Hi! My workspace table looks the following: Column 1: Search Terms Column 2: Search Terms VisitsColumn 3: Search Term Clicks (calculated metric)  Question: How can I filter down values in Column 3 in ascending order while still keeping values in Column 2 in descending order? In other words, I want to see search terms with highest visits that have lowest clicks. Thanks! 

I have a dashboard with many months of work done.  A co-worker made some changes yesterday and I need to back out a couple things.  No prob right? Open Previous Versions and just open something prior.   Except... nope!  The ONLY thing in version history is ONE days worth (29 items total).  Where is the 90 day history, as mentioned here??? Save projects | Adobe Analytics "Versions without notes are stored for 90 days; versions with notes are stored for 1 year."   Oh really?  Where are my other 89 days, Adobe?     Anyone else ever see similar issues with the Previous Version feature?

We have implemented default adobe client data layer and trying to capture click events. Currently we are able to capture only eventinfo like path..etc. I can see we can capture component data using the path from event info by getting the component full state. Can anyone suggest how to capture component data by getting full state through events in adobe launch?

Is there any way by which we can integrate Adobe analytics and Magento ?

Does anybody have a workaround for the 100 character limit for the PageName when it is in a report? I am using the FreeForm table. I have URLs that are close to 150-200 characters. Thanks M

Hi,   I have a data extraction request but the file size is quite high, so I need help on downloading approx 1GB of data in a quicker way, which is not allowing to extract the data.

I have installed the 'Common Analytics Plugins Extension'Created a Rule - Initialize Plugin'sand another Rule - Initialize Time Pluginand in-browser console I am getting the function definitions as well.This always returning the NEW instead of repeat. but in the Cookies section - the gpv_pn cookie is not getting added, so based on this the previous page name not getting added. Once it will be drop, then with the help of the below code, will track the data.  s.prop9 = s.getPreviousValue(s.pageName,'gpv_pn'); s.linkTrackVars = "prop9";   Tried the Alternative approach as well.Created one Common Plugin Rule and disabled the above two rules -   then added the required things  getting the same result in the console as well, but the gpv_pn cookie not dropping on the pagePlease let me know if I missed something. Thanks in advance.      

Hi!   We've implemented AEPAssurance v1.0 within our iOS mobile App. Within the Assurance dashboard, when selecting the Analytics Events tab, we only see one analytic event showing at a time. This should be showing a full list of all events that have fired.    Any help would be appreciated.   Thanks!

Hi, I have a question regarding Data Sources (and, I guess, classifications)   I have a load of call centre data I want to import into Analytics, including a number of columns such as customer ID, date, call type etc.    What I'd really like to do is to import them using data sources (so we can associate the dates) but also linking the customer ID (which we also collect as a variable within Adobe). So, for example, I'd be able to create a segment of users who carry out a particular action on the website (from the Adobe data) and then call the call centre (from the call centre data). Is there any way of doing this?   As far as I can make out:   Data sources would allow me to create a link between dates but not customer IDs. Classifications would allow me to create a link between customer IDs, but the dates would be imported as text strings and largely unusable.  I can export both sets of data and do the work offline, but it would be nice to build into the

Hi,I would like to see that entered certain pages (that works with entry page) who then did not see any other page (reload is okay). Unfortunately, I cannot build a segment with THEN "exit". Count distinct does not work for pages... Any ideas?RegardsStefanie

Hi,   We see in our analytics that there is a difference between the ratio of media starts and content starts for iOS and Android. For iOS this is good, but for android there are many media starts, but after that barely any content starts are measured anymore. We can't figure out why the content starts for android are so low. According to the "Calculate Metrics" page, it states: "Use exclude_hit > 0 to remove excluded hits from queries on raw data" According to the "Data column Reference" page, regarding Exclude Hit:Flag indicating that the hit is excluded from reporting. The visit_num column is not incremented for excluded hits.1: Not used. Part of a scrapped feature.2: Not used. Part of a scrapped feature.3: No longer used. User agent exclusion4: Exclusion based on IP address5: Vital hit info missing, such as page_url, pagename, page_event, or event_list6: JavaScript did not correctly process hit Based on the values for "Exclude_Hit", it feels like the right way to exclude hits would be: "Use exclude_hit <= 0 to remove excluded hits....". Can you please confirm if thats how one should be excluding hits? TIA 

Hi There,   When I was exploring on Adobe Analytics I tried to check if the counts which I get from Data Warehouse matches with Adobe Workspace but it is not matching especially when I had a segment corresponding to it. The value which I got was almost double the time the one in workspace.    Is there any reason behind it?

