Hi,I'm tracking the steps (screen App) of navigation for an App.I'm trying to see the navigation path by a flow report.Often I don't able to see the first step of navigation even if it is tracked (by a freeform table I see home's screen is tracked).If I check flow option "Include repeat instances" = Y, I see the first step of navigation in flow report, If I uncheck this option I'm not able to see the first step uncheck, it disappear from flow report.Someone is able to explain me this behavior? Thanks,Alex

Hi all,it seems to be that most of my campaign traffic is classified as Typed/Bookmarked. What can be the reason for that? I know some but maybe there are more.Let's have the following example:10,000 visits on my website50% of that is classified as Typed/Bookmarked8,000 visits coming via a campaign IDCan it happen that the CID is captured but the referrer not?Thanks in advance!Marina

Hello!I am currently working on a segment to help identify what errors happen during a transaction that actively prevent a customer from completion. At the start of the transaction event X fires and on completion, event Y fires.In the middle of this, some errors may occur that are a nuisance, but don't block the transaction. In essence, I want to rule out any customer who has successfully completed their transaction (when event Y fires).Right now, I have a segment that is built out as follows:All on the visit level. Event name = event Xthen Error Message exists then An excluded container that contains Event name = Event Y.  This segment is then used to show the error messages that happen throughout the journey within a freeform table. When I drop the event name dimension on the error name, however, I see Event Y coming up, which means that I am seeing people who completed their transaction.The desired result here is that I only want to see people who

Hello,We capture free-text search terms in eVar33 - aka customers go to our internal search bar and type in something like "hondas" and that takes them to a search page with results.  We are interested in learning which internal search terms lead to 0 search results.  We fire both a prop23 = 0 as well as event58 when 0 results are returned.  Based on the sequencing of page load and rendering results, this is the order in which they currently display:  Server call 1/hit 1 - capture internal search term in evar33Server call 2/hit 2 - fire prop23 = 0Server call 3/hit 3 - fire event58When we look at evar33 with event58, we get lots of internal search terms that DO return results...the problem is that because evars are sticky, a customer can then go apply other search criteria after that, like a certain store, or exotic paint color to that, which would then return 0 results.  So their free text term could lead to results and then if they apply other criteria (t

helloI made a segment that looks for visits that go to the buy page ->(then) checkout page ->(then) evar(button click). For a table I put the segment I made with visit metric and put evar in rows. The total number was 35. There were different values of evar from different pages. Then when I looked at the evar value that I put for my segment, it was only 18. I know that total is the result of de-duplicated values and values from seg contain duplicates. What I don’t understand is that I understood 35 is the number of visits that exactly followed the sequence that I made for seg. So when I looked at evar as dimension, I thought the evar with the value I put in the seg also should be 35 or more if there are duplicates. So I tried to check the number by putting the visitor id for dimension with the metric in the same condition. Then I tried to break it down with the visit number, then with the evar. Team, We are capturing the Tracking Code/Campaign pages with Query String Parameter(CID) via data element and setting up under the campaign variable through all pages rule. I believe if the page is loading with CID ( www.example.com/?CID=anyvalue ) then the value is going to be store under the eVar0 but if it is not loading with CID (www.example.com/) then without value data categorize under "Unspecified"? Seeing more data under UNSPECIFIED. Any other alternate solution to avoid "Unspecified" ? Regards,Shane

I have created a segment at the hit level using product codes, but when I run a product code report it returns thousands or results for product codes not in my segmentSo I tried creating a hit level segment of just one product code and even that returns hundreds of product codes It is not just junk data of 1 or 2 visit either, on the one with multiple product codes the Top 10 returned product codes include 4 product codes not in my segment

Hello team, I need to create a 'Next page exists' segment in AA so I can see the percentage of users that had a next page in their visit (not necessary a list of pages that they visited) when I report on a single page or a list of pages in the table format. In AA we have two ways to create a view of pages that users visit after a specific page ('Flow visualization' and Next of Previous item' panel). So to create a segment, I made a copy of the segment that Adobe creates when using 'Next item' panel for a specific page and then updated the logic in the segment to be high level without a specific page URL in it. Would this set up work/make sense? I compared some data points and overall the numbers weren't that far off if I used Adobe's Next item panel vs. applying my segment in the table. But wanted to get an opinion. Can you please take a look?  Thank you!

Performing some offline A/B confidence testing using calculated measures.  Therefore, can't use Target lift and confidence.Found an Excel calculator that uses Sum of Revenue Squared as an input.  Is there a way to use calculated measures to create Sum of Revenue Squared?

I have discovered an instance where two metrics have inflated numbers. I have verified this using "Custom Link Instance" which shows the correct numbers for the traffic.  I want the inflated metrics to show the values we have for the "Custom Link Instance" metric.  How should I go on about creating this segment to filter out the inflated data and update the metrics to the correct values?  I have tried to use calculated metrics where the difference between [Custom Link Instances - Metric X] is greater than 0 but that filters out the data.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hi all,Was curious what some of the reasons are for data feed status going to 'Approval Pending'?  I found the definition in the documentation so I know that it requires Adobe approval, but wondering what some of the possible triggers are and if there is a general turn around time for the feed to be activated? Thanks!

Hi - I am building out a Power BI dashboard by pulling in data from Adobe Analytics using the native connector that's provided. When retrieving the data by selecting the desired dimensions and measures, it's fetching only 10 records (be advised that it's not even top 10 when I cross checked). I did some Google research and understood that I need to change the M-code to 50000 which is the max capacity and changed the code to show top 50000. This seems to have resolved the issue on the surface. However, when I add granularity, let's say day level granularity it's again showing me only 10 records (Not top 10 records) when compared to Adobe Analytics. Basically, before changing the code, it was restricting to 10 records at an overall level. Now, it's able to show me greater than 10 records but when granularity is added it's again restricting to showing 10 records at each specified granularity. Any expert advice on this would be much appreciated on how to bypass this.For the same

In few of the Adobe reports, I am seeing Unspecified holds more traffic. When I checked the data layer variables, there is no value populated until user logs in. I mean on pre login pages, these data layer variables holds empty values. Does Adobe populate Unspecified if there is no/empty value in data layer variables? Or else any other reason for Unspecified.
