For Workfront issues, requests, or questions, go to the All Things Workfront landing page or put the questions/issue in the Contact WF Core Team queue.
I've noticed this a few times since the 21.2 release also. I haven't found any difference and usually a refresh changes it back to red, but I am curious what's up with that.
So I checked with my support team and they haven't received this yet, so we don't really know why/when it's happening. If both of you wanted to submit a ticket so they can see a live example that would be super helpful!
