Adobe Analytics

Hello all,I am using Adobe analytics Platform Web SDK, Schema, Processing rules, Adobe Launch for the adobe commerce website.For some orders, the order id is captured but no corresponding data is available for the order, like Product is showing as undefined, Orders = 1, but Units = 0, Revenue/Order = 0.00, Shipping = 0 etc.This is happening for I can say if we have 100 orders per day, for 20% order the data is showing as 0.This is not country specific issue also, happening for different countries different time.If anyone can help me figure out what can be the reason for this, that would be really helpful. Hi, since the Data Insertion API documentation has not been updated for many years, it is not specified which XML tags can be used for sending the new User Agent Client Hints for Chromium browsers. The more up-to-date Bulk Data Insertion API Documentation says that the columns hints.brands, hints.platform etc. can be used for sending Client Hints. When I tried to use the same format like <hints.platform>macOS</hints.platform> in a Data Insertion API Request, it doesn't seem like working.   Any idea how I can transmit client hints in a Data Insertion API request?

How to generate FPID value using web sdk?   Also, is FPID optional as I understand ECID is a must and FPID is a fallback.   I am currently reading https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-platform/edge/identity/first-party-device-ids.html?lang=en 

Hi:anyone knows How to include everything of one dimension in the drop down filters, without manual select and drag? for example, i want to include everything under "cid sub campaign id" variables into the drop down filters (and update automatically), so stakeholders could understand the performance of each campaign by selecting the filter. Hi all,    in our Analytics department we sometimes needed to change the Project Role of a Workspace Project in the past. This happened e.g. if one of our colleagues was on holiday and a shared report or scheduled report needed corrections. Most of the time we give each other "edit" roles - but not always. So in the past we were able to change a role to "edit" via "Components - projects" and correct the report.    With the new Adobe Analytics we do not find this feature anymore. Is it not possible anymore to change the role of a project as an admin? This would mean if we need to change a scheduled report during holiday of a colleague who owns it and we do not have the "edit" role, we would have to duplicate it and start a new schedule or worst case if we only have the "view" role we can't change it at all or would have to build it new.  Does anyone know a workaround or solution?    Best regards Sabine  

Hi All,   We are facing some problems with s.split function. we have been using this since long, however, with web migrating to ReactJS platform with SPA pages, s.split function is creating problems. Whenever we navigate through the flow and try clicking on a different link, the page tries to load and eventually it crashes with "Aw snap" error. Whenever, we remove s.split function from the code the site works fine but then the AA image requests are not sent.   Need your help in identifying a solution to this crucial problem.   Thanks, Manish Paripagar

Hi all, I'm trying to create a segment containing 500 specific customer tracking IDs. Is there a way to upload a file containing the IDs instead of doing it one by one. Alternatively, if a segment is created based on customer demographics, is there a way to export all those tracking IDs into a file? AKA Creating a group of 500 customers in Adobe to then have that exported. In the future, these custom segments are set to increase in number.    Thanks!

Can you add a date range inside a segment so that the Visits for an eVar only show up during that time frame? A zero value shows up when you change the Workspace date range to be different from the one inside the segment. 

Background - I am setting up an alert to see if the tracking is broken for certain products. I have set up the following alert conditions: The alert preview is showing that it would have triggered 9 times in the last 30 days However, the data in Adobe Analytics indicates it should have triggered 18 times.  What can I do to set up this alert to be accurate?

question: I have an instance where once I submit the order and complete the purchase and then go back to buy another product in the same session. The previous product values persist in the order checkout. i.e in the s.productsI am clearing the variables after the checkout. Not sure what could be the bug. If I open a new session then that issue does not occur. It occurs if I am using the same browser window.Below are the screenshots of my current checkout rule (edited)      

Hi, Can you help me with the pre-requisites that needs to be performed to see LaunchDarkly feature flag data in Adobe Analytics? I'm trying to see LaunchDarkly feature flag data in a Report Suite, which is collecting data across our websites.

