview pixel in network tab and omnibug. In facebook pixel helper extension, it was showing as in below screenshot. URL called is just "https://www.facebook.com/tr/" without event and id information. Has anyone faced the same issue? Wanted to know if there is anything that needs to be corrected to make it fire properly. Please advise.    

We capture user page scroll activities in an event - as a user scrolls down a page, upon reaching a a block of content's CTA, that event fires in a none page view server call.  IE, if you scroll down the full page, that event will sequentially be captured each time to you see more content/CTAs further down the page.  I am trying to create segments that essentially 'bucket' these events in groups, such as between 0 and 3, 4 to 6, 7 - 10, 11+.  I would have thought this would be as simple as creating a segment that specifies event x is equal or greater than 0 AND less than 4, another that was  event x is equal or greater than 4 AND less than 7,  event x is equal or greater than 7 AND less than 11, and  event x is equal or greater than 11.  Unfortunately, it appears that all user scroll activity gets subsumed under the first segment regardless of the actual event x values.  Not sure why this doesn't work as expected . . .

Hi there,  I am a bit confused about the visit number 😞    As I understand, the visit number is counted as a unique visitor, so if I visited the website yesterday and visited today, it is recorded as Visit number 2 and not recorded as visit number 1.    Then, I expected the sum of visit numbers might be the same as the total unique visitors and visits, but only total visits were as same as the sum of visit numbers.    Can anyone explain why? T.T

Hi All, We are using JWT acces token to call Adobe I/O for Analytics. Since access token expires after 24 hours, currently we have to manually generate it.Can you please suggest how the token can be refreshed "programmatically".

Hi!   In Admin > Classification Rule Builder > [create/edit rule] > Select Report Suites and Variables, why are some variables grayed out after selecting a report suite? What settings do I change to enable these variables?   I have enabled the Conversion Variable and I have associated the Conversion Classifications with that variable, but I'm still unable to select it in the Report Builder.   Thanks for your help!

Hi all, We already added tracking to some mobile apps with the old 4.x Adobe SDKs, but newer apps from newer development platforms (e.g. Flutter) cannot use the old mobile SDKs. We would want to switch to the new mobile libraries from Adobe Launch, but not sure if this is possible. We use Adobe Launch, but not AEP yet.   This is my question: Do Adobe customers now have to license the Adobe Experience Platform first, to use the Launch mobile libraries and fully use mobile tracking features/extensions? From the documentation here https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/implementation/aep-edge/mobile-sdk/overview.html?lang=en this is not 100% clear.

Hi Team,    For an Single Page Application , we are using clearvar function to clear all variables after s.t call   https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/implementation/vars/functions/clearvars.html   But, what we found is , it is not clearing s.pageType. Is it the expected behaviour? my understanding was it should clear all variables.

Hi all, it seems this question has been asked a few time but none of the previous questions have been answered so I wanted to try and get to the bottom of this.   We moved to the ECID service about 5 years ago and have data feeds set to export the data to AWS / GCP.  We have multiple sites / apps and also performed the single domain migration in Adobe so we could use the first party cookies across all of our architecture.    Now the documentation states that visid_high / low are set by the MID which is read from the s_vi cookie and that concatenating them would give you a unique visitor ID, however other documentation states that the ECID is the most accurate way of identifying a customer which is stored as MCVISID in the data feeds.     To also set some further context all of the visitors I am analysing have been Identified by the ECID service & also have visid_high / low set as well.   My question is as follows: A) Have I understood this co

HI there,    I was reviewing facebook ads link clicks to landing page views and then looking at adobe page visits on our website.  im trying to understand what may be causing the large drop off ratio.  I noticed (on Google lighthouse) that there are some elements on the website thats are causing the website to take longer page load times.    This got me to thinking, how exactly does Adobe registering a page visit: 1. is this when a URL is loaded 2. is this when all elements or most of page has loaded.   It would be great to have a clear definition of when a 'visit' or "page view" is actually registered by Adobe.  As this might help solve why such a big drop off between people clicking on ad links, and a page visit being registered by Adobe analytics.   105K Facebook link clicks / 22.3K adobe "page visits" 

Is it possible to remove or change the opt out option from the scheduled projects reports?The link is pretty dominant in the email and unfortunately it is accidentally clicked on a bit to often.We have 200+ people that we email the report to via a email group and when one clicks the button it opts out the whole group from the emails.I am unable to find anywhere where i can remove the option so any help with be much appreciated.Kind regards.Philip.

We are trying to use the 'visid' field (concatenation of post_visid_high, post_visid_low) in client side for integration.The post_visid_type field's value in data feeds is 5, indicating that the visid is the 'mid', but when we check the value of mcvisid in our data feeds / the mid field in Adobe debugger, we see that the values are different from the 'visid' field.Why is that so? Do we need to apply some kind of transformation on the mcvisid for the two values to match?

How i can change page name in report. I want to change second row to only Disturbance.   Also 4th row i am not sure why its coming and how i can remove same.

Dear All, I need to know that how much time a visitor spent on the last page of his journey. Unfortunately, Adobe only measures this value for all visited pages - but not for the very last one. Example:On 18.01.2023, a known visitor has visited a page (abc.com/page1.html) and he has scrolled until the bottom of the page and last there for 30 minutes. However, this is measured as follows:   With that, we cannot see if the content was interesting for the visitor or not.  Can we integrate a rule somehow so that the time for the last visited page is measured as well?

Hey folks, very much a NOOB here, and a little lost. I have a Prop where I stick the TimeStamp converted to Universal Time code (UTC) of the hit into. So if I were to say "sort" the data set on this value, I can see the history of when all the users were doing their thing. What I am trying to do now, is set up a segment that will show me how many users have recorded data within the same 5 minute time frame. From there I just need either the Adobe Visitor ID count, or from another prop, the SessionID count. The intent is to see how many different users have data points recorded for the 5 minute increment, over the course of a day, which hopefully gets me to a week. Right now I am doing this from an exported Data Warehouse report of every hit, with its TimeStamp UTC, Session ID, and Visitor ID. I have an elaborate set of Excel Macros to sort the data by timestamp, look at the five minute increment, tag all the unique Session IDs with a "one", then do it again for the next five minut

I am afraid to loss historic data. I currently have 3 marketing channels: Paid Search, Display, Paid Social Networks (see image) with rules attached to them which I need to combine them to one new Marketing Channel called Paid Media. How will be the best way to go about it? I was thinking about renaming Paid Search to Paid Media, leaving the other two channels but changing their rules to (see image where I was thinking of updating): Set the channel’s value to “Query String Parameter = Paid Media” Any thoughts?