We are tracking form Abandonment as event when user click any link within the page and also last accessed field has been captured via Data Layer.   Is there any way we can track form Abandonment when user click browser close Icon or abandon the page and open separate browser  tab?   Thanks

Hello I am having an issue on one of the sites where I try to use the activity map and after I input my login credentials, I am in a continuous loop of signing in over and over again and cannot access the activity map. What can I do to fix this?

Is there a formula for calculating the number of requests that are being sent to the Adobe Analytics API?  I am trying to pull down some data using Adobe Analytics 2.0 connector in Power BI and it is running very very slow. I read that the 2.0 API is throttled to 120 requests per minute. But how can I tell how many requests I am running?     Thanks!

Can anyone confirm what the 'MCIDTS' part of the AMCV cookie does?  Is it a counter for session number?  - I saw that it incremented by one between sessions, whilst the rest of the AMCV cookie stayed unchanged. I just can't find any documentation about it anywhere. 

I'm trying to sift through some noise in my freeform panel. There's a metric I'm using and the data is fairly volatile. I'm trying to use a calculated metric to filter/sort my data for me. Is it possible for me to build a calculated metric that allows me to have "BETWEEN" logic in it?   It would be great if I use Greater Than or Equal To X then join it with an AND Less Than or Equal To Y. But I don't see a straightforward way of doing that in the builder (please correct me if I am mistaken). In lieu of that, is there a BETWEEN like function or approach I can take in the builder? For sake of example let's say I wanted the freeform panel to show me pages that have more than 100 entries and exits lower than 50, how can I achieve this metric? Or if you think there's a better approach than going the calculated metric route please let me know.   Thanks in advance! 

Hi All,    We have adobe analytics implemented in our website and also our mobile application. Within mobile application, we have many links for our own website, which user can click and it opens in the in-app browser. We have implemented appendToUrl function to add MCID information in opening url, so a new visitor id is not generated when user moves to web page, it uses mcid from mobile app.  Question here is - Visitor is same but does the visit number increments/changes in this transition and back to mobile app?  My assumption is that it should not, but our reports depict different story. If someone has experienced or knows about the logic, please let me know.  Thank you   Regards, Rupal

Hello,   I am trying to understand the proportion of visitors to my site that complete a booking form that are: first time visitors vs repeat visitors   I have a fallout chart for my visitors who have started an engagement with the booking form and then completed it. The number I get is 2,700 visitors, and the segment is defined as:   A Hit containing the URL of my webpage.   To understand the difference in-between first time and repeat visitors to my website who are completing this booking form, I add two more segments:   1) First time visitors: HIT containing the URL of my webpage AND Visit Number = 1 2) Repeat visitors: HIT containing the URL of my webpage AND Visit Number is greater than 1   For the first segment, I am getting 1989 visitors who completed the booking form and for the second segment I am getting 1453 visitors who completed the booking form.    Evidently, the sum of these two numbers 3442 > 2700, but

We would like to create a segment that looks at visits where a visitor had page views on a section of content (site section 2) at some point before visiting a specific page "x". They could have looked at the section a) right before page "x" or b) they could have viewed the section and then other pages before finally landing on specific page "x".   We created a segment but want to make sure that it accounts for both scenarios "a" and "b". The segment uses the following rules:   Include: visits where site section 2 equals "value a" Then specific page url equals "id for page x"   options=Include everyone   We are also interested in how to best create the opposite segment where visit did NOT include the specific site section 2 before landing on the specific page "x"   Thanks!  

I tried a few different methods to calculate Single Page Visit using DataFeed and none of them matched the number in Adobe Workspace, counted visits with exactly one pagename, one page_url, one post_pagename, one post_page_url, one hit, one visit_page_num, similar first and last hit time.   I am wondering how to use datafeed to calculate the Single Page Visits. Wondering if anyone can help, I have a weird set of circumstances with an Adobe Analytics / Data Collection set up.