I have implemented adobe analytics 5 domains UK, AU, NZ, USA & CA under one property. Suddenly, adobe analytics stopped populating data for UK, AU, and NZ domains for non-mobile devices. The data is available for mobile devices for the /UK, AU, and NZ domains. And it is working fine for both mobile and non-mobile devices for USA and CA domains. It would be great if someone helps me out on this issue   PS - Network hits for those domains are 200OK also the data is shown in the cloud debugger

Hi community, I am working on a site where the admins are cognizant of the number of beacons being sent and want, where feasible, to limit bloat in that regard. As such, I am looking for a solution in Adobe Launch wherein we can get multiple events to fire as part of the same beacon, when applicable. Note: event#s below are just examples for simplicity sake. For instance, if someone clicks into a form field and changes the value, right now it is firing 2 (if not 3 beacons): one for the Link Click (event1) into the field, one for the Form Field Change (event2 - "on change"), and then one for when they click to the next form field (event1 again). I would love to couple the event2 to one of those event1s, if possible, so that they were part of the same beacon.  If that example is not feasible, other examples would be: Coupling a Video Start (event3) with the corresponding link click (event1) that triggered said media start Coupling a Form Load (event4) with a Page Load (event5), whe

has anyone else implemented the SDK?If so, two questions:We are implementing it microsite by microsite (for example, there are 10 microsites on carmax.com).  After each implementation, we see a big jump in 'Internal URL's' just to that microsite that went live in the SDK.   Adobe has confirmed all our Marketing Channel settings are correct and say that the increase in Internal URL's is because the other microsites on carmax.com are NOT in SDK yet.  Has anyone else experience the same problem and are there any workarounds?Often when we do QA, we not only check that variables and events are showing up in debugger/dev tools, but also add a query string parameter to our dev environement and then check events in workspace against that query string param (like carmax.com?adcode=Meghantest.  Our issue is that method works fine on pages NOT in the SDK, but once a page is IN the SDK, that method is no longer reliable and we don't see our adcodes showing up in workspace with

Hello All! I need to build a report that looks at breakdown dimensions: granularity by day --> then by Country --> Marketing Channel --> by a specific prop this is so I can build my Tableau dashboard to relate levels of detail from the highest to the most detailed for interactive capabilities.  The metrics are visits, page views, bounces, time on site and a specific event.... I have a few issues:1. In Workspace, the row items are automatically restrained and almost impossible to manually show all in the breakdown. When I do this in the workspace report builder I'm still limited by the number of items I can breakdown (only goes up to 5). 2. I tried this in Data Warehouse but then I'm limited by what metrics I can use. For example, bounces and time on site are not available. 3. When I use Report Builder in Excel, the custom prop limits my metrics to instances and page views.  So my question is, how do you all build out large data sets that

Hi, I created a dashboard in adobe, and the visits for 4/24 - 4/30 is 689,995.When I used adobe report builder plug-in in excel, using the same segment and week range, the visits is 715,273. Any idea about this issue? Thanks in advance.

Hi All,   We have a mobile app that tracks traffic data in Adobe Analytics. Within the app, we render native app content and webviews of a few webpages.   We use appendVisitorIDsTo() for cross-domain tracking and make sure visitors are not identified twice. Although the native app content is appending the ECID to the destination URL (of the webviews) as expected - we confirmed by seeing Charles proxy session, we still see that a new ECID is being created on webviews.   Can you guide or point me to the root cause for this issue? Dear community,I'm trying to integrate the spa page with Adobe Client Data Layer. Before adopting SPA project, I used "com.adobe.cq.wcm.core.components.models.datalayer.ComponentData" in SlingModels, and set relevant information with DataLayerBuilder. In so doing I can use htl to embed data layer in my component html like this:      <a data-cmp-data-layer="${item.componentData.json}" href="#" ></a>   Since SPA page development doesn't require htl, is ACDL still an option to collect page data? Or is there any package can handle this?Thanks in advance!
