Adobe Analytics

How can I implement Adobe analytics to track the number of visitors to each page in a Salesforce Experience Cloud site. There are a lot of docs for Google Analytics but nothing for Adobe analytics.  Is tracking Salesforce experience sites not possible in Adobe Analytics?

I can see the following events firing in the Adobe Analytics debugger  However, these fired events are not showing up on the Adobe Analytics dashboard   I am firing three rules at a single user action (button click) to fire these events. However, these are three different unique event actions in the digitaldataobject.  At the moment, it looks like rules for [event 3] and [event41,8,90,61] are showing up correctly in the analytics dashboard. However, the rule for [events 101,102,79,80,purchase] are heavily underreporting  Is there any reason for this discrepancy?

I am setting my events for Adobe Rules. I have set them as follows in Adobe Analytics Extention.  However, I can see the same events being set in the custom code section of the rules.   Does this mean that I am getting duplicate results in the analytics dashboard? What is the purpose of custom code setting if I can set events using the extension?  Thanks in advance!

When I am creating success events in Adobe Analytics, I have noticed that the Participation column comes blank for the final 2 events.  What is the reason behind this behaviour?

I am trying to create props in Adobe Analytics and I am seeing this column called Path Reports in the table What is the purpose of keeping the Path Reports enabled for a prop?   

I have an application on a site where I am setting eVars. However, I want certain eVars to be reset when the user starts or finishes the whole flow of the application within the same session.  For example, let's say that the user starts the application within the site, halfway through they go to a separate part of the website and then they return to the application. When they return and restart the application (within the same session), selected eVars need to be reset.  How can I achieve this?  Thanks in advance! 

Hi all, I setup a new metric as weight by sales for different stores located in different provinces. (revenue/sum of revenue of the column). And I also want to breakdown each store by product, and I want to this could give me the sales weight for different products. The problem is when I breakdown the store, and adobe gives me the sales weight of products based on the total revenue of this store, not the total revenue of the company. Anyone can help? thanks!

Using Adobe Analytics for performance measurement of our website. Using the 'key metric summary' visualization, I am not able to clear the field 'comparison date range' even though it is optional. The default is 'previous month,' and when I click 'x' to clear the field, it gets stuck loading and never updates (see attached photo). If I click build, the comparison date range persists. Does anyone else have this problem, and any solutions?

Hello fellows, I have a question with segment scroll data interpretation. Why the scroll: less than 25% seen is 100%?Is it because I put two pages into the filter so that the number got wrong?Thank you for answering.

Hi, I've signed on to Report Builder and running the smallest simplest query that's never given me issues. However, today when attempted to run it, I received the following error: "A system error has occurred, invalid authentication credentials" Is there a known system issue?

We are launching a feature that allows customers to add multiple items to cart with a single click. How would you design a data layer to support this? Would you set up multiple product objects or use and array?  Does anyone have an example of how the add to cart would work? Do you fire the scadd event once or multiple  times?  Any guidance here would be helpful!    

We are using Adobe Analytics only, but haven't yet licensed Adobe Advertising. However I have successfully integrated data from Google Ads using these instructions:A Guide to Advertising Analytics | Adobe AnalyticsThe resulting advertising data looks fine and precisely matches what I can see in Google Ads. However when I try to report other metrics such as Visits or Page Views against the Advertising (AMO) dimensions, the numbers are tiny and obviously wrong (I also track the campaign visits using tracking codes and those numbers are much higher). Hi,   I am setting up video tracking via Adobe Analytics for the first time. I made use of the Adobe YouTube Extension from here for this: https://d1a2d0h96mvhgv.cloudfront.net/3/104659/c15db1ba-8b77-499f-836d-ba9455f0bff2.pdf   While the dev team has ensured the video on the website has the YouTube iframe along with the enablejsapi parameter active, the extension is not working as expected.    I initially followed the guidelines from the document above to set this up, but the rule was not firing. Then I changed the event from firing upon the YouTube event to a click event, and the rule now fires but without setting the data elements for the Youtube Video. I get the following (see screenshot below) when I tried to debug the data elements. Please note that I already set the data elements duration to None, but the elements are still not set upon a click on the YouTube video.   How can I ensure the data element is set?   Thank you. 

Hello everyone,I was trying to create a zero revenue report for one of my clients on the workspace dashboard.I was trying to capture the revenue values that are zero for a particular dealer for a specific region during a time frame say like last one month.If the revenue is "0" , the orders should also show "0" right, but i get values for both the orders and units though the revenue is "0" which is not correct.Can somebody educate me on this.Thanks,Udaya 

Hi All, When using PowerBi with the 2.0 (Beta) implementation for analytics, whenever I try to add "Year" from "Date Granularity" I am getting this error which seems to be saying that "Year" is a string (I can't see a method to change this either):   Has anyone encountered this before?  

When hitting the report API, is it possible to provide an alternative timezone for bucketing? As an example we have multiple report suites that span different local time zones. It would be beneficial to obtain all of these metrics at either UTC or ET. Hello, In my company we've been through many iterations of our ETL pipeline using the DW extract from Adobe Analytics. Most recently, Adobe representatives have told us we should start using the Data Feed method for our ETL instead.I asked support directly if they could share any technical documentation that would support the recommendation they made and didn't receive a response.I guess I am looking to understand what are the use cases for each method and why Data Feeds is the recommended method of extraction for ETL.Thanks,Ana
