"Audit log: being able to track people downloading CSV or PDFs ** High-priority**"

Audit log should be related to any csv or pdf download from any dashboard.

Following usage should be tracked

  1. Scheduled file export (csv/pdf)
  2. File Export (csv/pdf)
  3. Csv download at panel level
